TECO shut off my gas service while doing a utility locate in my neighborhood and refused to turn it back on until I had my property tested for leakage. The guys from St. Pete Plumbing were able to test the system and demonstrate that there were no leaks, and later that day TECO restored service. There was an initial over-charge on the leak detection services, but the owner reached out to me personally to correct the mistake. I think they do care about their professionalism and customer satisfaction at St. Pete Plumbing.

We had a long term leak in a garage bathroom that does not get much use. It got progressively worse. We called a few plumbers in our area, and none could make it out. St. Pete plumbing came out the same day (morning). They quickly found the leak and repaired at a good price.

I had a broken tank on the toilet. They came out surveyed the situation and recommended a new toilet. They put a new more efficient toilet in. The installers were professional and courteous. I also had a problem with the shower that they took care of. There was a miscommunication with the estimate quote and they gave me the lower price quote even though the higher price quote job was done. Honesty and professionalism! Satisfied with the work quality and business ethics of St Pete Plumbing. Brian had to redo the water/plumbing lines going to one of our newly acquired rental properties in St Pete. It was done promptly and at a reasonable price. However being a newly acquired property, we came across more issues over the following months- slow bath drain, toilet backs up frequently. (The plumbing lines going from the house also needed to be redone). St Pete Plumbing did not hesitate to go out to the rental property to take care of the various issues. Very pleased with how they handle the work. Would highly recommend them to others and continue to use them in the future.

Expensive but professional and trust worthy. Steve K. came and fixed my main line clog. I think he did a good job and I liked him a lot. I trusted him, it was a good interaction and I feel confident about my experience with this company. I will say, I also feel like this company maximizes it’s billing capabilities, and by that I mean they aren’t cheap. They tacked onto the bill another $300 just to remove a toilet for access for the other job, which is a pretty simple and quick task, so it feels like a racket, but at the same time - I would be worried hiring another company that is maybe cheaper or maybe not that I would get someone who is unprofessional and would show up late or not at all and do a bad job, but with this company I feel they did a good job and I trust them and I have no second thoughts, besides that they’re just expensive. You get what you pay for I think. And I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to friends, I would recommend st Pete plumbing and I would recommend Steve who came and did my job. So, I say hire them and trust them. Just get ready to pay for professional and timely service, because they ain’t cheap. They’re expensive. But again, I don’t actually know what other companies charge. I called Roto-rooter and they wouldn’t give an estimate even though I detailed the job needed, so… I don’t know what other companies charge, and I wouldn’t trust other companies the same.

I contacted St. Pete Plumbing about mid-day Friday, regarding a leak from my kitchen sink faucet. The company representative told me that their plumber could come to my home within two hours. About an hour later, I received a call the plumber concerning the faucet leak. After a brief conversation with the plumber, he indicated that he may not have the parts on his truck to complete the repair or worst case the faucet may have to be replaced. Either way, he would strive to stop the leak immediately. Thirty minutes later, Shane the plumber arrived and quickly determined that the leak was due to a loose screw holding a rubber ring around the spout of the faucet. In less than ten minutes, Shane had diagnosed the problem, repaired it and checked the faucet for other potential problems. Shane even took photos of the faucet and his work to g[ve me a close-up view of the repair. I was impressed by the professionalism of Shane and his focus on providing excellent customer service. Based on my experience with Shane of St. Pete Plumbing, I highly recommend this company to meet your plumbing needs.

Simply job. Removing two kitchen valves and replace with comp valves...less than an hour of work, plus I am supplying the new valves. $850! That's significantly overpriced. Found 2 other rated plumbers that will do it for $225.

As you can see from the photo below, there's plenty of room to work without pulling the disposal and drainpipes. Three quotes so far from licensed plumbers today. All under $300. Even if you had to drop the disposal, it's a 1/3 turn drop-style. The one star review is based on value of service and grossly overcharging for services.

We were in a bind and due to a gas leak had to shut off gas to a large building. St. Pete Plumbing was available and came out right away to fix it. This was our first time using St. Pete Plumbing and I was very impressed with Josh and Tim. There were major obstacles that came up throughout the repair and ownership stepped in and scoured every county surrounding us to find parts for an obsolete system. Called this plumber out and they told me $375 to use locator. They showed up hours late, were completely rude on the phone when I didn’t answer right away (they were hours after they said they’d be there) and then told me it would be an additional $225 because they’d have to remove the toilet. When I asked how else they’d access the toilet, they didn’t have an answer. I wouldn’t recommend for the lack of professionalism and increase in price when what I needed done was clearly stated upon the original booking.

Professional people that were prompt with squeezing me into their schedule for a clogged drain. Although, first guy that came out fixed part of the problem I was experiencing while the other part of the problem was not resolved, which was the sink was partially filling with water once washer was draining. I finally found the time to call them back out to my house as I have a crazy schedule (1 week later) and since I can't prove I didn't stick anything else down the drain like a chicken bone they wanted to charge me another $350 to snake the drain... again... 1 week later.
Disappointed, but not worth the battle of who's right and who's wrong.

Need the parts replaced inside the tank. Got call they guys were 15-20 minutes away. Didn't have the correct parts in the van so had to go get them. Took longer than expected so they gave me a break on cost but what sold me on St Pete plumbing is I found right after they left it leaked when flushing the toilet. Called them and they came right back within 15 minutes. Very apologetic and fixed it and made sure everything was working as it should be.

Cannot say enough nice things about St. Pete Plumbing. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a leak from an unknown source within a wall. St. Pete Plumbing suggested I hire a leak detection company first instead of having them come out and get charged for a visit if they were not able to locate the leak or it if came from the roof. Once the leak was detected St. Pete Plumbing came out and took care of it. Alex is very responsive to phone calls and emails. The gentleman who came and made the repairs was very nice and took care of the leak quickly. Dealing with plumbing issues can be stressful, but these guys made it easy. Very much appreciated.

We are having our cement driveway removed for pavers to be installed. Our water main line was about 65 yo and was galvanized pipe that was totally rusted and leaking. I called St Pete Plumbing and Shane came right out to assess the situation. We agreed to keep water turned off and he was back at 8:30 am with James & Robert to replace the line, and I decided to have a house water filter installed too, along with a bathroom faucet replaced. They were more than pleasant to deal with, and definitely efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any future plumbing issues. At least it was discovered before the pavers were installed!
If you need a plumber, you just call them at 727- 800- POOP !! Hard to forget!!

After hiring this company to do a job they refused to send me emails to explain to me what they actually did. I have been waiting for two weeks to see the camera footage from the video they took of my plumbing. After I agree to do the job that they explained to me once at the job site they took it upon themselves to tackle a different area than what was discussed and my plumbing issue is still going on unsolved. After multiple phone calls I’m getting nowhere with them. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Sean was just terrific. Very sympathetic and just very nice. I had a serious toilet clog. Couldn't get it with plunger or auger. He went through the vent on the roof. Nothing. So he had to remove and reset the toilet. He called another worker, Shane who was equally terrific, to bring a camera. They were here at least 3 hours. They were very clear on what they had to do and how much it would be. I highly recommend this company.

I bought a new washer and gas dryer and when Home Depot came to install neither the natural gas or water hookups were done properly. So it's 10:30 PM on a Sunday night. I call several plumbers, everyone laughed at me when I said my husband tried to fix this.
No one wanted to come out on a Sunday night, I had no water. I could not turn on the water because my husband broke off the shut-off valve. Luckily I found St Pete plumbing. Even though I basically got Josh out of bed he came and he fixed the broke off valve and restored my water. He was here until 11:40 PM fixing what my husband tried to fix. I expected to pay extra since it was after hours and on a Sunday night. The fee was reasonable and the work was completed quickly. I truly appreciate St Pete plumbing coming out! Thank you so much!!

Our guest shower wasn't getting hot and we needed the valve replaced quickly in order to complete the sale of our home. I called St Pete Plumbing in the morning and they were able to send someone out later that afternoon. The individual arrived on time and was professional every step of the way. Bought a mobile home As is and expected some minor issues as we moved in. After only a couple of days, wasn't expecting a complete blockage of the kitchen sink/dishwasher/garbage disposal drain. Shane is the man :) 1st of all, I had called 4 other plumbing companies before I called this one, and I was so relieved to hear Alex answer the phone! He actually knew what he's talking about rather than some answering service. Best part was Shane came over within the hour!! Told when he was 15 minutes out and he speaks English and he was very professional. He made a prompt analysis, Very experienced plumber. Shane is just such a nice person very kind. Very easy to understand and comprehend in a comprehense and he worked fairly quickly he also helped us with several other problems related related to the leak. Took his time and explained how all performing in the house worked. I really think you should make a video explaining it to people lol but seriously. We're so thrilled to find Saint Pete plumbing and we just love the name. Makes it easy to remember I cannot recommend this company enough!! What a relief, they saved the day and the price was not crazy, that's never what you wanna pay unexpectedly, but it was doable.

Brian & Daniel were really nice. They can out and have me an honest estimate. At first the price was a little higher than a couple other estimates I got, but they guarantee their work @ felt good about how they walked me though a couple things. I am glad I went with them - a job well done!

Josh Michael installed a kitchen faucet, a garbage disposal, and a dishwasher water supply line for our condo. His work was exceptionally neat so that we have maximum usable space in the cupboard under the sink. He also hooked up a new connection for our refrigerator icemaker line that is much cleaner looking and more visible than what we had before. Our interaction with Josh was as pleasant and efficient as we could ever hope with any contractor. We highly recommend Josh and St. Pete Plumbing.

I recently purchased a home and within 2 weeks needed major work on the plumbing. A tree root was blocking the pipe under my house. Brian had to come in, jackhammer the concrete floors, replace the pipe and put the floor back. Having just moved into the house I was very upset about having to have this done, but Brian and his team made the experience painless.
They got the whole thing done in one day and when they left, other than the fact that the plumbing was working (YAY!) , you could not even tell they had been here. They cleaned up every particle of dust and put everything back as it was. They were even super nice to my dogs, and very pleasant in general. They were patient when I had questions and took time to explain everything.
I’m very happy with the work, the response time and the level of customer service. It’s clear that Brian wants everything done as quickly as possible and always correctly for every customer.
Thank you for making this experience much less traumatic than I thought! I highly recommend them to anyone!

St. Pete Plumbing got James out to us in less than 24hrs. Friendly and knowledgeable, he dealt with a broken tub drain that had to be accessed through the crawl space of our 100+ yr old house.

Reasonable pricing and spent about 3hrs on our call. If we weren’t moving, they would be my go-to for the future. Highly recommend. :)

1st guy id Not fix leak had to call again under 30 days! Only gave a 3 cos 2nd guu Tyler did a great job very easy fix in 5 mnutes. Ty Tyler. Plumbers are very expensive ridiculous $225 for a simple pvc pipe loose under my kitchen sink. Unfortunately Tyler's great work was destroyed by a Rat problem in our park. The black adhesive the rats found delicious! I cried it chewed all the way thru my pipe! Can I get some mercy on a re-do? If so please contact me Tyler. Thanks. Update 3/7/23 Company good on their word & replaced the part for Free Thank you sooo much! ! ! Upgraded to a 5 star😊

Professional and pleasant. Yet they quoted $225 to perform a five minute job. These are their words! The leak was due to a loose flapper that would have understandably been easy for them to fix. So I declined and will now try to fix it myself. I don’t know how they can justify such inflammatory rates. Sad.
