We found our hot water tank was leaking and we needed t repaired ASAP. We called and there was a tech in in under an hour. Said he could have us fixed up today. Very professional, quick and explained everything he was doing.

Job was tougher than any of us expected, but Eddie and the team rose to the occasion and got it done.

I had an emergency plumbing issue around midnight and Eddie came right out and worked on it til 2 in the morning and did an excellent job, enabling us to get our water back and running and not having to worry about it again. Can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and workmanship. Anything plumbing these are your guys no matter the job ! Eli installed an AO Smith Water Softener and water filter in my home about one year ago. I was happy with his work then and even more now. Continues to work great without issues nor complications. Definitely recommend.

My kitchen faucet finally went out and was leaking water from the base all onto the counter and underneath the deck plate. I called about six local plumbers requesting next day service and this was the first place that was available. I was very pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and preparedness shown by Angel when he arrived. He installed the new faucet in a reasonable amount of time and even cleaned up all of the old stains underneath my cabinets. The communication was great, he arrived on time and left them place in better shape than he found it. I highly recommend!

Very professional. Very reasonable rates. They were able to fix a plumbing issue I’ve had for years that other companies couldn’t fix in regards to nasty fumes coming back into the house. Thank god they fixed it! Also installed a new vanity as my old one was ready to be replaced.

The haggling on price (big turn off) with this company were higher than what I've paid for in the past for this type of service, but I'd use them again because Eddie was so professional and passionate about his job and I know it was done right.

We had an unexpected leak from our water heater and couldn’t find any plumbers who were willing to come check out the issue on a Saturday. The toilets were backing up dirty water into the showers. The pipe was clogged outside the house. Eddie was the plumber who attended the emergency. Very experienced. He was careful with the floors and bathroom furniture. Quick and accurate response Excellent service.

I recommend trustEb Plumbing because they are very honest and helpful. I had a tiny job and they made time to get to my house ASAP and then helped me to fix the issues! It was very cheap and now I can stop worrying about the faucet that was replaced. Give Eli a try! He is a good guy!

I experienced plumbing issues over the weekend and this company was the first to respond. The young lady that answered the phone ( Jo) was very pleasant and informative and that's when I knew I made the right choice to use this company for my plumbing needs. My appointment was originally scheduled for 4:00 PM but Jo advised me that she would do her best to have someone out sooner. The plumbers name was Eddie and he arrived hours before my scheduled appointment. Eddie did a fantastic job with unclogging my drains in my home. Eddie was also informative and provided me with suggestions on how to avoid drain clogs in the future. If you are looking for a company that is responsive, on time and cares about you as a customer, this is the company for you. Had a plumbing problem had 2 plumbing services come out and went with Trust EB. Here's why. They explained everything to me.
Then the owner came over checked everything out exained it and and he also called my husband over the phone and explained everything to him also
They came out, did a nice job of making an access did their thing cleaned up and everything is working great.
Eli also came out during the repair.
If I could give a 10 star I would. They will be my go to plumber from now on. The entire staff is friendly.

I had a very positive experience when Richard came to replace a new kitchen faucet because my old one was hard to turn off. Richard let me know exactly what it would cost to replace the faucet before he started to remove it. There was a lot of gunk around the old faucet and he took the time to clean it up before he installed the new one. He also made sure that when he was finished he wiped down the area he was working in. If I could I would give him more stars. In this day and age it is so nice to find an honest Plumber that takes pride in their work.

The first time I used them I was a little skeptical because this company was new but as a person that loves to sponsor small business I gave them a try. Their service was exceptionally good, they were on time and they did a great job installing a water softener tank. (By far the best price I was able to find), after that I use them to replace a shower in my downstairs bathroom and they did another exceptional work. Their prices are fair and I would definitely recommend this company to take care of your plumbing needs.

Eddie and Chris did an excellent job. They were very competent and personable, and worked efficiently. There were some complications (not their issue: some faucets required extensions to hook up to existing supply lines), but they sourced the necessary items and stayed with the job through completion.

Got a water softener & whole house filter installed. Job done well. Would recommend and reuse for any plumbing projects. They were responsive, caring, and easy to work with to get the job done. Well priced. Have enjoyed their service.

I took over my parents house that is from 1970, so I have had to update EVERYTHING and Trust EB has help me do that with class, reassurance and quality. Today I need them again and Michael and Richard came out and were soooo friendly, worked so hard, went about and beyond (like their owners does because he goes out to houses too) and they were such gentlemen. Amazing service from my initial call with Josue to set up the appt, to the actual repairs being done by Richard and Michael. They are true professionals. They clearly explained the problem and the solution. Highly recommend and will be using them again.

Dispatch is great and Angel was phenomenal. I am a single mom of 3 and our plumbing backed up into the entire house on a Saturday morning. I called multiple plumbers and the pricing was $450-$1,200.00 (Roto-Rooter was highest) with no guarantee of time which was the most important part. They were out as promptly as they could for Saturday afternoon/evening. The clog was repaired temporarily in order to restore our bathrooms! Angel was so knowledgeable that he indicated if I had further issues to call the county. 3 days later in the middle of the night the plumbing backed up again, I called the county and they came out to find that the entire sewer needs to be replaced in my front yard (county property). I called Trust Eb to let them know and they were more than happy to come out to unclog the clog( that would be a temporary fix) so we could continue to stay at the home until the county completed the multiday repair. I am so grateful for the consideration and attitude of this company and their staff. They are locally owned and truly care about the community and their customers. They will forever be our plumber (hopefully we never need them) and we continue to refer our friends and family! Thank you!

We had an after hours plumbing emergency where our shower faucet wouldn't stop running ever after turning it off. Seeing that they were open 24 hours, we contacted Trust EB Plumbing who sent out Eddie to help us with our problem. Eddie was more than helpful with our situation. He quickly identified the problem, gave us an honest quote, and went to work fixing it. In no time at all, he got our shower working properly again. We are very happy with the service that we received, especially after receiving it during a time where most businesses would be closed. I am beyond amazed with the professionalism that this company worked in my house project! They were able to move the toilet to 10ft away to another wall and relocate the plumbing for my new shower! I can’t be more happy of choosing this company! They kept me on the loop in everything they did. I will 100% recommend them and will use them again on future projects!!! From the start Joe , Customer Service, was professional in taking my call and asking detailed questions and fit in appointment to my work schedule.
Eddie arrived at 5:30 pm, did the estimate and told me the issue I had with both toilets that were not repaired properly last year by another company. Once I agreed to the estimate he immediately went to work and completed the job by 8:00 pm. Great same day service!!

I had to get my mother's water heater replaced. My mother could have called another company as EB was booked up and it would take them about 5 days for them to get to her but she liked them so much from the first job that she decided to wait. The guys were great. They were friendly and professional, my Mother really enjoyed them. They did everything in power to not have to cut the baseboard to remove and replace the heater but it was unavoidable, they also made sure to clean up any mess that was made. This is the second the time we use them and they were great both times.

I had what I would consider a more unique project in my main bathroom, and Eli and his team made it happen. Eli was very accessible, professional, and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. He returned my calls quickly, and was always able to answer my questions and accommodate my requests. The site of the project was left clean, and the follow up post the project was also great. The office called to check in and see how everything was going and if I was still satisfied with the work. I highly recommend!

Don't trust Eli at Trust EB Plumbing. He comes to you house gives you a verbal estimate and on the day they are supposed to start the work, they are a no show and he calls and says things have changed and now the price is doubled. You would think he would know the process but he doesn't. If I could give them no stars I would.

We had our house replumbed and water heater replaced. The water heater malfunction and flooded the house. They quickly responded and had the guys that dries the water out was there shortly after which they paid for. Without any hesitation they paid for a hotel for me. They are also replacing the flooring that wasn’t tile. A lot of companies wouldn’t do this. Anytime I call the owner, that’s how I’m dealing with, he answers. I’m a very happy customer and can tell you you will be happy aswell.

Eli was responsive and Angel took care of the repairs. I had my two bathroom faucets fixed and Angel was terrific. I would highly recommend them!

Anybody messing with this people be careful, they are professional cheaters. In my case we agreed to a price and they added staff to the contract without my knowledge thus charging me almost the double amount. Just a warning be very careful what you sign with them.

Kitchen sink was clogged and they did an outstanding job.

We had a plumbing emergency on Memorial Day and Eli came out that evening and helped us out for a reasonable price. When the issue happened again a few weeks later after hours, he came back out that night and cleared it up. I highly recommend TrustEB Plumbing and will be using them for all future plumbing needs.
