What an AMAZING experience with Mr. Rooter!!! I called them on Tuesday afternoon, and they were able to get someone out to my house by 9am the next morning (right on time with their estimated time of arrival) to give a FREE estimate! Once the gentleman, Adam, got to my house, he was very friendly, informative & helpful. He was able to assess the problem and give me an estimate within minutes. The best part of all, they were able to replace my hot water heater THAT DAY! An additional gentleman, Reno, arrived with the new water heater less than an hour later and they began working. I had hot water again within hours, which was a must, because I had renters coming in town that Friday. They were also able to give me an exceptional warranty that gave me peace of mind. The entire experience was truly first-class all the way. We all know it can be tough to find a company you can trust when it comes to household repairs/service, but I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone looking for a prompt, honest & efficient plumbing company. Wow this Master Plumber has anything that is specialty parts related NO ONE ELSE HAS! Mr. Noe Salinas is knowledgeable, kind and generous with his expert opinion of my repair. This is my new first call supply store. To top it all off they have the lowest prices that justify my drive over there, I saved $147 compared to $265 for the same gas valve. Highly recommend this company! When our AC died they were out the same day offering me options that suit my home/family needs. Unfortunately, our unit was too old to service so we had to get a new one. The rep that sold us the unit was professional and listened to us and our needs. The next day the team of installers were here and taking care of business. The installation team was awesome and respectful of our spaces and asked to enter every room prior to going in. Post inspection with Omar A. was smooth and he even did some extra finishing touches to the unit based on our needs from just chatting with us. Again, I'd recommend this company to anyone that is looking for quality work from quality people.

I do not know how anyone gives this business 5 stars. They are ridiculously overpriced. For replacing a simple 3 hole kitchen faucet they wanted to charge $500, when several other company quotes came in at less than $300. Also, they should give phone estimates for such standard installations without having to come out and charge the client $59 for giving a ridiculously high price estimate. Complete waste of money if you hire this business. Plenty of other plumbers are more reasonably priced.UPDATE: I am responding to the absolutely false statement provided by the business below. There was NOTHING form fit about replacing a standard 3-hole faucet. I got several other quotes from plumbers and got the faucet installed for $210.0. The Roadrunner technician took 3 mins to tell me the price to install a faucet for which I had the parts was $500. We hire technicians that listen to customer needs is a joke. Besides I was not set on paying $75 for fixing a faucet, I was definitely not set on paying you a ridiculous $503 that your technician took 3 minutes to quote. Stay away from such business that fleece customers.

Can’t thank this company enough for helping my mom restore Natural Gas in her home. They were very thorough in their work and making sure there were no other gas leaks. Great customer service we received from Ruben who was in charge of the work including his employees. Very professional and always on time! Would definitely recommend!

City Base was quick and responsive when we called. When David arrived (exactly at the start of the repair window), he clearly explained the options I had for repair and the cost of each choice. He set straight to work to get it fixed and showed me the repair when completed. I really appreciate his hard work and honesty. 10/10

I used Tietze for the first time today, May 16th. We had a water leak in the front yard.It turned out that there was a leak associated with the pressure regulator valve.Willie came out with his assistant David to fix it and it only took about 1 hour.Willie was awesome. He is very friendly and informative. I give him 10 stars.With that said, for what they did, parts and labor, was way way over-priced. Nothing against Willie, the price quote came from the office. If we ever have any more plumbing issues we will call Tietze and ask for Willie, but they need to reexamine their pricing.

Fernando was very helpful in walking us through how to get the water back on due to one of our pipes bursting on Monday! He was very professional and kind , we would recommend his services again.
