Completely incompetent plumber, extremely overpriced and rude staff!! On October 28th we called Blue Frog to fix a leak. It was after hours and we paid $200 just for them to send out a plumber. Homer shows up shortly after and goes in attic for about 15 minutes looking for leak we had already pointed out. He comes back down and says he can fix it for another $280. We question the price and he says he can give us a $50 discount. We ask him to go ahead and do the work. He goes back up with some tools for another 30 min. Comes back down saying his tool is broken. Goes to his truck for another 15 minutes trying to fix his tool. We question him as to whether or not he can even fix the leak. He gives us attitude once more. At this point he has been at our house for close to two hours. It is almost midnight and he states we are still getting charged the $200 but he can’t fix it but rather reroute the water line so we can keep main water line on until someone with the tools can come fix it. Assuming he did something to correct the issue we left main water line running. The following day we had even more water damage to our laundry room. Checked work Homer had done and he rerouted the wrong pipe. Nowhere near the actual leak. Completely incompetent plumber. If he shows up at your house demand another employee. Yasmine (dispatch) and Tanya (manager) were completely unprofessional and rude. A call was made on the 29th for a response back from a manager and we have yet to receive word. Avoid this company at all cost!!

Chris Rickets technician came to give my AC a well overdue Tuneup. I was thinking the worse because it was over 2 yrs. He explained how to flush the unit so I won’t have problems an looked over the unit to tell me what to look out for. He was very thorough and took me outside to show what to look out for anything else.He was Prompt, Professional and very helpful I will recommend 1st Call Plumbing and AC to all my friends. Very reasonably Priced as well. 5 Star Service from a 5 Star company...

Yes cheap to begin with then add on for every little thing ( example job taking a little longer then intended no extra equipment needed or repaclement parts) just time when initially given quote for unclogging only.

Mitch with Red Brass Plumbing was honest, fast and did quality work. He explained what our options were and the costs of replacing our water heater. I went with him because of the great reviews on Google; and, I felt good about the fact he was a professional (licenced) plumber.I've used the larger companies and they were constantly trying to upsell me.Mitch and his wife Amy, kept on top of his appointments and I received auto updates when Mitch would arrive via text (very nice feature). I would definitely recommend Mitch for any plumbing needs you have.

Great experience. Richard, ( Service Tech ), was friendly, punctual and capable. Work completed quickly and correctly. All my questions were answered and procedures explained in an understandable fashion. Showed extent of damage to water line, possible cause of damage, prior to commencing repair. Showed me the new replacement parts before and after installation/repair was completed. Insured no further leaks were encountered and explained warranty.I only gave 4 stars due to problem completing payment method. I had to become personally involved with the financial institution doing the financing. I have had previous work performed by Wills All Pro using the same financial institution without a hitch. Rather frustrating, especially having an open account there. You would think the finance dept. @ Wills All Pro would be well versed on the requirements of the banks they use for 3rd party payment for services.

I always call Roto Rooter for my issues but never again. I called to schedule an appointment they informed me I would have a same day appointment with the time frame between 2-6. At 7:15 I get a call saying they will not send anyone out and I will have to wait till tomorrow. I was very upset and disappointed horrible customer service, if you schedule an appointment and I cleared everything I had going on to make sure I am available I expect to be assisted. Luckily another company earned by business and was able to assist me today.
