Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Phoenix AZ

I don't write reviews unless I receive over-the-top service, which is what these dudes provided while replacingour water heater yesterday. They got to our house quickly, were polite, remained 6ft away, and worked quietly, quickly, and efficiently to replace our water heater in the garage,, all while my husband and I finished up our work day inside. They advised us that they had finished when they had completedthe task by giving a lil wave on our camera which we appreciate, as one of us was on a conference call at one point during their visit, but were not at all disturbed. After their installation, they advised us to check the pan they had placed beneath the water heater in case it leaked. No leaks! And no nonsense! Would totes recommend this company to friends and family, as well as to anyone looking for a trustworthy company for such jobs, these fellas get it done!

***Update: I had a garbage disposal/sink emergency over this past Valentine's Day weekend, and Dominic came to our rescue. Polite, knowledgeable, and efficient, just like the others that replaced our water heater! Is there anything they can't do? These guys are amazing!

Nathan and Jay from penguin air and plumbing was out at our house. They provided amazing customer service. Very friendly and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what my best options were. They also took the time to answer questions I had about future work I wanted to get done. Very fast and friendly service.

Awesome work ethic polite and went above and beyond gave me a more than fair estimate and completed the job in a timely manner while providing a great quality service. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a plumber.

After I talked to their techinician and asure me that the work that needs to be done will be covered through my home warranty, they send a report stating the opposite. The guy was more concerned about collecting the money than doing the job.

Scott Dale was absolutely wonderful. Let me know he was on his way and updated me as he went along. Took less time than originally thought. He’s friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and I will have him back without question.

Update: 11/2/22
Darren and Ryan managers at Goettl stated that they would not be sending me a check for the shoe they buried until I take down the review, even after I said I had not heard from them for several weeks until and I’m being blackmailed. I was originally told that I would be getting a check to replace the shoe they buried after leaving a muddy mess in my backyard but I have to abide by their rules. And let’s not forget the other mess they made.

Before writing this review I have made every attempt to get this issue resolved, through corporate office in Las Vegas, many phone calls to local plumbing office, emails and a recent complaint with Better Business Bureau.
Don't bother calling corporate - the prerecorded message states the owner Ken Goodrich makes the company committed to... but the office only has direct name recording.
I did not have any work done by this company however Goettl had to access my yard & in the process, left a broken mess. My leg was buried from mud along with my shoe. Instead of retrieving my shoe which anyone with any common sense would do after seeing my leg sink then just buried my shoe. Of course Goettl said they would buy me a new pair but a month later and no response, left me no choice but to go public.
Lastly, the issue with the muddy yard continues, and I sent video but still nothing.

Tech was on time, leak was in the middle of the house under the slab and under the carpet, was not familiar with how to undo carpetto get to cement floor, much less re-install it and put it back like it was...He replaced a 1 foot section of copper pipe that had a pinhole in it...He then put the dirt back in hole and filled/cemented it flush with rest of floor..He decided to dump some excess cement water and small rocks in the street in front of my driveway before he left, leaving me to clean it up.... Not impressed.....

I've used Lincoln Air for all my AC work, from service to install for almost 20 years. They are the first and only team I call. Bob is great to work with and his team is fantastic. Highly recommend!

I’m not one to write reviews good or bad. But I want to give Parker and Son a shot out for getting our water heater replaced the same day! I called at around 3pm and within the hour Erik was at my door. He said the water heater had to be replaced but it wouldn’t be until the next day being 4:30 and the supply store was closed. He came back in a few minutes later and said they found a store that closed late so he went to pick up the heater and would be able to install it the same night. I’m really grateful for Erik and Parker and Son to go above and beyond. Of course it happened during a very cold night so having hot water again so soon was nice! And customer service was great too. Great experience all around. I’m very grateful and appreciative to Parker and Son. Thank you.

I am so pleased with the service I received from ProSkill and would highly recommend them to anyone. Joe Marcus was my primary technician on this job and he did everything right. Highly professional, respectful, and able to clearly communicate solutions to each of the plumbing problems I was dealing with at my house when he came to make estimates. He also pointed out (and later repaired) a code problem with my current water heater installation. I received clear individual estimates regarding each potential job, along with photos, via email before he even left my home.Today he returned, along with his assistant technician Daniel, and they did a great job. As for the previous visit, I received reminders of the appt and texts when they were on the way. They are very respectful of the home and leave it in exactly the condition it was when they arrived. The work was carried out in a completely professional and timely manner and I was given helpful information during and after the installation.I will definitely be calling on them again and recommending them to anyone needing the services they provide.

The Andrews technician gathered the parts, worked an issue with one problem sink design, and completed the work without delay. We received a good value for this rather medium-large investment and home improvement.

Was simply calling to get a quote for service. Nothing urgent and was told that someone would call me back two days in a row. If they were not interested in the work, all they had to do was say so. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not a good sign for any business to ignore their customers.
