Cornerstone Plumbing is the absolute best! We had Spencer complete repair work in our home and we can’t say enough kind things about him! He really took care of us and thoroughly explained the project from beginning to end. You can really tell he cares about taking care of the community he serves. Horrible management, horrible service, overpriced for the quality of work you actually get it’s not worth it at all

I have worked for Cornerstone Plumbing for over 3 years, most of the employees are guys who have been here over 10 years. That speaks volumes about the company in my book. I have been a plumber in Florida for over 35 years, and even owned and operated my own local plumbing company and this company represents what I think a professional plumbing company should look and feel like. Having worked at quite a few shops, the care that is put into the customer satisfaction is unparalleled with any other plumbing company I have worked for or heard about.
This company wants to be your plumber from now on, as opposed to some companies who want the big money real fast, customer service be damned.
The care that is put towards training employees is like nothing I have experienced, this company actually prides itself in training and promoting its employees and sends them to plumbing school, at the companies expense. What companies would dare do that in todays atmosphere?
I truly believe I have found a home, a place I am PROUD to say I work at and even prouder to say I represent.

Called to have someone come out and address a leak we found, the guy who answered was very helpful and polite. We managed to have them come out next day! Thank you so much! Awesome job 😊

I live in a mobile home park and Cornerstone is management's contracted plumber. Doug was the plumber that responded to my clogged sewer line. This was not first time I had a blockage. It was however first time the plumber really expained the problem, tree roots were blocking the sewer line. He corrected the problem with some real high tech products, a snake with a camera, found the root ball and could break it up with a tool on the end of the snake. He even showed me the video on his see snake machine. This problem developed around 9 AM, the plumber arrived before noon and all was fixed before 2 PM. Very professional, and I am very satisfied how quick this was resolved on a Friday knowing the weekend was almost here.

Had an issue with a kinked waterline and when Doug and Loui fixed it, the water was tricking out in my tub. It was late in the day and to late to do anymore work so I ran to get a new cartridge and they arrived the next day very early and fixed it in about an hour. It was clogged with sediment. Very happy with this company and I would let people know they were very fair with the price. Will use them again. Hopefully not to soon!

Everyone on this team is very courteous and respectful of you and your home. We have been using this company for more than five years and always choose Cornerstone because they are trustworthy, responsive, accommodate emergencies ASAP and pricing is reasonable. I know several of the employees have been there for years so that is great— I feel comfortable with them. Cornerstone did our plumbing for our house when we built it, a couple of repairs and have installed an upgraded water softener as well.

Terrance, Brent and Mike are wonderful! They let us know what they are doing and the next steps. Very professional but also personable. Would highly recommend them!

My 2011 water heater failed yesterday (1/26) at noon. An emergency call to Cornerstone Plumbing was answered and I had a new (better) tankless water heater installed by 6 PM.

Used Cornerstone Plumbing for a condo repiping project. The technicians were very efficient, explained what they were doing along the project and were very careful to maintain a clean work area and to leave everything in order at the end of each day on the job.
I would highly recommend Cornerstone for any plumbing project, large or small.

definitely the most Professional Plumbing Service, but I've ever dealt with

These guys are nothing but clown car operators. I will never use them again. Very unprofessional. They were hired by my GC to completely redo all sewer lines and plumbing as part of my home renovation. Nearly a $500k project overall with probably $30k plus for plumbing. They were not on time. Their people were sloppy leaving parts all over the place. Lost critical parts to a $3k rainshower. They have been back 4 times 3 different people and it still doesn’t work. We were scheduled to move into our home today and we’re told they couldn’t come back to finish the critical stuff we needed for day to day living until next Tuesday. Very poor quality. Very poor service. Not responsive. No passion they just don’t care. Very disappointed. Avoid them. They are terrible.

We were so grateful to finally find plumbers that were professional, knew what they were doing, and did great work. Thanks so much Doug and Lewis. We'll be calling again in the future.
