Best A/C in San Antonio TX

I had a leaking water heater. Doug came out to fix it the same day I called and was very friendly and professional. I had a different company come out earlier in the day and they told me I needed a new water heater but could repair it for close to $2k. Doug said a new water heater would be ideal but wasn't necessary and repaired it for under $350. Definitely coming back for future service.

#1 Plumber Service of San Antonio. Not only were they professional but I called with an emergency and they came out that very same day. I was given a very reasonable and affordable quote (price range) up front and it wasn’t out of this world like other plumbing companies. Saturday, 4/5/2022: I requested service as my bathtub faucet and sink were dripping water, which I could not stop. I was on schedule for tomorrow, Sunday, 4/6/2023, but Bob, the technician, actually came the same day as my call, because he finished an earlier job. He and his colleague arrived about the time estimated, and they quickly assessed the problem, provided an on-site quote for repair, and accomplished the work in about 20 minutes. No more faucet leaks! I appreciate this Comoany and their overall crew. This is the third job they performed for me, and each one was professionally done, and so far, everything is working great! Thank you A1C Plumbing and company!Chris was the initial technician who timely responded to our call for service. He immediately identified the problem and recommended a solution. However, it was already after normal business hours, so the supplier needed to obtain the necessary parts was not available, which caused a delay of the repair work. The Company leadership opted to offer installation of a new unit altogether, instead of just replacing damaged parts, for the same cost initially quoted, and advised on how to obtain financial assistance through their financial partner via the Company’s website. Johnnie and Daniel were the team who ultimately installed a new indoor AC unit. Johnnie was the lead technician and did an excellent job of explaining the work to be done and answering questions, and making recommendations for system maintenance after the job was done. Considering the timing was during the height of numerous calls for malfunctioning air conditioners, we are grateful our system is now working again.

Mitch by far was one of the greatest service repairmen to come to my home & help me with a few minor issues i was having, and even fixed something for me without hesitation. His passion, drive and overall just kindness and goodness as a person. He advised me of what i can do since my home is older, which i appreciated so much more than a big box retailer repairman coming and tearing apart my pipes with no knowledge of my home.I can’t recommend him enough. You won’t find good people like this often. True, honest, kind people are so hard to come by, and mitch is one of those. I guess Will's All Pro is the same company as Goettl Air Conditioning.I called because my condenser unit was really loud. Mario quickly figured out it was the motor. He checked everything else out just to be sure, and I'm very glad he did. He showed me where the disconnect was melting, and where I had mold in the inside unit. He showed me multiple options for repairs and helped with my questions on their subscription plans. Honestly, no one likes spending more money than they thought, but there was no doubt I needed the repairs, and I know it would have been way worse if he wasn't so thorough.He also made sure to wear a mask for the entire visit and boot covers inside my home.Thank you Mario!-Update: Mario came back the next day with Tom and completed everything. They were great!-Update 2: Had a new tech, Nick. He was awesome. Identified and repaired the issue quick. At a minimum I have to replace the coil. They are much more expensive than other places I got quotes from. The sales manager called me and tried upselling me, which I didn't like. The techs do good work, and I will continue to call for repairs, but for anything big, make sure you call around for multiple quotes.

The system they use to alert you when/who the technician will arrive is very helpful.

Today I had to use the services of Rockstar Plumbing and Mr. David Gonzalez came to my house to fix a leak in my yard. He was prompt, professional, told me where the leak was, showed me how he was going to fix it and with what and fixed it. He was very reasonable, reliable. The courteousness he showed when entering my house was very nice he put his booties on so my carpet would not get dirty. He clean up the yard nicely before he even told me he was finished. I do not have clumps of mud all the way to my door. Upon fixing the leak in the yard he came inside and made sure all the lines where clean and clear to the house. I would highly recommend anyone needing a plumber to call Rockstar Plumbing.

Someone came by to give me an estimate on a shower conversation but never came back after inspection. After 3 months still waiting.

Highly recommend Ambition!! Fernando and the whole team who helped on our issue were professional, informative, and honest about our issue and what they could do. Ended up having to tunnel under our house to fix broken pipes. It was a long process but they kept in communication with us every step of the way. These guys keep the customer in mind and provide the best recommendation for the issue. They have our loyalty for all future issues and upkeep. We are so grateful to have met them!

A&M Plumbing was sent by American Home Shield to service the shower drain. Water was backing up. Romeo and Pedro used their auger to remove the clog and any debris from the pipes. They did a thorough job and spent a good amount of time of cleaning out the drain. They also inspected the bathroom sink and cleaned it out as well. Both techs were very professional and knowledgeable in their field of work. Highly recommend and will reuse.

Moy was our plumber and he was very professional and very competent. Moy was very prompt and worked diligently and did an amazing job and left my restroom spotless when he left. I looked at 5 different plumbers and I’m glad I went with 4M as they were the best value and craftsmanship!!!!

Ryan and Jared installed our new Rheem Professional water heater today. These guys are very professional. Ryan had visited previously and I had all the details and prices beforehand. No surprises. And they did the job in a couple of hours from an attic in a very tight spot. Highly recommend Caliente Hot Water!
