I called Anthony’s plumbing in on the Fourth of July and a technician answered the call promptly. We needed a new toilet soon, and he patiently discussed all the options and prices. They came the very next day and installed the toilet efficiently. The only complaint I had was they did not put silicone caulk around the base of the toilet which is really necessary but just a five minute job. I still think they deserve a five star rating! The price was competitive and fair.

I called Hero Home Services because I had a strong smell in my home.Aaron was on time and explained everything down to detail. They ran a camera and wow were my drains dirty! They recommended a drain cleaning service that they provided and when they ran camera after the drains looked amazing and it helped with the smell! Highly recommend their service

When I discovered that my water heater had been leaking, I called Reddi Services right away. Ellie took my phone call and dispatched a technician to address the issue. Pepe, our technician, was quick to respond, arriving within an hour of my phone call. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the issue. Pepe will be back tomorrow with a new water heater. Great service!

I hired Clint to convert the plumbing of a single sink into a double sink vanity set up. This was an involved project consisting of two separate visits. Clint arrived on time and completed the pipe conversion and then returned after our drywall was completed to install the vanity, p-traps, and faucets. Arthur did plumbing repair in a bath. Had to cut tile and cut it clean, covered it back up. Couldn’t tell it was worked afterword. Also took the time to show me the leak and verified the repair with me visually.

My home’s two bathtubs had water that would no longer drain. I checked yelp and google for recommendations and Rooter Ranger was at the top. The cost was posted upfront on their website of $67.00 to clear drains. I thought this was great because there are other companies that would provide the cost upon arrival.The customer service over the phone and in person are courteous and professional! They are excellent in communications:1. They sent a text message confirming the scheduled date, time, and name of plumber.2. I received a text this morning letting me know Ronnie Franco was en route, which was 30 minutes prior to arrival.3. I received a phone call from Ronnie letting me know he’s on his way with ETA. We discussed further the reason for the service.Ronnie arrived on time in professional attire that identified he’s with Rooter Ranger and his name on his shirt. In addition, physical distancing with mask and booties on his shoes upon entry into my home. Ronnie is very knowledgeable, personable, professional and kept me informed of his work from start to finish. He brought in a large “Rooter Ranger” carpet to protect my bathroom floors and place the equipment required to clear the drains. After the work was done, he cleaned up the areas where he worked and we inspected the areas to make sure both bathtubs were draining water again, which they were!Thank you sooo much Rooter Ranger and Ronnie!!?????

We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made sure i saw the problem, the need for repair, and explained and showed me step be step how they repaired the damage. We have always received good service from this company, and this time was no different.

Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! A quality plumber will be one less thing you will have to worry about.

Service was phenomenal, Derek and Derek were both extremely professional, they communicated what was going on throughout the process, there were no surprise expenses from what they told us, and were very friendly during the entire experience. I would highly recommend this responsible and friendly company which helped me out when I had problems with the delivery and installation of a new cooker following an altercation with a well-know store. They came on time, left no mess, did the job and even phoned the manufacturer on my behalf when they discovered a missing part. Chloe at the end of the phone was so friendly, understanding and calming. I would most certainly use this company again.

We have used Wally for septic pumping for many years. As a Realtor we need them on any sale where there is a septic. We are very pleased with them. He always does the job promptly and perfectly. He has spent so much extra time with me explaining septic system in and outs to me over the years, always patiently and never once charged me for his time. I feel like he has taught me everything I know about septic systems. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Belsito Plumbing provides exceptional customer service! I called at 10pm on a Holiday and the owner answered. He set up an appointment the very next day and was so pleasant on the phone. I needed service ASAP for a rental condo plumbing issue. I have tenants in the condo with a new baby. I was so impressed by having my phone call answered by a live person and the speed at which they were able to fix my issues. They were so awesome and I highly recommend Belsito. I won't ever call anyone else for my plumbing needs!!!!

Called and emailed several times to get a quote for my septic system to get fixed. Followed up 4 times and they never got back to me. Sad that the basics of getting back to customers is not followed. Everyone is busy and has lots of work but these companies won't survive when they are competing for customers again. Don't waste your time and steer clear.

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

All bad things happen on Friday night, especially if it involves plumbing. Previously, I called a different company to provide service for my plumbing concerns. That company did not work out, but I was able to contact Option 1 plumbing on Sunday and they sent Andrew to help me on Monday morning. After I explained that I had previously paid for a video of my pipes. We couldn't really determine what was going on in the first video. Andrew offered to have a look as a courtesy.Andrew showed me where the clog occurred and walked me through the video. He also showed me what needed to be done in order to solve the cracked clay pipe that had actually collapsed. Whoever rehabbed my property put in the clean outs incorrectly and they poured concrete on top of the pipe, which ended up collapsing.After diagnosing the problem, Andrew and his team came on Tuesday morning. They dug a trench and replaced the pipe before lunch. During the process, Andrew continued to send me text message updates while I was in the house. I did step outside just to see what was going on, but he continued to text me throughout the job and kept me inform of the progress.I'm happy to report that we are flushing and flowing! Thanks Andrew for your courtesy, promptness, and thorough investigation.

Avoid. Hired them to fix an old galvanized pipe that was leaking water into my backyard. Charged me $330 just to put a cap on it. If that was the end of it, I would've been happy. But, the pipe then sprung a leak again on down, so I called back, said hey I hired you to fix a leak but it's still leaking, and they said it was going to be another $300 at least just to come out and do the repair. I called Sunland Plumbing in Youngtown for a 2nd opinion, their plumber came out, laughed at the work Mr. Rooter had done, and capped it off for $130.00. Mr Rooter takes advantage of the vulnerability of their customers and is NOT looking for repeat business. Go with Sunland.

I would give you no stars but that isn't an option. Where do I begin ? Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
