Awful experience. Could not have gone worse. Came to them for a simple shower diverter fix (leaky faucet/low pressure). They some how ended up making the problem worse then charged me triple what the company I hired next to fix their incompetence did. The plumber also cracked my tile floor during his visit.

Every morning there is at least one of these trucks speeding through traffic and cutting people off. No signal used at all. If you can’t make it to your appointments on time then leave earlier. Stop putting others at risk for your poor planning.

They came out to my home to replace handles and the drain in our bathroom. They were almost an hour late to the appointment, the guy seemed out of it and was rude the second that he walked into our home. Was told that the job would take 10-15 mins, it took 50. When the guy was done, he rushed out of the house so fast that we could not check his work. When we did, he left a dirt and debris in the tub and on the floor. Plus, when I checked his work, the faucet was leaking worse than when he arrived. Called my landlord, she had them come back and they did and fixed the leak. NOW, the leak is fixed but the knobs are hard to turn, even for my husband. They left screws, washers and nuts in my bathroom and driveway. Then they told my landlord that WE were rude. Stay away from this company!!!

My plumber was Zachary Lapanne. My best experience with a plumbing problem, he was prompt,courteous,fast and very informative and explained things very well and for all the work that he did was very good price and I will continue to use him.

Had a main sewer line clog with water backing up into the house on a Saturday. Called around to multiple plumbers listed as open for emergency services and Home Team was the only one to answer. The woman on the phone was great, friendly and responsive. She called me back to let me know when someone was on the way. JT arrived quickly and I couldn't be happier with his service. He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing nuances of similar homes in our area. He talked through the issue with me and answered every question I had. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. I will recommend this business to everyone.

Worst ever. 6 hours to replace existing water heater??? I don't need to be a training exercise for some trainee. Incompetence at its worst. While overcharging. Won't recommend to my enemies. And the excuse, the, ahem, the specialist gave me? I didn't break anything. Yeah. That's what I want to hear from reputable business. NOT.

It was okay they did their job but we're having an issue with I didn't get a receipt from them they said that they were going to send and didn't and issues with another toilet that they didn't bother to check

When the main water supply line to our house ruptured we got one unresponsive quote, one outlandishly expensive quote and then were so happy to find Home Team Plumbing! Jeff came out and gave us quote right then and there and the next day he secured a permit and his team got right to digging. They were cautious with our pavers and very capably maneuvered new piping into place and had us back in business in no time! You could not ask for a better Team!

I cannot thank them enough for coming on Sunday to unclog a drain however $500 to unclog one drain seems excessive. I am a contractor and know that he just sent a snake down the vent pipe to unclog the sewer drain.

Home Team Plumbing hits a home run with their customer service! We recently had our home water heater completely breakdown which resulted in water leaking throughout our garage. We contacted Home Team Plumbing and within the hour they dispatched Chris & Zack to survey and address the problem. The water heater has suffered a catastrophic failure and needed to be replaced. After assessing the problem they provided me with a complete and thorough explanation of what had happened and the best course of action going forward. After consulting with Chris and Zack I decided to replace the water heater which Home Team Plumbing could facilitate. They delivered the new water heater, installed it and had the job done in short order. So from the time the water heater problem was identified to the problem being resolved in took approximately 4 hours, that’s service! Chris and Zack did a great job of immediately identifying the problem and providing a solution. The customer service was fantastic and the overall experience was great given the circumstances. I would highly recommend Home Team Plumbing to anyone looking for plumbing services! 5 STARS!!!

Putting in a new swimming pool we discovered the sewer line was going to be in the way. Jeff and Hometeam Plumbing were able to get my sewer moved within a week! They had to work around my sprinkler system, rainy days and complicated permits with the city due to the other work going on at my home. Really pleased with their work and professionalism, I would hire again.

I had a really bad experience here with a particular plumber (I think his name was Jeff?)I hired home team plumbing to do a project that involved putting a camera down my sewer. I was reluctant to do the camera bc it was pretty expensive but he promised me he'd credit it towards my project or the information found could be used for other future projects. Well, after he finished, the company called me and told me they won't do the project because it's illegal. Furthermore, they wouldn't refund the $350 for putting a camera down the sewer even though I wouldn't have gotten it if I was properly informed on the legalities to begin with. I called the specific plumber that came to my house hoping I could use the camera for a future project but there was no recording or anything. I was at least hoping for an apology but he was just really condescending.

I recently went to a different plumbing company for a problem I was having and he put a camera down my sewer for $100 cheaper and gave me a full recording. Much nicer experience.

Called Home Team Plumbing with a laundry list of repairs to a 1953 home we just moved into. They were able to come out that day for an estimate and scheduled a full days worth of work just two days later. Theron came out and was extremely friendly and professional. He did a great job and we will definitely call them in the future.

I was having issues with our usual plumber and after waiting 7 hours for them to arrive called Home Team plumbing. They came in 45 mins and gave me an answer why we were having repeated issues so we could finally fix it, rather then call them back out every 2 weeks (like my previous plumbers). I was desperate because my fully-finished basement flooded. It happened very quickly, while I was home upstairs working. This was Friday before July 4, in the late afternoon. I didn't expect any plumber to be available, but with little hope, I called a bunch of them. This company answered the phone, I think her name was Ginger. She was so understanding and kind and said she would have someone call me back. JT called back and said he could come over in 12 minutes. He arrived and analyzed the situation, got out his electronic snake and started to work. He was so knowledgeable, professional and nice. After some time, he showed me what was obstructing the main line. This bunch of plastic that he pulled out was causing the water to back up. I was so relieved. The price was reasonable and he gave me a bit of a discount too. I can't say enough good things about this company and its people. Thank you!!!!!

I called over the weekend and the lady on the phone said that there is a fee for service weekend $150, i agreed to that cause it was an emergency. But they never told me that they had a minimum fee to start the job. When the guy come, wasn't that pleasant, he said oh the job is very tricky but we deal with this stuff well if it wasn't tricky i will need a plumber anyway, and then he said that the job starts from 500$ plus the weekend fee, total 650$, nobody told me that, 500$ this is crazy. Of course i didn't accept i only paid him the 150$ for showing up. I found another company at the same day and they fix
my problem for 350$ , without weekend fee. I knew that the job wasn't worth 500$. Take your business somewhere else home team plumbing is a joke

I had 2 toilets that kept running after they should have filled the tank and stopped. HTP fixed both of them quickly, efficiently. They were respectful of property, friendly, professional, quoted price before doing the job. I have used them for several plumbing needs besides this current one. I highly recommend them.

Installed ball valve and fixed shut off valve for water softener. Donnie was timely and very professional, cleaned up after, would highly recommend. Our repair was out of the norm and he was above the

We use Home Team Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. They have been wonderful to work with in every aspect and the knowledge of the business is impeccable and their prices are more than reasonable. We had then replace all of our main drains in the back of our office, install all new kitchen and bathroom plumbing and topped it off with be more than courteous to all of our staff while working on site.
