Eddy was on time and courteous. He took care of the problem with my kitchen faucet sprayer that had ceased spraying. It needed a diverter which we had, but couldn’t figure out where to put! And he was on it. Took care of the problem and got my upstairs toilet running again by replacing the valve. Excellent work couldn’t be happier.

Joe and team were excellent! They called me back very quickly, asked great questions, asked for photos to help troubleshoot, offer cost range and give estimate on when work could be completed. They were fairly priced, communicated well, showed up on time and did an excellent job. Team is Knowledgeable and professional. Will absolutely use them moving forward

This is the best company! I had a plumbing disaster. Jason provided me with security, assurance, professionalism and expertise. It is very hard to trust a stranger in a vulnerable situation. The crew was amazing! Albert is fabulous. What an amazing company to have in your home in a very very unfortunate circumstance. Their skillset, their honesty, their professionalism, their standard is above all else. I truly wish I knew about them prior to purchasing a home that had a complete main line collapse.I highly recommend this company for ANY plumbing issues. You will not be disappointed.

I had no hot water in my kitchen and bathroom sinks and as a result the dishwasher didn't work either. All of this has been fixed and I will be purchasing an anti-scale system since the water here is so hard. My service person Cisco could not have been better and I appreciated him explaining the process. I'm very happy to have hot water again and I look forward to less sediment in the lines in the future.

Darrell Yazzie did an amazing job on my HVAC unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough to make sure the job was done correctly. He was able to explain clearly what needed to be done and was happy to answer any questions I had, and I had a few.It was a breath of fresh air since my last two experiences with the HVAC technicians weren't as positive. They were very inexperienced and one actually told me I needed a new fan on a unit that was fairly new. Anyway, I didn't leave a negative review because I'm not that person. However I am very happy to leave this positive one.I was actually hesitant to use them to do the repairs, but Darrell Yazzie restored my faith in the HVAC sector of Parker and Sons.I have used Parker and Sons in other capacities and have always been happy with the work, service, and professionalism, which is also why I use, and am part of the family plan I think it's called, for $11.00 a month. It's been worth it so far.Mike T.

Recommended to me by a trusted friend when the water heater leaked out all over the garage. I called at noon expecting an appointment in the future but Franz showed up within a couple of hours and had a new water heater installed by 6:30. Can’t recommend them enough.

This company is fantastic! We have older apartment units that periodically develop plumbing issues. While my husband often did the repairs in the past , he travels a lot and misses the opportunity ? to make the repairs. However, he is very picky about workmanship, reliability and price and he is very happy with the service we have received from Option One Plumbing.

I have owned two homes and use Anthony’s plumbing in the past and had a great enough experience to call them back a third time. This experience was not like the others. Scheduling time took a week which was understandable, but they did not show the day that they were supposed to nor did they contact me to let me know that they were not coming so I reached out to them. When I called they explained that they were shortstaffed due to many employees calling out sick but they would still be servicing my home that day. Nearly 3 hours later they called back to say they would not be showing up, but I would be the first appointment of the day the following day. The following morning they did not show up on time they were over an hour late.



When the plumber showed up and I explained that I needed my bathtub drain unclogged I was shocked by the cost of service, and uncertain about proceeding. I needed the tub to be in functioning order and had already taken off work so I decided to proceed, despite the outrageous cost. It was even more disappointing when the job didn’t even take an hour and I was being charged more then double from the last 2 times I’d used there services, one of which was the same issue. I specifically asked the plumber if what he was showing me that he had taken up from the drain was all that he had removed or if there was additional items that clogged the drain that he had already discarded and there were not. He also stated the work wouldn’t be guaranteed due to what he claimed were roots. The tub was clogged after my younger brother moved in and did not add a hair drain which we’ve since added. Ill be sure to purchase a snake for any future issues and avoid poor turn times and being overcharged for less then mediocre services and you should reconsider using this company as well.

Explained to me what was wrong , the next day tech Chris Ball and channel leader Chris Hart explained to me what was found and what was needed to be done and how much it would cost. Alan is the man of one word. We called about the issue of water heater installation and they respond very quickly and behaved courteously. They came at their scheduled time and set up the water heater efficiently. Really happy with their service. Would definitely recommend.

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. Came out on Sunday over Memorial day weekend and found the leak inside my wall. Fixed it quick and gave good advice for prevention and other repair tips.

We had plugged drains in the kitchen. Zoltan was out the next morning within the committed time frame and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. He wore gloves and a mask the entire time. I would highly recommend Laszlo Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.
