Mike was very efficient and pleasant. This was a “emergency “ call in the evening.

Would give 0 stars. They are a SCAM. Was told they'd unclog a toilet for $100. After coming out, not only did they not honor that price (they said it was because they had to go on the roof and because they sent a camera down the drain), they also didn't fix the clog. They camera'd the drain and said the pipe was collapsed. $22k estimate to line the pipes. Got a recommendation to try Dunedin Plumbing from a friend. They came out and fixed it for $275. They also camera'd it and you can clearly see the pipe was not collapsed. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

Don & his team repaired a gas line that was leaking. They were responsive, found where the problem was, made a plan & completed the job. I would recommend ABC & will continue to use them.

He was a gift from God. To help me with my AC problem and finances. I am 75 on my own now with my husband of 50 years passed away five years ago. I am raising my two grandkids age 6 & 12 with Relative Care Giver Funds are much less than Foster Parents so I need all the help I can get. This is my forth service with ABC. I'm very satisfied with each service call so far. The tech was informative, friendly and very knowledgeable. For any and all routine maintenance, I highly recommend ABC for any and all A/C needs.

I can't say enough good things about Israel R., the plumbing technician from ABC who came out to repair my running toilet and leaking faucet.Israel is the consummate professional. He showed up right on time, diagnosed the root cause of our plumbing problem and thoroughly and clearly explained his quote and reasons for his recommendations. In addition, he did a general inspection and pointed out some other issues with my plumbing, including a couple of minor issues that I could address myself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of toilets on the market, their pros and cons and made recommendations based on his mastery of his profession.I highly recommend Israel and ABC. They are the only company and he is the only tech that I will call for any future plumbing problems.

I am a club member of ABC Plumbing. They were suppose to show up first thing Wednesday morning. They called to say they would be there soon. No show at all. They did not show up on Thursday either, even through four phone calls from me. They finally showed up Friday at 10:30 am and they wanted me to pay $250 preferred customer charge to install a new thermostat that I had already purchased and had on hand. I am canceling my club membership and I refused their service. I do not recommend their services or prices.

As with any company the technician is the face of the company. ABC should be proud and fortunant to have Angel on their team. He is very knowlegable, professional, friendly and took the time to answer all my questions completely. The job he did tuning up my AC system was 1st class. I highly recommend Angel to anyone, and I will request him only to service my AC unit from now on.

Israel was very professional, full of good advise, and very personable. We will use him again in the future. He replaced our kitchen faucet and all the plumbing under our sink. Very pleased.

Nick S. did a great job in replacing worn out parts for the toilet. He went the extra step to tighten bolts, clean out the drain area that had caked up from hard water deposits and remove upper bowl ring or rust that is difficult to get out.

Kevin did an excellent job, he was up against some unusual problems worked through it,professional and pleasantly.

A little miscommunication in the beginning but Peter showed up and took care of everything with flying colors!! I would call again if needed.

My A/C technician was Angel Rubayo, and he performed a knowledgeable diagnosis of my system in a way that was informative to me so that I had a better understanding of the inner workings of the system. Very pleased in the way he performed his job and the way he represented the Company.

Diego arrive on time and assessed the situation with the piping in back of my washing machine. He installed new piping the same day as well as repaired a toilet. He wore booties and a mask on arrival and cleaned up everything. Excellent service. I will stay with ABC and Diego.

Our AC unit has gotten to a point that it cannot keep up with keeping the house cool. Because of the type of unit it is the Freon is no longer available. We received a consult from Scott who took the time and performed an in depth evaluation of our system and sat with my wife am to discuss our options. He was in depth and extremely professional in his explanations and answered all questions until we decided which direction to go.

I needed a water heater fast! ABC was responsive and, in spite of a difficult install, they did a great job and were very neat.One issue is the smell of the hot water. I don't know where it's coming from. Some chemical is leeching into the water....disconcerting. Cold water is fine. They are returning to investigate. It may be the AO Smith tank itself??? It's been almost 5 days and the chemical smell is still in the hot water :o(

While the AC tech was nice, he did not bother to make sure everything was put back in its proper place and running. I came back to my BRAND NEW HOME hours later with it being 10 degrees hotter! The tech did NOT put the filter back in and did NOT turn the AC unit back on. I didn’t pay for niceness, I paid for “quality service” which I did NOT receive! My dad knew more than the tech!! Never again ABC!

Nate was our advisor for a new HVAC unit. He was always available for every question or concern. When he was not readily available, he always responded back to us within 15 minutes, even while in a meeting!When an issue with the returns came up, Nate went above and beyond to find a solution for the issue.ABC gave me the best quote for the equipment and installation. While other companies advised that the duct work needed replacing, Nate and ABC suggested that the duct work was still in good shape and just needed to be resealed, saving us over $5000 in unnecessary duct replacement.I would highly recommend ABC and Nate when it comes to estimates for HVAC system issues and replacement.I will submit another review once the install has been completed.

Literally waited three+ hours when I was told technician was on the way and would be there within 30 minutes. Finally showed up after 10pm then took 45 minutes to provide a price and quoted a simple dig and repair water line in yard for over $800+ which is absolute insanity! So then I had to pay $59 for him just to show up and waste over four hours of my time between waiting on him, him arriving and then leaving.Would not recommend to ANYONE! Red Cap came and did the job for $142 and didn’t waste my time.

They called and canceled on me twice. Then on the third day, they did not show up between the window specified. I ran out of time and had to leave for work. .

This is my first review I have ever written,; Stay away from this company. I had a water leak and they came out to look for it because I could not find it. The plumber told me he found the leak over the phone while I was at work and it was on the intake pipe from the city water. Quoted me several thousand dollars to have to make such a large run. When they dug up the intake pipe they found no evidence of the leak and decided to run the pipes anyways and of course this did not fix the leak. The leak ended up being buried in the backyard on the run connecting to the smaller house in our backyard. It was a broken coupling piece that should have cost no more $500 to fix. Needless to say they ran the new pipes knowing this would not fix the problem which is incompetence at best and shady at worst. I wrote them a check for the full amount just to be done with them. It’s been two months and they still haven’t cashed it and they will not return any of my phone calls on why. That would be great if they decided not to cash it due to their mistake but at least communicate what your intentions are and call people back. Again this company is extremely unprofessional and I highly suggest you find someone else.

Botched job. Made me think I was getting a deal. Paid 60 dollars. Plumber stayed 3 minutes. Said it was handled. Was indeed handled for three days but then went back to what it was before plumber came. Very unprofessional.

I usually dont write reviews but Im just so upset with this company that I think its inportant to warn the public. My elderly father in law called them to fix a water leak on his bathroom floor. They used a hamer to destroy his wall, made sever trips and gave him an estimate for $18,0000 He called me for advice and so i said i would drive down from Virginia to see the problem. They billed him nearly $400 and told him they couldnt find the leak and called in anouther company they are in cahoots with that were to be leak specalist. They also couldnt find the leak and also billed him. Turns out it was a clogged sewer line that any real plumber would have known. It sure looks like they have a preditory business model that prays on the unknowing.Take caution .and dont be riped off.

Joe R. is an excellent plumber. I am renovating an older mobile home that has many issues, including severe plumbing problems. Joe installed a new toilet for me, and when the toilet would not drain properly, he had to investigate the sewer pipe outside to find out why. He quickly determined why the toilet and tub were not draining. He then did the laborious job of dismantling part of the sewer pipe so that he could snake it. It took repeated attempts to snake down far enough to remove the roots and debris that were clogging the pipe leading to the main sewer line. This was a difficult job that had to be done in the hot Florida sun. Joe is not only a very efficient and knowledgeable plumber, he is an extremely nice person and will honestly explain what is going on with your plumbing problems and what must be done to fix them. Then he gets the job done. If you have any plumbing problems and are lucky enough to get Joe R. when you call ABC Plumbing, you will be glad you did.

The service technician was timely and very professional, I would use this company again

Set an appointment a week prior to needing service. Got a call the evening before to confirm my appointment. Next morning I get a text and a email saying “my tech was on his way” an hour and a half later no call and no show. I called twice to be put on hold for over 10 minutes each time. Finally got through on the appointment schedule number. To be put on hold again. Finally she came back to me saying the tech had to go to an “emergency call” and that they would send the next tech as soon as possible. When I asked why didn’t they call me to let me know she had no answer and when I asked for a specific eta for the next tech she couldn’t answer either.Don’t waste your time like I did. I called another local plumber and had a tech at my house in an hour to take care of my issues.

I called this company to schedule an AC tune-up at my home, I was contacted the morning of the appointment to confirm our appointment and to make sure everyone in the home was clear of any Covid 19 symptoms, I waited all day, at 4:00 PM I called them to see where the technician was at, I had'nt heard anything else all day, the receptionist then wanted to re-schedule me. Girl please, your buisnness may be open 24hrs, I'm not. they never called during the coarse of the day to say they were running late or that they had numerous emergencies, Communication is key, you are not worthy of my business.

The sales consultant who came to my home was very pleasant and knowledgeable!!! I signed a contract and received my unit that same DAY!!! The only complaint that I have is my multiple calls about duct shielding that I'm still in need of. I have called 5 times with ith assurance that a service manager would call me back about my issue BUT NOT YET!!! Outside of this issue, ABC Plumbing is a good company to get you AC unit/ services from.

A permit was not issued until 4 months after the work was done. Instead of being honest and letting me know the City was slow, they lied over and over again. This is still not settled as I can never get a representative to respond to emails or calls.

Just made a quick pit stop to drop off a friend who needed a ride to work on his new job at ABC Plumbing and Air, he says he likes his job and they keep him busy👍😎

Angel Rubayo was our first experience with ABC and we took advantage of the AC unit special pricing to inspect our aging 3 ton outdoor system. On time arrival and professional all the way. Love the uniform and ID badge. Angel was thorough and detailed in his inspection of our unit. With the cover open I was able to clearly understand his description of the components and what would need maintenance in the near future.Nice to deal with a no pressure company. Angel is a credit to ABC.

Angel was great. He quickly diagnosed an issue with my HVAC unit inside the garage. He kept me informed throughout the visit and gave me several options for a fix. He educated me on the different components and some things to consider going forward for routine maintenance. I would highly recommend ABC and especially Angel.

Matt, as always, has been a plumber I feel very confident in his assessments of any plumbing problem. He updated my laundry room with a mop sink, cabinet, and new faucet. The worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Call for a simple quote and when plumber gets here and puts me on auto pay for a membership I never wanted. Called to cancel membership and get a refund for $60 and have had to call for the past 2 weeks to get my money back. Each time I call it starts all over again with them not knowing how my money is being taken out my account.

Matt was very knowledgeable about my plumbing issues. He went over multiple solutions and was able to resolve my problem in a timely manner.

Once any work is performed, you're in for a minimum of almost $300, so be aware. Joe took the time to review my issues, but ultimately I decided to try my hand myself due to prices. Five stars due to knowledge and quality help.

Nate R couldn't have been more professional. He diagnosed my A/C problem in no time and fixed it. My only problem with ABC, and I understand it is high season, is that they called me to confirm my appointment at 9AM and didn't show up until 8PM. I called them and scheduled a service for my leaking ac One in advance for schedule for Wednesday, Wednesday I called off work to wait for them all day long. At 4:55pm I received a call said we can't make it can we reschedule for Saturday. I said ok Saturday I called of work again waited for them all day long at 4:PM they call we need to reschedule we can't make it. I would not recommend those people to a wild dog for service they're sock.

The person that installed our new AC unit last year did a terrible job. It was incomplete when he left. The outside unit was vibrating and not balanced. Refrigerant lines were left without caps. Trash was everywhere both outside and in the attic. Drain line was not installed properly.A supervisor came out a month later and spent a long time fixing everything. It worked better at that point but it's never seemed to work as well as it should after originally being installed so poorly.I've had difficult times getting someone out here when we do have issues with it. I would not recommend them and will not use them for any future projects.

Company comes out for a semi annual checkup. Tech recommended that I needed a UV light & capacitor. Purchased them both but UV light was not connected. Have not been able to get a return call to remedy the issue.* Update*When I called about UV light not working, I was told that Conniewas handling issue. Never heard from her. Called two days later & told the same story.My father was able to get a return call several times from ABC. Then I got a call back.Next time I hire anyone I will check the Better Business Bureau (BBB) first. Several complaints/

Excellent service, professional. Scott B. did a great job of explaining options when I needed a new heating and air conditioning unit in September. He didn’t try to oversell or influence me to buy more than I needed. He was very honest and discussed which units were best for my house and why. I felt very comfortable with him and my purchase. Never felt like I was getting oversold or taken advantage of with my purchase. Installation was quick and painless 2 days later.Brett the air conditioning technician who initially was there to do a tune up was also very professional and explained the reasons why I needed a new system. I already knew the time was coming to buy a new one but he was able to fully explain why I needed to do this now and set up the appointment with Scott. I had the ducts cleaned one month later. Michael and Miguel did an excellent job, thorough, professional and quick.I am in their Ultimate Advantage Club which has offered free yearly checks on the heater, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems along with discounted prices for other services when needed. I’d highly recommend ABC.

Since my 65 gallon hot water heater died, I called ABC up at 930am the following morning. The tech, Don arrived promptly within the hour and recommended me a much cheaper lower capacity 50 gallon heater, which cost me $1000 less than what I was expecting for the larger capacity heater. It’s good to know that there are still companies out there that want to provide a better customer experience rather than gouging their customers to make an extra buck. Would recommend this company to all. Thanks guys!

I’m not sure what’s going on with ABC. Tyler showed up, I showed him the direct problem and he stare rambling about and entire problem. The toilet was running. About 4 years ago, I had ABC take care of it because it was a simple small Job. Tyler started off with 1482, 2400, 3500. I’m looking at these prices and just said leave my house. I’m so disappointed in this company especially their technician Tyler with the long Beard and glasses

My tech was Joe #522. He was AMAZING and very patient. He was very knowledgeable and explained things to me very well. I would’ve had ALL the repairs that I needed done right then and there, but ABC’s prices are a bit high.

Huge shout out to Frank at ABC! Such a great guy and he’s so knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He’s super professional and just the nicest guy to work with. Before he leaves he makes sure everything is done correctly. He takes his time and his work is neat. I had the worst experience with ABC on a whole but this review hits 5 star because of Frank and MARIAH at ABC! Had it not been for them we’d be having a different convo. Would I recommend this company? Probably not. But your experience may be different than mine.

Very good service man .really happy with Tyler

My AC was out for hours while awaiting ABC. They sent a child who had no idea what he was doing to look at my system. After three hours, I kicked him out of my house and called another contractor.

Frankie came one day and found why we had no heat. There was a missing heat part at the time of installation. The part wasn’t in stock and had to be ordered. He returned today and worked several hours to fix our problem. He checked both heat and air to make sure everything was working properly before he left. I would highly recommend him for any heating/air problems.

Jasmine came today to do our semi annual plumbing check. She checked everything and gave us some good suggestions for things to do to make things run smoother. She is personable and knowledgeable and I will ask for her next time I need service.

Difficulty with payment issue because company does not have local people to resolve issues. Everything must go through their national office in Chicago.

When I scheduled the AC update I was told by the individual ABC Would change out the filters and I was under the impression that ABC would have the filters so I took the ones I had purchased back. Now I'll go repurchase and ABC will install.

Very professional and did a good job. Excessive cost though. 40 minutes of labor to install a gas oven with customer supplied parts cost $ 418.00.
That is way, way too much.

We have used many Air conditioning and Heating places. I don't know much on the topic and when we had to have a new furnace and water heater Aaron Stephenson was able to walk me through everything and explained it so I understood. The work was done well, the service men were friendly and helpful. I joined their Members Club to make sure that we were on top of everything. Aaron was on top of the entire project and after spending $10k, I felt comfortable with the job because of him.

Jon did an excellent job and explained everything that was being performed. Based on his explanations, I also signed up as a preferred member.

Kyle was awesome! Professional, patient, showed compassion. Kyle took his time in evaluating my current AC system, and took more time explaining everything that was needed. This issue dating from January 18th to the present is ongoing now. However all of the techs from ABC plumbing heat and air have been very easy to work with, and especially the work Ishmael has done installing the new on demand hot water heater was absolutely first right. His portion of the project is now finished, and I just reiterate I hope that he will be doing any plumbing work I have in the future for me. He is a great professional representative for ABC plumbing air and heat.

Today when I got home Water shooting from my shower upstairs, and wouldn't shut off this was a late night call and within a hour they were at my home. This was 9pm service call and I am so glad that Matt was able to replace it and we have peace of mind.

What a breath of fresh air! After seeing an add on TV, I called ABC for a second opinion. I had a feeling the problem that I was told I had, I really didn't. When ABC came out to look at it, he told me that there wasn't a problem after all which is what I thought all along. My tech was HONEST! WOW, that rarely happens! He could have told me I really did need a replacement valve when I didn't. I would recommend ABC every day of the week and twice on Sunday! Thank you!!

My mother called for AC tune up. No tune up done was told she had a bad coil.2700$ . Upon having another company out who properly did tune up Rinsed coil, changed filter the stuff advertised in service ad.. brought to normalize readings. No bad coil . Abc never even got in attic ..so how did he check coil. It was an 80$ sales call... Beware get second opinion. The last talk (since actual service wasn't done) cost 80$, don't need to be ripped off again. Taking advantage of people on fixed income...shame! Watch the up sell. Get second opinion. Watch out for your elders. She paid for service and got sales pitch.

The equipment works well. Atfirst, I was very unhappy with ABC plumbing because they cut through my hot water pipe in the attic and caused afllod. They had to repair the ceiling sheetrock. After that, it took from October 21,2019 untill May 19, 2020 to finish the inspection from Pasco county.

My parents called for an estimate for three bathroom faucet replacements. They were quoted 2400 dollars for 3 faucets. REDICULIOUS. They of course they called around. Romo plumbing came out did the job around 700 same day. Do yourself a favor and call around.

I called on Saturday for the $29.00 any day check up. I saw the ad on tv. The tech came out at 5pm and I was charged $79.00? I paid the tech in cash 50+20+10=80.00, he said you owe me more. I had to count it out for him 3 times before he got it. I feel taken advantage of! He was here for 10 minutes. I just called because my 71 yr dad thought he had a freon leak and he didn't. The system is older but works well. Very disappointed!!

She actually did an annual service check and during that check, she flushed the water heater line. Doing this gave me a lot more water pressure. She also gave me estimates of other services I had been contemplating having done. I will request Jasmine in the future for any plumbing needs from ABC.

They charged me $1300 to fix my AC once they left, It was not working. I've been sitting in 90 degrees temp here all day waiting for them to come back 9 hours weather in Florida. I'm never using this company again. The techs came back at 5:30 pm. The original tech had attitude. I'm Cuban and he's lucky I had my son in law there. It seems a different capacitor had now gone bad. Can you imagine. I think Morgan and Morgan might find this interesting.

Jasmine A. was the plumber who came out to do the job at our home. We had two out of three of our toilets clogged and our washing machine backing up with water out of the hose. Jasmine was very thorough on her assessment as she checked all the water / sewer lines around our home. She had to get on the roof and do some cleaning of the pipes and it was an extremely hot day. She was amazing. She stayed around to the very end to make sure she had completed the first part of the job she came for and she came back the very next morning just as she said she would to finish up the second part of the cleaning.Now both toilets are no longer clogging! And my water is not backing up out of the hose during a wash cycle. I have such respect for her work ethic- you can tell she’s knowledgeable and highly skilled in the area, such a hard worker and just plain honest. She was a breath of fresh air for me, as I am a stay at home mom, and often have to deal with All kinds of service people who have not really impressed me as Jasmine has. I really appreciated her explanation of what she saw in our home. Assessing what possibilities we have ahead of us with the future upkeep of our home. Service Technician was 3 hours late, he came by to confirm the issue I already knew was the issue, was in my home for 2 minutes and charged me $59 for the visit. They quoted me $350 for a job that takes 10 minutes to fix effectively charging $2100 per hour. They overcharge and get away with it for people uninformed.

Punctuality in time is zero, appointment was at after 3 pm showed up 20:09 pm. Their responsiveness to resolve the problem trying to make a small project a big one. Price is ripping off customer. and if you’re a member then maybe a couple $$ off if any. Really disappointed with their service. Yet TV commercial must be paid by jacking up the price on customers. Lesson learned, never ABC again.

The technician who performed the inspection of my HVAC units was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable... He identified some things a previous technician from another company had done that were incorrect, and he thoroughly explained what was done incorrectly, and fixed it. I would definitely use ABC again.

Contacted ABC for air conditioner. First ten minutes here, tech didn’t look at my air conditioner, but tried to sell me a Service contract fo 14.00 a month. Told him that all I wanted was my air conditioner fixed that I was not interested in anything else. The service tech told me he had to do this before he could look at my unit. He even said I was yelling at him (I wasn’t, just frustrated). I don’t know why these companies think they can come into your house and try to sell you something you don’t want.Just fix my air conditioner and then talk to me about other options!

We are part of ABC's membership which includes routine checkups today is the day we're rescheduling for the third time because the tecks don't show up. When I brought this to the attention of I-lay or ailai- not sure how she spells it. I was rudely talked over and told that they need to make priority for customers calling in that have emergencies instead of showing up at their appointments made weeks in advance. I'm a caregiver who has to be here for people to come in and the gentleman I've worked for will have to hire me a third time. We've had complete systems installed by this company less than a year ago yet they don't want to show up for their scheduled membership. Please be advised if you're a member you have the lowest priority and the new callers have priority over you That's what I was told by I lay when I asked for her to see if she can please send a qualified tech that will show up on time since this is the third time. I lay must have zero customer service experience because of this experience I am no longer recommending ABC which I was before with several of the managers cards and sending them out to people that needed rehab on their houses because I work for an insurance company where this happens a lot. You have lost well over a hundred referrals local in the area and if anyone asks me about your business I'm going to have to tell them the honest truth that yor phone service personnel deliberately hang up and refuse to answer the phone even with a cordial person.

My AC went out on a Friday evening. Though I called other companies for emergency service no one other company would fit me in. ABC sent a technician within 2 1/2 hours. This very nice man determined the problem and fixed the problem and restored my AC issue. Instead of panicking about the excessive Florida heat I could move forward in comfort. I am soo grateful! ABC has a monthly plan to provide a twice a year maintenance of my HVaC with no charge for service fees, emergency services and a lowered fee for the services provided. I like that plan very much. Given it was considered a weekend call being it was after hours on a Friday night I don't think the charges were not unreasonable, especially considering the problem was still fixed while it was night with little light outside. I tried to tip this tech and he refused it citing he was only concerned about making me to get the relief I truly sought. More thank grateful 🙏!

The installer of my new Air Conditioner did not wait & check if the system is properly working before leaving our home. I noted that the new AC still did not blow cold air after two hours of running. Three hours later another ABC technician (Juan Vicente) came to check & he found out that it was very low on Freon. The new AC was overheated and he had to dose water to cool it down before putting a Freon. In addition, the installer left some trash clean-up to us..

It looks like all was taken care of! I'm happy with the work done and he was very personable!!

When I called I told them exactly what I needed done. She told me $49, so I booked them but when they came the repairman wrote it up and said $400 , I even gave him a $30 off coupon and he said he included the discount. I told him she quoted $49 and he said he was going by the book. Nothing he could do. So these people will tell you anything just to get into your house and then jackup the charge. TOO EXPENSIVE!! We sent them away and called another plumber and they charged us $148, big difference! ANOTHER DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER !

Phenomenal experience today! I spent over an hour calling all over the city before I finally found a company smart enough to take on my old rusty AC pipes and it was this one!For the last 3 days my main pipe has been clogged and leaking and I had 3 other guys out who failed to fix the problem for 3 days straight. In fact they made it worse! 😡ABC however knew just what to do.They were so nice and they even taught me about cheap products from home Depot that I can get to keep my AC healthy from now on!I'm very impressed and I'm giving their name to my AC installer because he only puts the ac in. Now he will have a partner who knows how to fix the pipes too!I 100% recommend ABC. Will never trust anyone else, not after sitting in my 79 degree house for 3 days over a problem ABC could've fixed in 15 minutes!

We had a complicated blockage that backed up our kitchen and utility sink that confounded the first plumber (from another company). We called ABC and Cole came out with a smile and a big truck chock full of plumbing goodies. Within a short period of time, we had clear drains. Get these guys - they are professional from the office staff (VERY helpful!) to the technicians (Super Cole). We would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

I was pleasantly surprised when Anthony recommend I call an electrician. He stated I could install a new water heater, however I don't think the issue is in the water heater so it would not do you any good. Had new install of new unit , air handler has been leaking since install . They have been out six times so far still leaking air into garage. Town has not even inspected it yet . Worse experience I ever had with a air conditioning company.

Roman P. and Zack installed a 75 gal State water heater on 9/3/21, the same day our request was made. Theirs was a very professional job from start to finish (approx 3 1/2 hours). Neat (shoes/carpets covered), carefully navigated around furniture/through doorways while disposing of two 40 gal tanks and unloading replacement, non-start work, leaving area clean/void of any dirt, droppings, etc. Roman's explanation of work to be done was very informative and we appreciated his willingness to remove some piping that had been left behind by other workers. In sum, the technicians displayed full confidence and ability, representing ABC in the best possible way.

Discussed age and possible flushing of hot water tank. Due to age of tank decided not to do the job. Representative of ABC was very helpful in decision process.

A salesman named Oney from ABC Plumbing came to my mom's home on 11/7/20, and arrangements were made to install a 15 Trend Steibel tankless water heater. Although my mom is in her early 80's, she can handle herself just fine. I was there to provide some input, and help ensure all went smoothly and fairly.The guy checked the amp box and plumbing, and said all was good for the install. Mom also signed up for the company's maintenance plan. Total price: $2680. She wrote him a check for half the balance ($1340), as he requested. He said he'd order the water heater, and be in touch within two weeks. He never called.So my mom called ABC in early December to find out what was going on and complain about no follow up. During this call, they contacted the original sales guy (Oney), and she was told he would contact her in a few days. Again, no call back. Around 3rd week in December, Mom calls ABC again, and they set her up with an appointment the following day for the installation.Next day, a technician and associate show up at my mom's, only to inform her they can't install the water heater until she contacts an electrician first, to install an additional 30 amps they say is required in order for the tankless heater to work properly. This just added to the aggravation, because the salesman was initially consulted specifically about this issue before she commited to this. He had said that the existing amps in her home were fine for the smaller water heater being installed.My mom then proceeded to try to arrange for an electrician to come to her home at the same time the water heater tech was there, as apparently the two have to be done basically at the same time. She could not make this arrangement.In all this time, my mom was never once contacted by anyone at ABC to keep her updated or apologize for all this delay and clear lack of customer service. Not once. She had to do all the legwork herself.So Mom finally had enough and decided a few days after Christmas she no longer wanted to do business with ABC Plumbing, and wanted her deposit check back. She was told billing had been contacted, and she would receive the check back in the mail. The woman she spoke to also actually told my mom she owed them (ABC) $118 for the salesman's time, and wanted her CC# to cover it. Mom told them to return the check for $1340 first.A couple of weeks pass. No check. She called ABC again on 1/6/21, and was told the check was mailed out right after the last phone call around Christmas, and was probably delayed beause of the holidays (not likely...the check was being mailed from St. Pete to Clearwater, and it had already been over two weeks). Another two weeks pass with no check returned, so Mom writes a detailed letter to Consumer Protection. On 1/25, the same day she receives a letter back from CP saying they had contacted ABC Plumbing to inform them of my mom's complaint along with forwarding the letter she wrote, she received the check back form ABC.Consider it done? I don't think so.

Wanted a standard 40 or 50 gal water heater installed only. All is outside with nothing in way. Quoted 2600$$ for just that. This is not Derek Jeter's house,just a normal home. On top of that you charge 59$ for what? 500$ water heater,40$ in materials and 2000$ too install! Feel taken advantage of..thx but no thx..should refund my 59$ for that embarrassment of a price. Hard working people can't afford that.

ABC appears to be a professional company, but you will pay a huge premium for that. I've owned a home for 30 years and have received a lot of estimates for work. Never has an estimate come in so much higher than my expectation as this one did. And for some very basic plumbing that required minimal parts. They know their prices are outrageous, which is smwhy they collect $59 for an estimate. I paid the $59 and made a highlighted note in my files to never call this company again.

Called to schedule an estimate to install a tankless electric, dispatcher said she would have some guys out to give me a free bid, never mentioned anything about a service fee. As the guys are leaving they say I owe 60$ unless I schedule the job. I was actually probably going to use them until they pulled this. The techs also arrived much later than I was told they would.

My technician’s name is Angel and he was prompt and expeditious in his inspection. He showed me potential issues, what to look out for the future and offered me a monthly plan for cleaning the coil twice a year and even rinsing out/ flushing the water heater for less than $15 a month! Angel was very clean, looked the part and I had an overall outstanding experience compared to other air-conditioning companies I’ve come across in the past. Thank you Angel and ABC!

The plumber was very professional but they are extremely over priced. He tried to up sell me on every part when I just needed my toilet wax ring replaced. I needed it done so I hired them. However, the toilet was still leaking. I went with another company for a fraction of the price and it's no longer leaking. Don't waist your time and money!

I called ABC plumbing, air and heat at 11:30 am on a Saturday. They were able to come out the same day, only about a 3 hour wait. I was having an issue with my toilet backing up randomly. Onih was able to fix my toilet/sewer line issue. He seemed honest and was efficient, took about an hour to complete the job. I would definitely recommend ABC.

I called ABC Plumbing in the late morning regarding a slow drain, and Anthony was out to my house that afternoon. Air Con shut down in the middle of the night. Seems something was making the breaker flip. After troubleshooting everything, in a driving rain, it turned out I had a bad breaker. It was so hot I am lucky it didn't result in a fire. Thanks Kyle

We’ve had the worst experience with AC companies. Justin was so nice, honest and really wanted to help us resolve the issues. He has a ton of knowledge and very useful tips. I would absolutely recommend this company and ask for Justin!

I was shocked that the purchase and installation of a water heater could cost $5500. I realize we are suffering from inflation, but I just had a water heater replacement done on a larger property 80 gal (vs. 50 gal - and in Indiana vs. Florida) and the entire job cost $2250. This is ridiculous. But heck, I was able to get a faucet repaired for $490, so I should be happy.

Called to get an estimate for air conditioner replacement. Tim came, explained the process, and his professional approach and quality offerings sold us on the spot.

My wife had these guys come out to replace our kitchen faucet. They quoted her $577 - $815 for the job. They then charged her $49 to come out to look at the job...(she asked for a quote over the phone, but they wouldn't give one). I'd be interested to see if they would quote a man the same price. The only positive was that my wife said the guy that came out was very professional.

Fixed AC temporarily but explained why a new system would be best. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Came quickly to help me.

PLEASE get a second opinion before using this company!! A tech came out and within 2 min of being here said we will need a whole new AC system - 8k -15k he told us. We know a little bit about AC and knew this was not the case. We had someone else come and and they fixed our AC problem for $200. The AC only needed Puron which the tech from ABC refused to do for us. I'm disgusted by ABC and how they tried to get over on us. Its shameful!! Do your research!!!

Performed annual service on our A/C unit. Very professional, took his time, didn’t rush through the job. They came out the same day. Very pleased with the company and technician.

We needed our AC checked last Friday night. As expected the Freon was low. It was an old unit with r-22 Freon. So needed a replacement. ABC sent a person next day Saturday to discuss our options. We chose our new unit and was told the technician would be at our home Monday at 8:30 to install our new AC. They showed up on time and quickly got to work removing the old unit and installing the new one. We received exactly what we bought. It works great. Very satisfied with ABC and the techs we saw this weekend. What really helped was the use of a portable AC for the weekend that ABC provided free of charge. A very nice touch. Would recommend ABC to all.

Never would I recommend them to anyone. What is their Quote on Commercial (Oh, you called ABC Plumbing, than its done) only if you have a large job where they are making the money. They emailed me on the 24th to confirm an appointment for today the 28th. I reschedule appointments to assure I am available, Im a 72 year old man that wanted to have his Air Conditioner inspected and was left with no call, I make a call and was told they did not even see an appointment, I get a call back and was told they had emergency's. Charged me $413 for a simple Moen 1222 cartridge replacement provided by me. This was a non emergency call. Tried to sell me club member ship which just gives a small discount. This is DIY job that Moen recommends as well. After this I replaced the other one myself with my 8 year old kid in 15 minutes. Wont use them in future. The job took 10 minutes but the selling took one hour. See for yourself the work order. Call a honest plumber. Do your research.

I Hired ABC to hook up a LP tankless water heater. They hooked it up wrong not installing a regulator and not to code. When I questioned them they came up with all kinds of excuses telling me one wasn’t needed . Eventually I had to hire another company to remove what they had done and hook it up correctly. Totally unprofessional, could not get management to contact me. I would have given them a lower rating if they had one. I would recommend you to use another company

Started out very poorly, but they made it right!
Not happy that I had to give of many hours and days of my life! But their willingness to make everything right was 5 stars!

I called this company because my toilets were overflowing. They came out many times dug up my yard that was just layed with new grass. Messed up my tile in bathroom around toilet and charged me $7000.00 dollars, and none of that was the problem. Had plug at city line that was stopping up line. Now they cashed one of my checks and wants me to provide proof that they received the money. What a company!!!

this company over charged a poor young Hillsborough school teacher for cleaning out the condensation drains on her ac unit.she wanted a service contract which should have included this service however they would not let her purchase 1 instead they kept trying to sell her other items some which would be included in the contract.the service tech John was trying to sell her on items that most companies include in their yearly contracts. the office person Ashley was rude and refused to make any adjustments. and hung up on us.there are plenty of ac companies in the tampa area. choose another one.not 1 that takes advantage of young school teachers.

When a PVC pipe broke and caused water to pour into the backyard, ABC was one of the first calls I made. They had sent out a great Plumbing Technician, Mihail O. Mihail spent late into the evening working diligently to repair this for us and ultimately repaired the line despite the late evening, restoring water to our home. He is a real life saver and a great asset to ABC.

Was sold an obviously defective unit that I have to keep calling them to fix...We bought the unit 1 year and one day ago and now they a charging me every time they come out...I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

He was able to find out that the part was still under warranty and found a replacement part and had my A/C unit back up running all within a couple of hours from when he arrived on site. Donald from ABC did our annual plumbing inspection. He addressed our toilet leak concerns and repaired them. He flushed out our water heater. He addressed our concerns about plumbing clean out and provided options. Donald was very knowledgeable, professional and no pressure.

Cole did an excellent job re-setting our toilet. Everything was broken underneath. It was a 2-3 hr job. He was polite, thorough, yes, it cost a good bit, but we know it was done right. We consider this repair an investment to our property & w a 1 year warranty. Found your ad on TV. Only thing is if your dispatcher who takes your calls, if he could speak slower & louder for those of us who have hearing deficiencies. Thank you.

Came out, quoted me over $1,000 for sewage line back up, that was the cheapest option that might work otherwise almost $2,000. Called another About Time Plumbing who did it for just a bit over $200. In looking over the reviews of ABC this is very common.

I used ABC to assist in getting my water heater up to code and re-routing the drain to my dish washer, which was very expensive, around $800. But since they did a good job I just accepted the price because I needed it done.However, I scheduled an appointment for HVAC to finish my duct work and get a coil cleaning. I was just told they'd show up, no time frame. After being told they'd be here in 30-45 minutes, when I got the same phone call about 40 minutes ago, and it was already 6pm, I decided if I was gonna pay hefty prices for the work, I deserved better, and cancelled the appointment when they were supposedly on their way for the third time.If you have to pay a ridiculous amount of money, they can at least show up in a timely manner.

Anthony arrived quickly after we called. He quickly found the problem and was done in no time. He was courteous, kind and professional. Couldn't be happier with our experience.

I initially called to have a diagnostic of my A/C because it wasn't working. The technician came and it was dark and stated that he would return in the morning between 8 and 10 to perform a full diagnostic to see what was going on with my system. The next day came, and I waited patiently and called around 12. I was informed that he already ordered a part and it was scheduled to come next week. I was confused because I was waiting for him to come and perform the diagnostic and tell me what the problem was. I informed the customer service agent about the situation and told her thank you but I have decided to go with another company. I was disappointed because I have heard such good things about this company.

What a rip off!!! I received a quote for $851 to take out a reverse osmosis water filtration system and to do a disconnect and reconnect on our kitchen sink. I told him I thought that was high and asked how many hours of work that would be. He said about 3. I paid the service fee and canceled the a/c we had scheduled for the next day.We called Giles’s Plumbing who did everything plus connected 2 new sinks in our master bathroom for $169.

The only good thing I can say is that they were on time… called about our issue on 7/25/23 , recommended by my brother and service tech did bare minimum but was more focused on getting my credit card to say he got payment and “consultant “ came and gave me a chicken scratch hand written estate saying I had to replace my whole system… with only one option on systems and then had the nerve to say if you financed it and decide not to pay, it’s not like they can repo your A/C. Also asked how long estimate was good for and he said maybe 7 days… most unprofessional thing ever.. probably leaving things out!!! Btw, had another company come and said our coils just needed to be cleaned!!

Called them to fix a leak in my kitchen sink. They tried to upsell me on services on the phone before they showed up which i declined. When they showed up they tried to upsell us more. They quoted 1200 for kitchen sink fix and 6700 for random other projects we didn't call about. Ended up hiring another company who fixed everything for 400. Do not use this company.

Technicians were nice people, but they quoted me $739 to install two new faucets unless I joined their Ultimate Advantage Club, then it was over $500 to install the two faucets. WHAT A JOKE!!!! I wouldn;t recommend wasting your time with this company unless you want to overpay by hundreds of dollars for the most simplistic tasks.

No Rating!Regarding ABC PLUMBING:I call their number and explained what needed to be done which was install a hot water heater which I purchased. Gave them as much information as I could. Their response was to send a technician out to my house and he was here for three minutes (no, not 5 mins) stated he would need a minimum $900.00 and some change. I said if we had the option to finance the payments, he said no, the total charge would need to be more than$1,000. Boom, a minute later he's riding down the street with $60 precious dollars of mine. I feel ripoff for the 60, because their price list is ridiculous. BTW they do electrical work (not this technician), so I threw out the idea that we could add this to a contract to make it over a thousand, that was a no go as an option. This was ripoff plain and simple!

Bob the service technician was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was professional, polite and safe. Provided some great information about the other services. Would recommend ABC... however... charges seem excessive. $459.00 to replace a capacitor (a $30 part) and the entire visit was less than one (1) hour. When I called the office to ask how they get to that price I was told that is the standard flat repair fee. Does not matter how much time or parts cost, that was their fee. Seems excessive to me. Next time, I will do my homework better (buyer beware).

Awesome company. We had an issue where we noticed the A/C wasn't turning on, and called ABC. They sent out a technician, Robert, who was fantastic. He not only found a leak, but was able to fix it in a relatively small amount of time. He answered every question in detail, even explaining step by step what he was finding and repairing. ABC is the most professional service I have used in 50 years. Everything they did was as the company requested and always with a smile.

I’ve had an unusually high electric bill and suspected the A/C wasn’t running efficiently. ABC had a $29 special for a check up. They were here about 30 min and gave me a run down on the health of the system. There were a couple issues but my A/C wasn’t the culprit. They gave me a written list of what they found and recommendations which I felt were reasonable. At no time did I feel pressured to schedule any repairs. The bill came to $29 just as advertised. They both wore masks and were practicing social distancing.

Ethan was prompt, professional and a really knowledgeable nice person. He was here for a seasonal check of the AC system. He explained his gage readings and discovered the freon lvls were low. He charged the system and verified all was reading/working properly before leaving. I was pleased with his knowledge and work ethic. I would recommend him as an excellent service technician.

Emailed contact info to schedule an appointment to get a unit serviced. They are running a special for $29, I previously called Cool Today but they canceled and didn’t show during scheduled window. ABC called first thing the next day and after talking to them and letting them know it’s a condo and unit is on the second level, (tech will need a ladder).....the price went to $229?! What a rip off $200 for the use of a ladder, seriously? I will not be calling them again. If that’s the up charge for a ladder, who knows what other hidden fees they have.

ABC Plumbing was there for me on a Sunday and was able to send out a great technician same day. Mihail was very professional and helped me identify the root cause (literally-tree roots) of my plumbing issue, clear the clog so I could resume normally, and gave me options within the presented quote to fix bigger issues. He was knowledgeable and trustworthy and also kind to my dog, who thought the plumbing issue was fun and exciting. Will be working with ABC again in the future.

My wife called for service to our HVAC and the technician who responded was not knowledgeable about HVAC. He seemed focused on a sales pitch for the companies home service plan for plumbing, electrical and AC systems. He over stated the issues, insisted that we replace several components associated with the system as their 'standard practice'. When asked if he would add freon to the system, he insisted that first he would need to perform a $362 leak test. I explained that this has been done 2 times before and no leak was found at the various components, yet the system still loses freon over the course of a year.I suggested that the old copper lines are probably the issue and he insisted that copper never leaks and that a new system would be needed.Our current system is only 5 years old, had a compressor replaced 1 year ago and has been serviced regularly by others.He obviously does not understand corrosion of copper very well,I would NOT recommend service by this company.

I contacted ABC this past Tuesday. They said a technician will be there around 11am on Thursday.. I called ABC around 1 pm on Thursday to check when the technician would arrive.. I told them I would be there all day. They said they will call 30-45 minutes before the tech would arrive. They never came nor called me on Thursday. I called ABC on Friday morning. ABC again said they were sorry that a technician did not contact you or come to his appointment. Their answer was we will have a technician there today. I said I will be there all day.Well, it's now Saturday morning and nobody from ABC has ever called me this week.I contacted ABC to initiate every query of where their technician was at.Please be mindful of this company. I am not bashing their quality or prices as I never got that far in the process.If ABC would have at the least reached out to the customer to inform them of any changes to the schedule then I wouldn't be writing this review now.Make your own decisions, but I have made mine.

They said maybe they would come out later that night and then called to schedule for next day! They are based in Chicago, IL - even for service in St. Petersburg, Fl. Communication with them was awful. They over promise and under deliver!

We have had the new system less than three weeks and it has quit twice. I requested service both times and was informed that they did not have anyone to work on Sunday. When I ordered a new unit from them back in April 2021, we had a few issues, but they really worked hard to make it right. The 1 year free parts and maintenance really turned things around. It's not the cheapest place in town, but the service you get makes it worth it. Plus the club is legit worth the cost, so make sure you grab it(It includes plumbing)

We had a clogged toilet that was backing up into our bathtub 🤢😬ABC came to our rescue!! Eli and Joshua were friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to fix the problem and answer all our questions!! I highly recommend ABC😉Customer for life!!

They got me. I called ABC for an issue with my HVAC not cooling the house. The fan was running, but not pulling out hot air. The onsite tech found that the capacitor was blown. He offered to replace it on the spot. I asked the price and he said $595. Meanwhile he was suggesting if that was not the problem I may have to replace the whole unit which could be thousands. Understanding they are in the business of selling services, I just asked if that was mostly labor cost of the cost of the part. The tech replied that it was inline with the cost of the part, as they get their parts right from the manufacture. I felt he was being honest, and admittedly not doing my research because I needed the AC fixed ASAP, I went ahead with the repair.Later that day I found out the capacitor was only $13.97 from the manufacturer. I understand there are additional costs that go into this (labor, business expenses, time, etc), but to mark up over $580 + the $99 service visit fee, I was taken.I looked at my bill of sale which gave me 3 days to cancel the transaction and make the parts available to ABC to pick up. I followed their directions and mailed by cancellation request, along with calling their office to let them know. I was blown off, having to continuously call back only to finally be told that this was not enforceable in Illinois.In the end, I was refunded half the cost, but not without a battle. It was made clear after my conversations that they do indeed charge these ridiculous prices because they admittedly know majority of the time, time is of the essence for their customers and they will spend the money without having the opportunity to properly research. I realize I am too at fault for agreeing to their price, but I just did not think such a large (and what I thought was a reputable company) would take customers like this.Never using ABC again, and recommend you also get another estimate if you have them come out to repair anything. Their words and contracts mean nothing apparently.

We used ABC to install a new AC system (air handler and compressor) for a cost of $13k. The installation techs spent about 8 hours at our house. When they left they said everything was working and it would take about an hour to cool things down. After about 10 minutes, the vents were pumping out air in excess of 99°. I called ABC and another tech named Jeremy came out, spent about 3 hours and said he couldn't get the system running and the first guy would have to come back in the morning and sort out his wiring. Jeremy was great to work with and seemed truly embarrassed by his coworkers poor workmanship. As it stands, we're spending a hot night in a house with an inoperable expensive new air conditioner.

I have used the ABC Air&Heat services for the first time to install an energy efficient heat pump system for my home, starting from sales person to installers I have received very professional, knowledgeable and technically sound services all the way. Looking forward to their prompt and professional maintenace services.

Diego, was an excellent Tech, he was knowledgeable, polite, respectful and proficient. He fixed the leaking faucet by replacing the 2 valves and informed me that due to age, the faucet would need to be replaced. I must say though that the despite some very nice discounts, those 2 valves cost us more than $450, which was a bit of a surprise. Over all though our experience was very good.

Although the stoppage in the sink was fixed and the washing machine eventually drained the washing machine is no longer working and there is leakage elsewhere flooding the garage. The kitchen sink is slowly draining which had not been a problem. The employee offered other services before he even looked at the problem.Was this a senior scam?Also the bill only showed a final cost with no explanation of cost of parts, labor, etc.If I could give it a lower score I would. It’s back to Chris’s plumbing I go .

Let me say that everything was good except for the price of the job which was extremely high. The repair man was friendly and polite. He did excellent work and removed everything from the kitchen when he was done. He wore a mask and shoe coverings. I would have given the company 5 stars if their fee had been more reasonable .

The ABC Plumbing team installed both a new A/C and furnace. The furnace installation seemed to be the more difficult of the two items. Good job because both systems worked at the end of day. Three stars and not five is due to not finding out if the permits were pulled and if the units were installed per the city code. There is no emergency shutoff for the furnace and the A/C may have to be elevated due to being in a flood zone. No one from ABC has contacted us even though we were told they would by the installers.

My AC technician was polite, professional, and efficient. He had to persist in finding the part I needed, as many items were sold out because some businesses are hoarding right now. In this very difficult time he was, also, careful and considerate regarding sanitizing after his work and respecting my own health. Thank you, ABC, I will always call you when I need your services.

I had a good experience getting my AC cleaned before not the last time but two times before that this last time the guy did a horrible job I don't even know if they really cleaned anything we purchased a brand new AC system from you guys from ABC and the install everything was great we even spent an extra $1,000 to get the dehumidifier totally spent about $7,000 and we always get it maintained the last guy was quick and I don't even think he cleaned it inside I think he just wasting his time in and out that's not how I like to do business so be nice if one of you guys can contact me or I'll contact you guys

I contacted this company last Thursday for an appointment on Monday. They cancelled the appointment on Monday due to an emergency. I rescheduled for this afternoon, and again they cancelled. While I can understand one cancellation—to cancel two days in a row is not ok.

Do not use this company. They are way over priced and tried to rip me off. They tried to charge me 1,400 dollar for a drain clean out, new kill switch, and drain pan. The total cost of the parts from Home Depot was 80 dollars. I called another company and they did it for 200.00. Minus the pan that I purchased myself and installed under the unit. Took 10 mins. They also tried to tell me I needed another 6,000 dollars worth of repairs. The company I went with said that wasn't true and my system is working perfectly fine. ABC plumbing also told me my 10 year system was trash and the entire thing needed to be replaced. The company I went with said I easily have 5-7 more years if not longer. Bottom line is that if you use this company be prepared to be overcharged!! Save yourself the money and call someone else!

I had to re-pipe my entire house. Jasmine Amos and Diego Lucero were my assigned plumbers. They were awesome! They were on time - explained everything - made sure everything was cleaned up and when I pointed out things that were important or concerning to me they treated my concerns with the upmost respect. I was stressed out having to redo my whole house but they very calm and therefore made me feel calm. By they time they left, I felt like I made two new friends. Called 5/11 at 9:15 service call pertaining to an issue with my hot water heater. I had Anthony come about a week ago co concerning the water heater. I needed someone to come.e back out because I wasn't getting g hot waterWhen I called today to request service, I was told a service man would be out within 45 minutes. When an hour went by I called again and was told it would be about 2 hours....it was 4 hours and still no service. The operates who helped on the 3 rd call was very nice and didn't u understand why someone did come out. I found another company that was here within 30 minutes and I cancelled ABC....i will not call them again.

Beware - Total Rip Off. Customer service was a little lacking - on my first call the person answering hung up on me when I asked her name ( I didn't catch it in her initial greet). I called back and I was able to schedule a visit. I was pleasantly surprised someone was in my area and able to visit that same day. The service person was very competent, but talkative - trying to gen up some additional work - causing the job to take much longer than needed. However, I will say he did a good job and built some trust and rapport. The price of my minor toilet repair, which took less than 40 minutes, was over $500. So, beware! This company offers competent but highly overpriced service. This company is a rip off. I recommend calling other local plumbers - Scott plumbing or Heavenly plumbing - for a fair and reasonable price.

They are not cheap so if you're looking for a bargain this is not the company you want to use but saying that the service was good they were very responsive and they took time to make sure we understood every option we had.

Have bought new AC unit with first year broke down so many times,I lost count. Today my house Temperature is 92F , I have called so many times, even though am paying for club membership the customer service will just say someone will be sent right away. And no one shows up. We have ice packs, fans that are only blowing heat.

Awesome job. This was just routine maintenance, but Frankie did even more.I didn’t have the right size filters so he cut down a 30 inch filter, to a 24 inch filter using scissors and then attached the frame from the 6 inch piece to the larger frame so that it was rigid. Pretty impressive.Frankie also cleared the grass that was clogging my compressor outside. His job to “cut my lawn“ but he did it anyway. :)

Unfortunately there is no zero star. Anyhow, I contacted this company to come out to ONLY change my water softener FILTER. One of the service man came out looked at for minute or two, then I start explain what I needed to get done to change only FILTER. The guy ran back to his Van for about 20 minutes came back and start ran down the list of options that I need to do (1) that I have to replace entire water filter system that cost $6,000 (2) Install new Carbon and filter that cost $3,200 (3) replace the water filter and the case that cost $851 (4) just open the case and replace the filter will cost me $486. Not only that he start explain the membership process which difficult to understand what they try cut more arms/legs. Lastly their website stated that no trip charge, but unfortunately I have to pay $59 for the trip charge to the service man to came out and run down of their list that I don't really need. It's a horrible experience that I have with this company, so just want everyone to be aware of, they will rip you off anyway they can. So I paid my due and say please take your business somewhere else.

Called after being let down by another company. They said they would do it next morning if we accepted the quote .He arrived with a suit and tie on . Not at all dressed to work . Gave us an estimate $2700 above any other estimate we had . Then wanted $ 59 for that . It’s a con they give outrages estimates in order to collect call out fees no one would accept their prices . Their prices are exorbitant. We called ABC to repair a running toilet. First the plumber tried to sell us new toilets ($1,972 for 2). I said we just wanted to repair the running toilet. His estimate was $318. We sent him on his way after paying the service fee. We called another local plumber who charged $137 for the same repairs.

Juan was very profesional, and explained what was needed to repair my A/C. He also help me save some money by offering the maintenance package.

Worst company EVER. They over charge for AC & water heater. They did not complete work left hole under both my sinks. Call the company several times, they never returned my calls. They have poor customer service!!! NO professionalism.

So far, Louis came to my home after my heat pump was blowing hot air. My system is about 28 years old and needs replacing. Louis has 30+ years experience and gave me great advice. Now to see my options and price to have my home cool again. ABC Air is to bring a temporary unit today and should have a total replacement unit by days end. So far, so good.Jason and company worked very hard to install my new heat pump. It is now cooling my home with perfection... You will never know how much you appreciate a working system until you experience it yourself with 96° weather and humidity to boot! I had a pipe spring a leak in my bathroom. I called ABC to come have someone take a look at it. I appreciate them coming out that day, because I had to shut my water off.To make a long story short....the tech that came out to assess the situation gave me 3 options...$3600$7000$10000Not once was it about fixing the issue so I can turn my water back on. My perception was that is was about how much they can charge to resolve the problem.

The city informed me that we had a water leak late Friday afternoon. After calling a number of places that either could not help with the leak or did not have availability till Monday I called ABC and I'm glad I did. They were able to send Elijah to address the problem Saturday morning. Elijah did a great job for us he was professional, knowledgeable and solved the issue in a timely manor. The technician was good, but I have some issues with the company. I called re toilet repair but the receptionist made me answer questions about my water heater which is irrelevant. When the tech showed up he said the company asks him to take a picture of the water heater and confirm how old it is. This is unacceptable given that as a customer I am not asking for this service nor do I want someone to sell me extra stuff nor take pictures of things in my house. Next the tech said that the toilet repair recommended is $800 lol!! Or the cheaper option is $200 to replace a simple part. I mean common what a rip off... and for $800 you can buy a new toilet. Managers of the company are not customer friendly and ppl will eventually catch on and move on to more customer friendly companies.

I really wanted to work with ABC Air. Made an appointment for today at 6pm for my rental property. Just an tune-up and cleaning. Waited for the tech until 7:45 and never showed. I called customer service and they told me they will have a technician out in 4 days. “Consider it done?” More like consider using someone else.

This outfit I is the biggest pReap off that I have experienced I called to fix a bathroom shower faucet that was leaking. The guy came in and spent approximately an hour looking around and asking questions about every plumbing fixture in my home. Then he disapperared 8in his truck to write up a proposal . When he came back it was like a joke, new water heater new water softener and on and on then finally when it come to define how much it was going to charge me to change the cartridge on the Moen faucet in me shower minhe pointed to his hand written proposal for $ 429.oo 0i just escorted out my home and told the that they were thieves. I called another local plumber that charged me less than $200 and had the job done in less than half an hour.

This place is horrible, recently was in an accident with one of the drivers because he was careless an turned cutting lanes and no signal. Should hire professionals who are truthful and actually follow the laws that suppose to. Have open lawsuits to fix car and don't care if they go after him personally or the company. I will never use this company for my house and neither will anyone I know

There was a problem with my AC coming on at the same time as my furnace. Angel fixed the problem which will save me money on my gas bill.

At first Erim appeared confused by the way my Tankless hot water system was set up. However, after a few minutes he explained that the servicing and maintenance part of the system was set up in reverse order. He proceeded to correct the problem and service the unit. Even though Anthony and his partner were exceptionally courteous, the price he quoted from his book was too ridiculously expensive for the work that had to be done. Will not use ABC plumbing or recommend them to any of my colleagues in the future.

I would give this company 0 stars, but google review requires I give at least one, so enjoy the freebee, ABC. From the inept sales person on the phone call to the more than 2x the price of other companies upon estimate, I had nothing but bad experiences with ABC. Their products are outdated and overpriced, they will NOT give you an estimate when they visit, and they expect you to sign away without getting any information. There are hundreds of other companies that will perform the same task with 10 times the professionalism and knowledge. Avoid ABC like the plague.

Had scheduled an appt for Wed. after 2 PM. Tech never showed/called. Had to call in and asked if they could reschedule during business hours on Friday.because tech never showed up or called. Friday comes, office calls in the morning says tech should be out before noon. 5pm, no show. Called service and just got excuses on a 2nd no show/call. Then a tech shows up at 8pm at night, not even calling b4 coming even though I told dispatcher they have to come during daylight. Wasted 2 days waiting on these idiots. Will never TRY to use them again!!

On June 1st we called out a sales rep from this company to quote us for new ac unit .After hours of waiting for Justin the sales manager to give us prices we were told we would have to wait until following day because he was at dinner. Understand this is in a SWELTERING 86 degree house and we’re waiting on him. Clearly our business as well as our discomfort meant nothing to this manager. Not to mention that this set us back 4 days for installation. I have multiple sclerosis and the heat factor is detrimental to this disease.Next evening sales rep comes to our house and pulls a bait and switch and tells us they can’t do job until Tuesday and won’t have parts we were quoted at but says they can do mix match system. (Fast forward to last night one of their own technicians said this should have NEVER been done.)Tuesday units are installed, Wed. night technician is out here and installs a new thermostat. Still continues to run non stop.Last night technician comes tells us this should have never been done this way. Today we call to speak to Justin, manager and we’re told he would be calling back shortly. He never called. Shortly after we placed that call a technician shows up and this technician says we have to much freon, and the tells us air handler is sucking air from the attic. Then tells us to call if there’s no improvement, we call and no one calls us back. And here we are in a house that just has new ac unit installed and is NOT working properly. It is June, I have MS and am very sensitive to such high temperatures. As a person with a disability I feel very taken advantage of.I consider my husband and myself as courteous, considerate, reasonable people. We treat people as we would like to be treated. Unfortunately what this company has done must be known and shared. Just awful

We had the service plan 14.99 Pcm and were due a free check-up as part of the plan. The issue is they don't provide an appointment. The business starts at 0800am and arrives at 4 pm. The technician advised he had come from Tampa, which is not the customer's issue. I wonder why a tech is coming from Tampa. This technician complained after we had wasted a day waiting. Said you have an attitude, he must have been working hard from 8 a.m. I closed the door at this point called the company and cancelled our account. Sad as we wanted them to quote for the second bathroom refit too, after they had done the original.Advice to owner if you run a pcm service have enough staff to do the visits assigned.

Israel was the plumber from ABC Plumbing was the technician that came to help me My garbage disposal wasn’t working. He was fast and efficient. I would recommend using ABC Plumbing to anyone. I’ll sure be using them again This is the first time I’m using this company and I will definitely be using them again.

There was a leak at the outside pvc pipe coupling on the side of the house. Israel found the leak, and prepared to fix, and while having to chop out some concrete around the pipe, the 90 degree elbow sprung anotherleak. Israel, continued to attack the problem until a total fix was achieved. He has a good work ethic, and that is rare. I would recommend Israel, and ABC to people I know. Thanks.

After getting off to a VERY rocky start when I had a new A/C installed last year, Kyle Reilly has given me a little faith back in this company! He arrived last night to fix a problem and ended up leaving with an A/C running as it should. While here he was very courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He found the problem and fixed it quickly . If needed in the future,I will definitely request Kyle as our technician.

The service technician fed me a whole bunch of nothing. Overcharged me for installing a bathroom vanity (very small one), sold me a maintenance package which turned out to be invalid. ABC Plumbing DID NOT honor it AND lied about a refund when I asked for it. Additionally, did not produce any receipts of proof for this alleged refund. I have called again and again to only have a response of confusion. TERRIBLY disappointed. I would NOT recommend this company for anything. Not even a tank flush!

Called early that we were scheduled for before noon, but never showed up at all!
