We had 1st c as kk come out for maintenance on our tankless water heater and my parents tankless water heater. They also put new valves in bathroom faucet. Contacted Ajax Plumbing and spoke to Tim on Friday 19 Feb about our busted water pipe. He sent Tino to us at 12pm the next day (Saturday 20 Feb). Tim called ahead as promised to let us know that Tino was on the way to our home. Tino did a great job, quickly discovering the break in our cold water copper supply line, explaining what was needed, and making the repair. Took about an hour from time of arrival to completion. Tim and Tino were polite and professional. Very grateful to Ajax Plumbing for their fast and professional service!

I had a major problem. I was outputting 23% more water per hour than normal and had a $200 water bill. I had a leak...somewhere. It’s just me and I usually have bills under $100. I called a couple of companies, not very customer friendly to say the least then I started look for plumbers by their reviews. Red Brass had a solid 5 star review record so I called. I got in touch with Mitch. He said he could be there by 7 and he was. This leak was not obvious. There was nothing in the house that would indicate there was a leak. He looked absolutely everywhere. Isolated all of the water lines. He is by far the best at what he does. But what I want to highlight here is this. He said to me “nobody ever wakes up thinking they want to call a plumber.” It’s true. Of everything that goes wrong, you think of your pipes last because we all think those are solid and nothing can go wrong there. He is a person, not just a company. He understood my financial situation and his willingness and persistence to go out of his way to find and almost impossible leak amazed me. Not many people would go out of their way to help like he did. Not only would I recommend him and this company, I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs. Indoor and out.

I had a water heater going bad so I called the company through warranty, I had to call then 2 times just so I can schedule an appointment, even though they were suppose to call me the next business day. Anyways the finally came and took 5 to 10 minutes and just reset the water heater and said that it was my breaker. The next day it went out again so I asked for a different company and took about 30 minutes to actually figure out what's wrong with it, and it was the heater element of the water heater.We went with the other contractor through rheem and they're the ones that fixed it

Omg! This gentleman was thee best! I called him and asked if he can help me turn on my water heater. He started to tell me the cost of his service. But instead he offered to FaceTime me and show me how to turn the water heater on. Truly I will pass on and highly recommend his amazing service. I even offer to cash app him but he kindly refused!
