Best Faucet Repair in Phoenix AZ

I’m not sure if it was an employee or the owner (my hands had olive oil on them from prepping dinner so I was rushed) but a gentleman just hand delivered the $100 refund check and a box of See’s Candy. Very nice touch. Changed my rating from 1 to 5 because this company heard our feedback and didn’t brush it off.Does it change our experience? No. BUT it does make me believe that our experience isn’t the norm, which I had a feeling anyhow based on prior reviews that led us to use this company in the first place.Final feedback is that the check was made out to my husband. It was actually my card that was used to pay for the repair - the wife. Probably unintentional, but remember that progressive customer service approaches, like asking who the check should be made out to, are noticed and appreciated. Not everyone banks jointly, and not all husbands make more than the wife ?********************************************************The gentleman was punctual, friendly and fast but there was ZERO dust mitigation.I’d hope that plastic would have been hung or laid down, I spent a good hour cleaning up the entire bathroom afterwards. EVERY inch was covered in dust and grime.**Edit 1: My husband came home and checked the work after I paid, there isn’t any caulking around the plate and the shower head is loose. He’s calling them now.It sucks leaving this kind of review because the guy was nice. But this was $1000.00 repair and it wasn’t done properly.I’ll update if they come fix it.**Edit 2:Called and the guy came back but tried blaming ME, by saying, “ But your wife said everything looked ok “Mind blown. My husband asked him if that was really this company’s quality control, asking someone with zero plumbing experience if their work “looks ok”They offered a refund of $100.00This was our daughter’s birthday and we were late to a function because the work was not done right the first time.I also had to clean the carpet because the guy walked back and forth between bathrooms without putting down any plastic or mats.Then clean my tub a second time after he left.Ridiculous experience.

We’ve had Pink Plumbing out to our house twice now, one for a major plumbing issue, almost qualifying as an emergency, then, thankfully, just a minor one after that.

Chris and his crew did an amazing job detecting a damaging water leak, then displayed an extraordinary amount of knowledge and hard work to design a re-routing and new piping solution for our home.

As troubling as this was to us as homeowners (the water created a fair amount of damage, and could’ve been even worse), Chris took the time to personally oversee the work, and exhibited a sense of caring, respect and ownership to be sure the job was done right.

We were relieved when the project was completed, and have Chris to thank for that.

Separately, some time later, we suspected a different problem, and because we were prior customers, Chris personally came out to check things out for us. He ran some diagnostics, and thankfully, no issues.

We are grateful for Chris and his staff. He’s a straight shooter and stand-up guy and business owner, in every way.

My experience:On 7/20/17, I spoke to Steve Herzog about the installation of 4 floor sinks, one 3-compartment sink, a prep sink, 2 hand sinks, a grease trap, and a back-flow preventer. He said they would come out to take a look at the project and I never heard back from him.I reached out on 11/20/17 because the drawings were finished and the permit for tenant improvements were issued. I sent over the drawings & Chad took a look at the project on 11/28/17 He said he’s going to put together a proposal and get back with me. I called him on 12/5/17 and he said, his baby was sick and was surprised I didn’t get his email. Chad said he was in the field and would send the quote when he gets back to the office.Not sure why I never heard back from them but I am thankful I didn’t give them any money.

Was referred to this company by one of my customers at my job and they did not disappoint. Herbert was our guy that came to fix our leaky faucet and he was very professional and friendly and told us everything he was doing and the cause of the problem and even showed us what the issue was. Will def use them again and refer them to others. Thank you Joe and Herbert.

My mom wasn't getting enough hot water to fill a bathtub. Other plumbers were quoting several thousand dollars to install softeners and replace a brand new water heater. Jorge knew to replace worn out shower valve cartridges instead, for well under a thousand. And when a complication again stopped hot water flow, Jesse came out there late on a Sunday night and made things right for no extra charge. These are guys you can rely on to not sell you stuff you don't need, but to get results and stand by them.

Anthony was our technician and he provided great service. He explained everything to me and provided some very useful information and tips. Very professional and I would hire him if I was in a position to do so.

I had a water heater issue. I called BFP and they were eager to schedule right away... upon inspection it was determined it needed replacing. Nicholas was our tech and he did an amazing job especially working in the extreme heat throughout the day. He had an office ride along with him named Destiny and she was very friendly as well... the workmanship was beyond our expectation and we only use this company... great staff, reliability and they back up their work with no questions.... would highly recommend Nicholas and we will continue using their service for our needs in the future.

Not happy with the performance of the installation of the new AC unit. Didn't work properly for almost six weeks. Had to replace parts and now our roof is leaking around the parts. Showing through the ceiling in the master bedroom staining the ceiling. Called and talked to someone who was supposed to be from the warranty department. He said we would have to call our roofer. This is from the installation of the unit not the roof which is now damaged due to having to have some many repairs on the roof.

Former employee. Good, honest, union shop with fair rates and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
