Slaughter said that they will never charge you twice. Well, they came out to snake a drain, we thought the problem was fixed. One week later we still had a backup, so they came back out and recommended that we get a camera to look in the drain. Camera guy came out, looked at our toilet and said we need to replace it. Now we have a $350 bill for a camera guy that was completely unnecessary if slaughter had sent out a competent plumber in the first place who would've told me that all I needed was a new toilet. I replaced the toilet myself and everything is fine. Today I get the $350 bill from slaughter, who did nothing to even help me, and this is on top of an initial bill for the first plumber. I will not use them again.

I called Midway to install a new garbage disposal. I wasn’t sure if I wanted another and decided to just remove broken one. Josh gave me the pros and cons and I wanted it removed. He had to get some parts and as he left I wished I had asked for an estimate to replace the faucet also. He read my mind and came back with a beautiful Moen faucet that I could have installed if I wanted. He wasn’t trying to “sell” me, as I had stated that I might replace the faucet in the future. He stated that I would save 1/2 the job cost if I did it at the same time. I was impressed by the faucet and had it installed! We have had Midway install a TruTankless water heater this past spring and are very happy with it also!

The guy they sent out to do my job was awesome. He was super nice and did a great job installing all new hardware in my tub and shower. Not sure about their other guys, but Anthony was awesome.

Everyone on this team is very courteous and respectful of you and your home. We have been using this company for more than five years and always choose Cornerstone because they are trustworthy, responsive, accommodate emergencies ASAP and pricing is reasonable. I know several of the employees have been there for years so that is great— I feel comfortable with them. Cornerstone did our plumbing for our house when we built it, a couple of repairs and have installed an upgraded water softener as well.

From the start Joe , Customer Service, was professional in taking my call and asking detailed questions and fit in appointment to my work schedule.
Eddie arrived at 5:30 pm, did the estimate and told me the issue I had with both toilets that were not repaired properly last year by another company. Once I agreed to the estimate he immediately went to work and completed the job by 8:00 pm. Great same day service!!

I have used them a couple times. They always provided great service and sent an experienced plumber who diagnosed and solved the problem. Great job!

I called about 10 different leak detection companies this past Saturday and all we’re quoting $350 and wouldn’t be available for about 3-5 days out. Gary’s services are much more affordable and was available the next morning. We noticed water coming up above our floors a week before and Gary was able to locate exactly where it was coming from when we couldn’t. We broke open the wall while he was there and a pipe behind the kitchen was broken. Gary is also super nice and called us 30 minutes before he came. Highly recommend.
