Great company. Used them for many projects over past couple of years--replaced hot water heater, installed new water softener, replaced washing machine supply line faucets, replaced bathtub drain/spout/ball parts, and roughed-in supply lines and drain for utility sink in garage. Getting estimate for routing gas line to kitchen for kitchen remodel. I very much appreciate tradesmen who know what they are doing. Shawn is an excellent plumber. I always ask for him specifically--he's that good.

I’ve had low water pressure for a few weeks now and have been putting it off for fear of the expense really. Well I went on google and found these guys, I went through their reviews and website which was professionally organized. I decided to give them a call. They came to my house within 24 hours and remained in contact with me. Quick response! Once they got here it was determined it was a pressure vale replacement / issue - they quickly diagnosed the issue and started working on it- within less than 2 hours - my issue was resolved. I thought this would cost me thousands but price was very reasonable. Good Price l, great quality job. Michael Garcia was a great technician. He explained my options and his suggestions to replace parts were spot on. I wasn’t sure if I was going to replace a part but eventfully I decided to change it and as a result I saw the part was not longer effective and damaged. It was a safety valve and I’m glad I changed it. Kept the family safe. No pressure sales just informative and allows the homeowner to decide what to approve. I highly recommend this company.

Roadrunner was very swift in coming to my house to address an issue with my shower. They went ahead and tested my water pressure and offered a solution. The cost was slightly higher than an original quote I had from another company but I was impressed with their work and reviews online so I went with Roadrunner. They came within the originally scheduled window and installed a new expansion tank on my water heater and a PRV and quarter turn ball valve handle on the customer side of the city water line. They also replaced a hose bib free of charge. Dirk and Onie were the service team that came and they were great. Would recommend for your everyday plumbing needs due to their fast response time and dispatch manager that was attentive on the phone.

David and his partner were fast and very professional at getting the job done. There was no mess to clean up because they. And when they finished they were out as fast as they had arrived. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. Great job guys.

Anyone that uses anyone other than TietzePlumbing in The San Antonio area is making an expensive mistake. I have unsatisfactorily used other companies including the one with a famous name. TietzePlumbing charged me a normal fee despite it being during the ice storm and huge demand. Steele Nickel and his friend was my plumber. Both were careful, polite and professional. Tietze Rocks!

I tried a couple other plumbing companies in town & they quoted me a lot to fix one valve in one of my bathtubs. Fernando came out & fixed the cold water valve in each of my 2 bathtubs for 2/3 what the others wanted to charge me for one. He was on time & quick to fix the problem. I’ve got a couple other projects that need to be done & I’ve let Fernando know I’ll be calling him again. Great service & professional.

What professionals! From the start with each of the two gentlemen that showed up, Romeo and Pedro, saying yes sir and no sir. After they removed an old failed hot water tank, there were literally 3 drops on a tile floor. Romeo saw this, went out to his truck and came back with a paper towel in hand to wipe it down. Without a doubt, this is THE plumbing company to call for anything. Talk about honesty...They are honest and fair. I had to argue to get them to charge me for some of their work which they said was just a complimentary service. I get that, but if they do the work, they need to be paid. Call them now if you need Any plumbing work! You will be glad you did.
