The plumber came early and fix ONE pinhole leak on copper pipe behind the toilet. The leak that I found, located it and opened the wall access to it. They charged me an outrageous $916 for the job. The plumber used about 1 foot of copper, a few nineties and 2 SharkBites. It was about $300 per hour if not more. If you Google how much it cost to fix a water pipe leak, you will have an idea. Would not recommend this company.

Professional and very knowledgeable of the problems. The technician Robbie clearly explained what he did and was efficient. Truly a very honest and caring person. Our plumber from now on and would recommend this company they truly care.

Our water heater failed us this past Friday and Tampa Bay Plumbing came out within an hour to try to fix the problem. The problem was temporarily fixed but our water heater had more problems than just one so I called them back the next day and they were very prompt to come out and re-address the problem.
Robbie and Derrod came out today and got it working again but highly suggested we get a new one since ours was about 8 years old.
We have used this company for all our plumbing needs so we trusted his opinion, Robbie has been with the company for years.
So within an hour they came back with a new one and got it all installed quickly and professionally.
I highly recommend them and I can’t WAIT to take a hot shower! Thank you!!

Service was great. Plumber arrived around 12 pm (without courtesy call, as was arranged), I was told he will arrive between 2 and 5 pm. Good thing-I was home. Plumber fixed everything fast, very professional and price was as I told it would be on the phone when I was making an appointment.

We had very low pressure in our master bath shower. Robbie and Tom did a great job diagnosing and replacing our shower cartridge resulting in great pressure. They were fast and efficient and the price was reasonable considering the inflationary times we live in.

I highly recommend this company. I have used their services several times ad they have always cometedy their job promptly. I had a issue with a water leak in the public restroom in my bakery today and happened just month after the part has been replaced. I explained my concern on the phone and their technicians arrived within an hour!!! I was impressed. They did not charge me for the visit because the work was under warranty as they exained. Don't ever waste your time calling other comanies. They are the trusted source!

Josh, Luke, and Andrew did an excellent job installing my water heater and removing the old ones . My house is old and very unique so this was no easy task given the location of the heater. They showed up 90 minutes after the original call and worked very efficiently. 10/10 would recommend .

The water pipe on the side of my house broke and water was gushing out and flooding my yard. I was not able to get the main shut off valve by the street to work. I was in a state of panic. The wonderful plumbers at TBP were able to come to the house within the hour, shut off the water and fix the break. The cost was reasonable (much less than I expected) and the workmen were very professional. I will definitely call TBP again for plumbing issues and highly recommend them to my family/friends.

This is the 3rd time I have called Tampabay Plumbing LLC. The Team has been great each time - Zack takes the First incoming call and follows through to perfection. Charles and then Kyle have been out for the jobs. To date (in a Condo) they have the respect of the Condo Association by checking in and meeting the management on site. I would like to thank Ken and Julian for the superb work they did the day before the Thanksgiving holiday. One of our showers sprang a leak and we had guests on the way. They replaced faucets for a shower, kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and bath with shower. I was amazed at how Ken maintained his composure while dealing with 55 years of patchwork plumbing under the kitchen sink. I had sent them pictures the day before and they made sure they had the correct fixtures to fit existing plumbing. Ken and Julian's craftsmanship was excellent and they cleaned up everything before they left. Holiday saved thanks to them!

We had a family pool party, and it turned out when the night closed, the plumbing was backed up. I was super concerned as it was Labor Day, Holiday, after 8pm, and was only referred to 24-7 tech. I went through the automation to connect with the 24-7 tech on duty. It was Ron Montgomery. He went above and beyond in properly assessing the situation vs what I initial had suspected was the root cause. It is moments like this that a person, in this case Ron, signified why Tampa Bay Plumbing is so highly regarded. They will be my next and last call if and when I have a problem.

Every homeowners nightmare came true for us yesterday when we discovered a water leak in the middle of our living room floor. We were thankfully referred to Tampa Bay Plumbing by our insurance company. We had never used them before, so we were hoping for the best. They were on the job within 30 minutes of the call for help. First one truck then the second. The team carefully reviewed the situation (we had cut the water off to the house already) and coordinated with my husbands knowledge of our home, and soon decided we needed to find the dedicated pipe to the hose bibs to stop the flood in the house. Shovels came out and knees got dirty - but within an hour the underground villain had been discovered, capped off and life was restored to normal. What could have been a very expensive and stressful experience was resolved in miraculous fashion by this team of professional - (absolutely stand up guys) - super plumbers. Thank you Robbie, Kyle + Austin. We'll be using Tampa Bay Plumbing from now on! Great job you guys!!!

Last week they installed a tankless water heater and did a great job. Only feedback is they did not clean up all the dust and the concrete blocks they knocked out to install the vent.
Today, Tuesday 10/20, I asked for an estimate on replacing a hose bib. Gave a price of $800 when we just spent $1450 last week to install the tankless water heater. No problem with the $1450 but the $800 seemed very high. Still looking for a plumber to do this job.

Trouble shooting water heater and garbage disposal. Where professional. Solved both issues quickly. Highly recommended

Very unhappy with this company. The plumber came out and told me that it would cost $450 to unclog toilet. I agreed reluctantly as I thought it was very high but, I agreed. The plumber (Tom) said he was going on the roof to go through the vent pipe to clear obstruction. That didn't work so he told me that it would be another $280.00 to remove the toilet to clear the obstruction. I was upset about this but again my bad, I agreed. He did clear whatever was obstructing the drainpipe. it cost me $728.00 to clear the obstruction which I personally think is outrageous.
Received phone call from Zack at Tampa Bay Plumbing and he apologized and told me that the plumber made a mistake, and I should not have been charged the extra $280. which is being refunded to me. I think this demonstrates that they are a class act, and I will probably use their services again.

I called several plumbers in the area to get a quote for the work I needed.
On my list was Tampa Bay Plumbing. They sent Dustin on 9Nov-Friday.
I explained what needed to be repaired. I was given a fair and reasonable estimate for the work. I approved the work order, and was scheduled for work on 12Nov-Mon.

Dustin arrived on time, and went to work. After the work was completed he checked everything to make sure it worked properly, then cleaned the work area. From the time he arrived until he was out the door, was about an hour. I was impressed how quickly and efficiently Dustin worked.

Also, I want to say Thank You to Frank in the front office for his help.

Tampa Bay Plumbing is excellent. I can't quite recall the gentleman's name that came out but he was very professional and did a great job. We had a unique circumstance where the water to the entire complex was turned off (not because of what was being done at our location) while he was making repairs. He kind of freaked out when he turned the water back and there wasn't any but once we determined it was not due to anything he did, he offered to come back later in the day to check his work once the water was back on. He came back in a timely manner, and again was very professional in his work. I would highly recommend Tampa Bay Plumbing!!!

The plumber was knowledgeable and did a good job. Prices were the normal Pinellas County mark up. $700 to repair a pipe and $600 to install a dishwasher. The pipe repair took about an hour and I declined the dishwasher install. So about $700/hr, which is going rate around here i guess.

I had a problem with an unidentifed leak underneath my bedroom floor. They came out promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Place was left tidy after the service man left

They came and fixed a gas regulator for my water heater and stove. Handled it in 30 minutes. Price was fair. I have hot water and a working stove again. I’m a happy customer. The technician was friendly and knew what he was doing. Good company.

I was impressed with the service provided by the service rep, Kyle Danner, in diagnosing a problem that the manufacturer could not figure out. When was determined that the hot water heater was defective, he was helpful in getting a replacement unit in a timely manner. Kyle was friendly, helpful and took the time to answer my questions. The next time I need a plumber, I know who I am going to call.

used these guys recently o install new sinks and faucets after new kitchen counter tops installed.. great service. on time and responsive to you calls... used them back 2014 for the same thing..

All the other plumbing places I called wanted to give me ridiculous time frames to have services done ! We called Tampa bay plumbing and Dustin came right to the rescue! Did everything in a timely manor. He was extremely professional but still so down to earth to feel like you were calling a friend to come help. I would highly recommend this company!

I hired this company to install a gas line into my home. They did an exceptional job. Kyle and the other worker treated my home like it was theirs. I would have no problem hiring this company again.

First the young man who came to my home was a true gentleman. This is why a gave a 1 star review. I would have left a zero if not. I have a gas fired Rinnia tankless hot water heater. When he came he told me he has never worked on one of these before but he will look at it and “phone a friend” for help. I had an idea the transformer was defective and he tested the system and agreed. After phone calls made he said the part wasn’t available but he would install a new unit for $1800.00. I said no thank you, looked up the part number on the internet and found one in downtown Clearwater. And to top it off he charged me $50.00 for nothing. Totally unqualified to repair this kind of unit. I could not recommend this business to anyone.
Responding to your response. This is an 11 year old heater, not 14. Second, your technician did NOT diagnose the PC board as defective. Actually he went to another job sight and picked up a controller to see if that was bad. He never touched the PC board. After he told me he never as worked on one of these units I was skeptical so I was with him while he looked at it. I did find the transformer locally and replaced it and you are correct it didn’t fix it. I did call another plumbing company for a trained Rannai technician could fully diagnose this. He showed me how the PC board should be tested. The board has been discontinued so the unit had to be replaced. He quoted me the price for an exact replacement to what we have. The quote was $400.00 less than your quote so I don’t understand why you would say a “cheaper” unit. Shameful representation of your company.

Tampa Bay Plumbing did the installation of our gas tankless hot water heater via Clearwater Gas on June 5 2020. We just got natural gas service in our neighborhood recently. They did a great job. Very professional, courteous & friendly. Our water heater is working fantastically We are very happy and would call them should we need any other plumbing services.

With all the excessive rain we have had, my sump pump was running in overtime....the hose from the pump sprung a huge leak & had to be replaced. Ken came out on a very sunny, hot day & worked 3 hrs. replacing that hose with PVC pipe, sweating so badly it was rolling off him like rain. He was so grateful each & every time I brought him some propel to replace the electrolytes. I am very pleased to do business once again with Tampa Bay Plumbing!

Do not call them. Dishonest Company. Called them to fix a problem with toilet. Problem was fixed so I thought after $525. Said they were going to email me the photos and video they took while fixing and never did even after multiple follow ups. Less than a week later the same thing happened again to the same toilet with the exact same wording written on the job invoice and was charged an additional $775 for their services. Find another company. It’s not worth wasting time and money on them.

Tom investigated, discovered and rectified my faucet's reduced water flow.

The staff at Tampa Bay Plumbing LLC were nothing but professional. They found the issue with my master bathroom and did an excellent job repairing the previous work that had been done (not done by them). All of the guys who came out were very polite and made sure to keep me informed of what was going on and what needed to be done to fix the issues. I will definitely use them again if needed and would recommend them.

While in the midst of preparing dinner our garbage disposal started leaking water underneath the kitchen sink cabinet. I called and received a next day service appointment. Ken Pickup arrived on time, removed the old disposal and installed a new one. He was very pleasant in demeanor, wore a mask and cleaned the work area satisfactorily. It was a pleasure to do business with him and if all the plumbers with this company are similar to Ken I would highly recommend their services in the future.

Both Robby and Kyle did a great job of helping us select the right faucets and wall-mounted toilets and installing them the same day which was an unexpected plus.

Luke and Kyle did an exceptional job jetting my pvc pipe/cast iron to my city sewer connection. The water is now flowing and most of the scale has been cleaned out. Nice job!!

I contacted Tampa Bay Plumbers due to a pipe outside breaking and thus forcing me to turn my water to the house off. It was late on a Sunday night so waited until morning to call anyone. Once at work, I got busy and didn't think to call until the afternoon. Even though I contacted them late, they still had Matthew come out on a Monday night, after dark and repair my pipe. He was so kind, courteous, professional, and efficient. There are not enough words to describe how knowledgeable and friendly he was. And he smiled the whole time, answering all my annoying questions, even though it was late, and he'd been working since early in the morning. Once he completed the job, which was quick for something I thought would take a long time, I was worried because plumbers are expensive. Well, I'm not sure how he did it, but the cost was much less expensive than I thought it would be. Basically, with service and prices like this, why would anyone call any other plumber?! These guys are the best in customer service, price, and overall efficiency. I would and do recommend them to anyone who requires plumbing services. Thank you to everyone at TBP!

I've used Tampa Bay Plumbing several times for years. i always ask for Charles-I trust him in my home. I feel confident he will correctly identify the problem. I've thought the price was fair.
This time I scheduled with Charles and after waiting an hour, I called. Alex must not have schedule me. Charles was out of town. They sent two other guys, one was in training. Both nice guys.. I was quoted for what he initially thought the problem was.. it turned out to be something else. In the end,, the price was the same as thi initial although something totally different. Either way, I thought it was high. I could be wrong?
I'm grateful my issue is resolved but don't feel as confident with this company which is really sad.

I had some plumbing issues come up on a home inspection that I wasn't prepared for, and needed someone fast. These guys were out in less than 24 hours! They were able to locate the items on the inspection quickly, explain what needed to be done, give me a very reasonable quote, and had the work done within a few hours. Provided pictures and the invoice for the inspectors to see, and all done within 24 hours of me even finding out there were issues. These guys are great! I wouldn't ever call anybody else.

When our main valve stem broke Friday afternoon while replacing a faucet it seemed we may end up going the weekend without water until I called TBP. Zack dispatched a team immediately and they were here in no less than 45 minutes.

Once here, Robbie and Byrum explained their diagnosis of the issue and the steps they’d have to take to fix said issue. In less than two hours, not only did they fix the issue but uncovered some corners that were cut when the house was originally built and mitigated those. I often judge the quality of work on how the area looks when a crew is done. When Robbie and Byrum were finished everything looked proper with no mess left behind.

Cast iron pipes. Camera search to find the sewer tap location. Fast courteous professional service. I have worked with this company in the past.

My electric tankless water heater was making a strange noise that seemed to occur intermittently and without cause. However, Charles and Kenny determined that that was working just fine. Instead, the noise I heard was due to a flap needing to be replaced in the toilet adjacent to my heater. They quickly changed the flap, tested it, and everything worked great!

I was having multiple issues that I had called multiple companies to come out for, each time it seemed as if i was back to square one. I called tampa bay plumbing after talking to a co worker about the problem and being recommended. They sent Payne out who arrived right on time if not a few minutes early. I talked with him in detail about the issues I was having and he seemed to have the proper knowledge and training to handle the job but because of recent past experiences I was still skeptical. I sat back and let him get to work. He got done quicker than any of the previous companies and when I seen the bill had a surprisingly better price! Highly recommend, have had no issues since.

Tampa Bay Plumbing installed a tankless water heater for me several weeks ago and at first had an issue with it however found out that the roofer that installed the vent did it wrong and that was what was causing the issue. Wayne and his team are very professional. I was a general contractor for 17 years and frankly have not worked with a more professional plumbing company ever.

My wife and I started noticing some drain flies in our bathroom. We were not sure where they were coming from so I started investigating. My investigation led me to believe and find what seemed to be a water leak. We immediately called Tampa Bay Plumbing as they had done amazing work in the past. They came the following day and worked their magic and came to detect and determine a major problem with my shower pan. A diagnosis was written up, work plan was prepared and now we are waiting to begin what I believe will be phenomenal work and our problems will be solved. Tampa Bay Plumbing has been and will continue to be in our favorite call list. They are and demonstrate professionalism from beginning to end and even after!! We highly recommend them for all plumbing issues.

There were 2 people on the call and they got both jobs done in good time and they were both very nice and professional. For a next day call and the work they did, pricing was very good.

I made the right choice when I called TBP. Payne came out for me and fixed my plumbing issue perfectly. I was given excellent service. If I ever have any problems in the near future, TBP will be my first call.

We just finished a project with 4 contractors for approx. $100,000. to bring underground water lines to 11 buildings, and TBP was a large part of this endeavor. With their guidance we came in under budget, and ahead of time. Very professional, and easy to work with, these guys are amazing.

We woke up to what nobody ever wants... A flooded garage. In our case man cave!!! Oh nooo, not the man cave!! 😭 I frantically called around to local plumbers in search for the best price and availability. I came across TBP and not only were they super understanding and kind on the phone, but had someone available to come take a look right away. The particular gentleman who was assigned to our house gave us a call to let us know he was coming, and again once he was close by so we'd be ready. He was very knowledgeable about the situation and knew exactly what happened and what needed to be done to fix it. Our water heater was old and was welded to the pipes. With ease and precision he safely removed it and placed a new one in with the specific parts we requested. The price of new water heaters are high everywhere but I was extremely impressed with the price point we were given and the discount that was added on top of that. We even had a pressure issue after that and the company sent out a technician right away and didn't charge us to resolve this issue. They go above and beyond for their customers and we'd be happy to and will be using TBP again for future issues. I highly recommend using them for any type of plumbing issues or needs. First, the team that came out to install the new toilets was amazing! They did a great job and easily deserve 5 stars!! I gave this company 3 stars because there was a tremendous amount of miscommunication that resulted in a bill $500 higher than expected. I always call Tampa Bay Plumbing first when there is a plumbing related need for my home. They are owned by a family I’ve known growing up and they are genuine, trusting people! They have done a good job training their staff to do the same. We recently had Kyle come to our house to take a look at some low pressure shower issues and hot water issues as well. He is SO GREAT to work with! Trustworthy, knowledgeable and kind. We also previously had a couple guys come out to take a look at a poorly flushing toilet and they promptly diagnosed the issue and properly informed us of possible scenarios and the costs behind it. It ended up being a bit bigger than we expected, but they figured it out, and fixed it same day. Left our place clean and ready to go!

Early Saturday evening I noticed water bubbling up in my near the water meter and the meter was spinning out of control... LOL. it was my problem. A neighbor recommended that I call Tampa Bay Plumbing and I am so glad I did. The phone was answered immediately by Derrod. He told me he would come right away and he did! Derrod came with a friendly smile and empathy for my situation. He dug up the area, found the leak (showed me the problem) and repaired the leaking pipe connection. Derrod's immediate response time made quick work of my water problem. He left my yard around the meter in good shape with the problem solved in plenty of time for dinner! Tampa Bay Plumbing saved the day! It was the middle of the week on my way to work when I saw the flood in the garage. I realized it was coming from the water heater. We had it installed through Tampa Bay Plumbing 1 1/2 ago. I called them as soon as I got into work. I spoke with one of the dispatchers and explained that I wouldn’t be able to get home till 3 o’clock. It was then after another call that the owner of Tampa Bay plumbing called me back. It seems like in today’s society it’s so difficult to find a company that will stand behind their business. I was so impressed and taken back with Tampa bay Plumbing ,when the owner Wayne Ritchie, called me back personally to discuss the different possible reasons for the water. He then personally offered to come and look at the situation. I was at a loss for words, a owner putting the customers first. I was able to take the time off work and meet Wayne at the house. He did this at no cost to me. After carefully checking all the pipes and lines, he put mind my mind at ease and explained it was the water heater needed an expansion valve. Over the next few days a serviceman named was sent to the house to complete installation, He was so polite and helpful and spent his time helping with the installation, both carefully and quickly. Both men from Tampa bay Plumbing treated me with respect and kindness . It’s amazing that companies and that are willing to treat customers like family and make sure they meet their customers needs.
