The office was great about scheduling and explained the differences in the processes for the drying and repairs well, and kept in contact through both phases. I recommend this franchise to anybody!

I am so happy I called 1-800 Water Damage. From the very first phone call, I could tell they were an amazing company. Not only did they make it to my home in less than an hour after I called them, but they answered all of my questions and helped me understand the entire process with my insurance company. Calling them was the best decision that I made. They handled all of the flooding in my home in LESS than 72 hours. And that's say A LOT since I accidentally flooded two bathrooms, a hallway,my master bedroom, a closet, and a connecting wall! At first I felt totally embarrassed because I had left the bathtub running for well...a very long time - but they were so professional and I instantly felt like I was in good hands. I couldn’t be more impressed with the staff and services I received at Jenkins. Our bathtub was leaking and ended up getting all the way into our bedroom, it was a mess and super scary. After my experience with Dan and his Team at Concept Restoration, everyone should have his number in their phones. Having never experienced water damage before, I was not prepared for what can happen so quickly. At 10:30pm I found water on my Wood Floors, turned off the Water to the house and started calling restoration companies with one hand and mopping up water with my other. The first company didn't answer so I went to the next one. After talking to Dan, he said his Team would be there in about 1-1/2hrs with everything they needed. By 2:30am I had about 20+ fans and 5 Dehumidifiers going and for the next week
they were there daily to check on the progress of drying out my Wood Floors. Dan and his Team did an exceptional job and I would, and have, recommended him to my friends. I'm so glad the first company didn't answer the phone.

When I called Square One I spoke with Ryan (Owner) who was very polite and knowledgeable. I explained my mothers home received water damage a few days ago and the carpet is now starting to smell. He stated he cold come over that afternoon! He and his assistant surveyed the damage the first hour and explained the water damage to the carpet, pad, base boards and drywall. They brought in equipment to dehumidify and dry out the home. Five hours later my mother called me to say they just left and they were very polite, quite, respectful of her property and the house smells good again! I have nothing but good things to say about Square One and Ryan. I recommend them to anyone who need home restoration services!

I would definitely recommend ZonaRestoration for repairs. We had water damage in four of our rooms & it went down into our basement ceiling & walls. I was worried about mold settling in, & they came out the next day with fans. The litigation department met with our insurance company to make sure everyone was on the same page. I want to make sure that the build back team gets recognized. Will Wilson & Passo did such a phenomenal job on our house. You can’t even see or tell where the damage was. These two guys are so friendly & down to earth. I got know them on a personal level. ZonaRestoration should give these guys a raise, they are very hard workers. Also, I want to recognize Joseph Bartels for making our carpet back to normal. Him & his team did a wonderful job on installing the padding back in & laying it down & cleaning the carpets. Plus, Tammy LaCour is very professional & explained everything to me & called me back & emailed me back right away. Erika Lihosit from accounting did a wonderful job as well with communication with me. The cabinet department did an amazing job as well. They had to make our sink cabinet from scratch. It looks just like it did before. ZonaRestoration made the process stress free for my family & I. I’m very thankful to have my house back to normal. I had a leak in my master bedroom and bathroom that was a real mess to clean up. Acquity was referred to me by Copper State Builders who had to take out all the damaged areas and did a GREAT job. Ken at Acuity was great. He and his team restored the drywall, painted, put in new tile in the bathroom, built a new vanity and installed, put in new carpeting and padding, painted the bedroom and bathroom, and restored everything that needed to be restored. He was great to work with as were the rest of his associates. I would definitely hire them again if, God forbid, another disaster presents itself. I was also glad to see all their great reviews. One more doesn't hurt!

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

Extremely unsatisfied with the quality of work and service from my recent master bath mess. They were so quick to rip everything out an start nickel an diming everything. They left a mess after every stage of the project. Poor communication through the entire process. We had to call them every time. I missed work as they'd call an say we're on our way no scheduling in advance. I wanted my project done an I will ensure to never choose DriRite-CMG3 for any housing needs again.
