STAY AWAY!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with All Seasons plumbing. Hired them to run piping to make a utility room a bathroom, install a shower, toilet and cap off plumbing. THEY kept leaving without finishing the job and then when I called them back they would show up when they wanted without calling to try finish. They installed the toilet on the wrong flange just so they could use the bathroom while working. Installed my shower incorrectly so the doors do not line up and then didn't even bother to put the doors on, told me it was my problem to deal with. Called and left many messages about this asking to speak with owner and have never received a call back, it's been months. Went to their office and nobody would open the door for me. ABSOLUTE THEIVES. BAD BAD BUSINESS and DISGUSTING TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS.

AWESOME! Bought a new toilet and vanity from a big box store, called All Seasons Plumbing after the big box store had ZERO responses for installation. The next day the guys from All Seasons Plumbing picked up my purchase from big box, and showed up as scheduled. Friendly, professional, great job! I will use these guys again...as a matter of fact, I'm going to do another bath next week just because of the great experience.

I live in a senior apartment complex that will not put money towards a permanent solution in fixing the kitchen sink that backs up/floods from other residents. Thus far I have stayed up twice (all nite) emptying the back-up to prevent my apartment from flooding. Terrell came out from All Seasons Plumbing and installed a 'Back-Flow Preventer'. It was money spent out of my own pocket, but I now have 'peace of mind' that I have control of the next time the pipes get clogged. Was given a discount and service was both professional and prompt. Professional, fast and highly experienced - with very reasonable pricing! The team at All Seasons Plumbing swiftly fixed my leaking exterior valve after I phoned just one day earlier requesting their service. Payment was also fast and easy with the office manager. You can’t go wrong when you’re being serviced by a husband and wife team! I will definitely use them again!

Called them for 2 leaky faucets in January '23. They quoted me $350. Thought that was high and so I called my dad. He came over and put in two 5 cent washers (one in each sink) which took 20 minutes. That 100% fixed it. So they were incompetent or trying to swindle me - not sure which one.

I was told we would be contacted prior to any work being started. We never received a phone call and then received a 4 figure bill the following day. I then asked the owner why and he immediately became defensive and starting yelling at me over the phone. His response was he should have charged me more. I simply wanted a break down of labor and materials.

Terrell came out, to quote my pipe replacement project.
He gave me a quote verbally of, $2,150. IF, I dug the 95 ft. Trench. Which I did. Day of installation. They said. NOW ITS MORE MONEY. You, have to buy materials WHAT??? Not a word at quote time, about materials. No Thanks! Unscrupulous business practices, belong in the garbage.

But Terrell can an evaluated the situation and gave me his honest opinion regarding the problem. He informed me that all of the pipes did not have to be removed to fix the problem. I called called this business on October 14th 2022 at 8:07. After explaining to the receptionist my issue that I had with my toilet valve, she politely took my name and phone number and said a tech would call me back. Well it's now October 16th and 11:30 am and to this point I have not been contacted whatsoever. I reside in south st petersburg 1 mile from tropicana field. This is very unprofessional and left me as a potential customer in a bad situation with my plumbing. I'm a 20 year retired decorated military veteran of operation enduring freedom in which she did not know, but that should not matter whatsoever. to have a company provide this lack of respect is totally UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

My recent experience with All Seasons Plumbing was very good. Very satisfactory. The workers as well as office staff and the owner himself were all very polite and knowledgeable. There was a mix up on the bill, however the owner himself came out immediately with a refund. I would certainly recommend them.

NOW 4 months later since I wrote my first review ( above ) once again they have shown to be the best. Everyone I have spoke to, the owner, and Shaneeka at the office, so friendly and courteous. This also includes the two tech's that were here Derek and Mario. Both were experts and worked will together . Explained to me what happened, and how they were going to fix it, and VERY polite as well. It wasn't an easy job as one of them had to crawl under the house. Definitely recommend All Seasons Plumbing for any season of the year :)

My shower drain had broken under the floor. All Seasons found that it had not originally been put in properly. They sent 2 gentlemen, Juan and Gio, who fixed it in little time. They were professional and obviously very knowledgeable. They took less time than the estimate and therefore our bill was lower than we anticipated. I will highly recommend All Seasons Plumbing to others.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone I know. I was lied to from day one! The plumber showed up to my house demanding a check for work that wasnt even started. I told him numerous times where the check was and first thing in the morning I get a text demanding money that was supposed to be there, which was, but the plumber couldn't find it. Then, work was slowly done for about 2 weeks, after I was told day after day he had an emergency and didnt show up, had another emergency and didnt show up, never finished. I was told I would get my money back b/c NOT even half the job was done that was agree upon. The money was taken and never sent back like the plumber promised in a text message. The text even showed the money on the plumbers coffee table in $100 bills. So, I got charged for work that what we originally agreed on, but in the end only half the job was completed. On top of that, I was told we didnt have parts to a shower system I had bought, The box was never even opened to look at what came with the new system. Worthless, completely dishonest, liars that I feel like they stole from me. Lesson learned. Never EVER pay anyone any money till the job is AT LEAST half done!! I will never pay anyone money upfront for work that has not been started nor completed. I would never trust this company if this is the type of plumbers they send to your home!! Terrell, who is discussed in the previous comments was the plumber at my home as well.

They tried to rip me off. $1700 for six hours install of a hybrid water heater. I got other quotes far less than that. $600 at another competitor, found another who could do it in under two hours for $400. Luckily I didnt give All Seasons a dime! Stay away from these crooks!

Overall, a disappointing service with this local plumber in St Pete. I should have known when my first experience was a missed appointment for an estimate which had to be rescheduled. Okay, no big deal. Things happen... but the experience didn’t get a whole lot better from there. The 2 stars is earned from completing a tankless water heater in my bathroom, we have hot water as requested there. But unfortunately, when asked to replace the tankless in the kitchen, because after replacing the one in the bathroom, now the separate tankless unit in the kitchen wasn’t working as it had before... we had less success. The plumber installed the second new unit in the kitchen, but we still couldn’t get hot water. It was explained that perhaps we have some crossed water lines, so I paid for both jobs already completed, and called for a new estimate to figure out why I still can’t get hot water in the kitchen.
On that 4th appt, we got no help or support and instead the plumber just defended the work completed and didn’t try any solutions to help. We barely got any kind of estimate to dive deeper into the problem. It then become apparent some basic mistakes were made throughout the initial services.
In closing, had i received a call back from the owner or manager as I requested after an unsatisfactory appointment, we could have discussed the work completed, but there seemed to be no concern from management about a disappointed customer.
If you need a plumber, I’d make another call before trying this company.
