This is the second time that we have used 2 Good Plumbers LLC.
We have been very happy with their service.
We had them change the bathtub faucet from 3 handles to one handle. The bathtub wall is porcelain tile
and we were afraid that we would have to redo the tile -- but the plumbers assured us that
no tile work would be necessary and there really was no tile work necessary.
They are polite and clean and fair priced and they show up when they say they will.
The best part about their service is that both times that we have used their plumbing service, they did an excellent job!

I want to thank my plumber for going above and beyond! Corri clearly explained the pros and cons about the work that I needed to have done in my home. I appreciate the transparency and care he provided. He wore his PPE and treating me like a VIP client. Thank you Corri!

All I would like to say is that we scheduled an appointment on Monday, July, 18th under phone number ending in 9705. The only reason why we scheduled is because you guys have a deal online for $69.00 which if im not mistaken was supposed to include a camera inspection, and clearing from the drain. Well that didn't happen at all. After 2 hours of waiting the plumber arrived and "inspected' the bathroom where there was leakage. The price immediately went from $69.00 - $600 when we asked about the "special' that you guys had he's attitude completely changed almost brushing us off and or trying to avoid the question all he said was that camera inspection wasn't included nor running the snake so im a little bit confused with the whole situation and so call deal that you guys offered. And take in consideration that when booking the appointment i asked about the deal and told the same thing.

Ryan was very friendly and very professional. I appreciate his work and his kindness. He was very respectful of my house and took pride in his work.

I called Rooter Hero because I have two bathroom that are not draining. They are backing up into each other. They ran a camera after I asked them too. They found a snake in my pipes so they said it would need to come out so it won't cause more issues. So they tore my floor and wall apart and got it out. That cost me almost 5000$. Mind you that didn't fix the issue on why I called in the first place. So I called them back the next day and they came out and had the nerve to tell me they won't change me for them coming back out.. But the main reason for me calling them is still not fixed. So now I'm out 5000 and still my bathrooms are not fixed.

Honest, reliable, friendly, and prompt. I've called on Simon four times and they are always available when needed. Great and honest pricing and will be sure the job is right before they leave. Very friendly and respectful. The best plumber I've used in the Phoenix area. I will not use anyone else. Thank you for everything.
