I had my water heater finally go out after 5 years of being in the house (The water heater was 14 years old so I was not that upset about it). I received Donley as a recommendation and submitted a form on Sunday via their website, received a call from Simone about an hour or two later to get additional information on the water heater I had, the space we would be installing it, schedule my appointment and received email confirmation of the appointment all at the same time. The next morning I received a call and a follow-up text from my assigned technician, Travis M. We were able to confirm my replacement heater and he arrived during the designated time I was originally provided and removed and hooked up my new heater with ease. I have had some service work done in my short time in AZ but this was by far the best customer service I have received from beginning to end. Travis walked me through everything he was doing, answered all of my random questions and we just shared stories while he worked. I would recommend this company for sure and if you happen to live in Pinal County, I would recommend Travis any day of the week. Thank you again for the quick turnaround and amazing service.

Called Donley for a Plumbing issue and they did fantastic work! Big relief because of my last experience with another plumbing company (Brett & Sons Plumbing) was terrible . Had a clog in our main drain and they were able to figure out the problem fast and price was not bad considering how far up the line he needed to go to unclog. Definitely would recommend :)

Mike was recommended to me and have used him over yr. Had home warranty that I had to use someone else. My compressor blew out and called the home warranty people no longer under warranty. They kept postponing my service. Called donley for free 2nd opinion not a quote that was specific and detailed. I used them not only cheaper but did all things it needed other didn't even list those parts. They are honest, dependable and show up. Always keep you in loop. THANKS DONLEY AND MIKE

We purchased our A/C units from Donnely almost 9 years ago, and we chose them for their customer service. We just had both units serviced again last week and the lady on the phone and the service rep, Glen, were both polite, professional, and very friendly. We don't feel like customers, but more like family.

I love Donley.....Everytime I call them they provide fast professional service and THEY ALWAYS SAVE MY DAY ??? We run over 20 stores and everyday if it one thing or the other that needs repair its nice to have a company like Donley that comes to our rescue !!!! Their techs are always on time and communicate what needs to be done and their prices are fair for excellent job and excellent customer service they provide. The operators like Yadi, Josie and Dana to name a few are very helpful and friendly and professional always makes you feel less stressed and get you scheduled right away (Same day almost everytime ) . We have used Donley Service for many, many years. The above & beyond service mentality is consistently exceptional (as established from the start with the founder Jim Donley). Donley Service maintained our original AC system, then over years installed new systems twice over 35 year span. Recently needed them for plumbing and this is the second time for different issue with technician Hayden Bender-again above and beyond. Over the years, we notice that Donley's employees/technicians that provide our services speak highly of them. Seems if a company takes care of its employees, it follows the employees take care of the customers. Thank you-high five.

Tanner is absolutely amazing. He communicates about not only his arrival time but on everything he is doing. Professionals like Tanner make the Donley team great. Highly recommend Donley in general and Tanner specifically!

Wish I wasn't in such a hurry and had read the reviews. The guy was here for about 25 minutes and Replace eight $50 part. Cost me 400 bucks. I will use Angie's list next time. The only reason I gave them Received two stars was because the technician was super nice

Dan came, decommissioned and extracted a gas pipe in a wall I am remodeling. Careful and cleaned up, fair price and my project can move forward.

I couldn't be more pleased with Donley A/C after my unit quit cooling overnight. Tech Garrett, both professional and personable, was out within 3 hours on an excessive heat warning day. The office was super to work with. Donley is both responsive and reliable, with attractive pricing.

This was a call for plumbing concerns. The technician was punctual and efficient. Donley should be your go to!

Donley came out to repair an A/C system and they diagnosed the problem immediately. They proceeded to clean out a clogged drain pipe that was in the garage (very easy access) and it took only about 10 minutes to clear out the clog with compressed air and then pour water through it (only one plastic zip tie was needed during the repair, no other parts). For the few minutes they were here including diagnosis, unclogging the pipe, and filling out the paperwork, they charged me over $200, not including the $89 service fee. So for being here less than 20 minutes, their bill was over $300. Be sure to get an estimate from them prior to any work, as in my opinion, they charge a grossly inordinate amount relative to the amount of time they spend on the repair. Not including the service fee, their charges were equivalent to a labor fee of over $600 per hour.

We had another fabulous experience today with Donley! Our jetted tub water would not shut off so we had to turn off the water to the house which is inconvenient to say the least. Travis arrived on-time, was able to secure parts and fix our tub and repair a couple other fixtures (shower/sink). He was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to have in our home. Everything is now back in working order and we cannot be happier. I highly recommend their plumbing services!

Shocked at the good reviews. They tried to charge $1600 for 2 hours of work for a leaking pipe. When I questioned it and asked for the price book as their website says they all stick to, he offered $1200. They wouldn’t give an itemized bill and wouldn’t explain the $1200. It’s $600 an hour and just taking advantage of the situation. There are just better options that charge even $300 an hour but aren’t nearly as shady.

We heard about Donley AC on AZ Family channel 3 and called them because our AC was not working. A tech came out and inspected the unit, and informed us of the repair choices, we chose to have a new unit installed. Their salesmen came to our house and provided choices of units. We went with a Goodman unit, and very satisfied with the price and quality. My sister in law told me that their AC unit was acting up, they did call a different AC company who wanted to charge them quite bit. I told my sister in law about Donley AC, my sister Rachel called Donley AC and explained their AC issues and the fact my sister has been diagnosed with cancer and after her treatments her body gets very hot. They sent a tech named Jason, he went to her house, said they did not have a leak and did not need to get a new unit like as they have been told from the other place. Jason was there for over an hour and did some maintenance work and did not charge my sister. This just goes to show that Donley AC is about honesty and professionalism and caring. Thank you very much Jason and the Donley AC family for taking care of my sister. I highly recommend this company to eveyone.

Can't say enough good things about Donley. Three years ago, we chose them to replace three HVAC units at our home in Paradise Valley. We received several quotes and they were at the low end of the range. Their service, quality, and customer service is unmatched. Returned home from a trip yesterday to find one the units was not heating. I called late last night...it's now the following morning and the problem has been fixed. They sent a technician (Garret, he's AMAZING) first thing, he diagnosed the problem, and had us back up and running in a few hours. The best part....NO CHARGE! If you're considering any HVAC work, do yourself a favor and choose Donley. We're certainly glad that we did, and couldn't be happier. THANK YOU GARRET, AND EVERYONE AT DONLEY!!!

Awful Service! After 3 weeks of talking to them and them telling me they were working on an estimate and that it would just be a 'few more days'. I finally spoke with a manager and they said they weren't able to provide a bid or do the work because the pipes were old. 3 weeks of time wasted. Don't use this company!

The service technician was very good, found part needed and repaired shower and now works well!

I want to thank Donley AC and Plumbing for their excellent work. Garrett from Donley Heating and Cooling did an amazing job repairing the water leak in my AC unit, and he even followed up a day later to ask about any other issues I might be experiencing or know someone who is. He was very attentive, courteous, and professional.

Beware. They left a 60 year old woman and a 14 year old dog in a house that was 94 degrees was told how good their customer service was and how long they have been in business. Was told if they couldn't fix it that day they would provide temporary cooling. The tech was supposed to come back inside to let her know what was happening. It was too hot inside the house for him to write up the estimate so he got in his a/c truck and never came back. Literally put my family in grave danger without any concern whatsoever. Would you consider this good customer service? Or just another company out for a quick buck. You decide

I dont even know where to start. So much positive to say, but I'll (try to) keep it brief. The last thing I thought I would ever do would be writing a review for a plumber. Donley plumbing has saved us - TWICE. The first plumbing need we had for Donley was to finish a job that another plumber started and messed up on. We contacted Donley due to our first plumber being flighty, unresponsive, unprofessional, unethical, unreliable, inconsistent, damaged our floor (in a spot in which they were not even working) and...I could go on. They talk a big game, act like there invested in your project but they're not. they also do not communicate with each other because we would be told different things from different plumbers within the company.
After months of putting up with this company
we contacted Donley Plumbing and they fixed the problem within a week for THOUSANDS less than the first plumber that left us hanging numerous times for weeks at a time. ( I can not name the first/horrible plumber/ company in this review, but I will be happy to share the name of this company with anyone/everyone that wants to know)
Doneley's office staff and plumbers were compassionate, responsive, professional and get this - THEY ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. And, they did the first job for a fair price. The second time was for more of what we thought was an emergency situation but wasn't vs. a plumbing install as the first job was. The response could have been a little better (we had to call back twice). For the second job, they were still very personable, professional and down to earth. They explained things in a way that could be understood by someone that does not know plumbing or plumbing terminology. The cost of the second job was a bit high considering what was done and the labor involved (and was not an emergency situation by the way)..... especially since the materials, time and labor of the first job was more way than the second. Not sure if we received some type of first-time customer discount the first time or what, but we will likely continue to use Donely Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs as long as they don't start ripping us off too. :D Special thanks to Hayden, Walt, Matt and Ralph!

I called out to Donley and was told they had someone in the area and could come check my situation out. Within 45 minutes, Dan was here. Let me tell you about Dan. He got straight to work, never taking an idle moment. He was very friendly and professional. He devised a sound plan of attack and made it happen quickly! The final cost was below his initial estimate, which is *always* awesome! Donley should be promoting Dan M (Plumbing Supervisor) soon, because he's a valuable asset to their organization!

Appointment scheduled for Wednesday with Dan, a plumber for Donley. He came and installed 3 new outdoor hose bibs and a backflow valve. He also said he could remove an RO system under the kitchen sink. Work was completed. Very nice guy. Thursday evening, we realized that we had a huge leak outside with one of the pipes he installed. They sent him back on Friday where he repaired the leak. Only problem was that after he left and we got ready to take showers, we had no water pressure. Scheduled again for Saturday morning but they called saying it would be very late before they could get to us even though we were scheduled for early in the day. My landscaper was at my house at the time and said they had not turned the water back on completely. Thanks a lot, Dan! Then we realized later that same day, that our ice maker wasn't making ice and had no water in it. Called back and they set the appointment for Monday. Ricardo came and the ice maker had been disconnected by Dan. Thanks a lot, again, Dan. Ricardo hooked it back up and promised we would be good. An hour later, we have water running out from under the freezer plus our garbage disposal no longer works. Called back and asked for a manager to call. Instead, a customer service rep called. Not what we asked for. The CSR didn’t have a manager call us either but instead had Ricardo, the plumber call me back. Ricardo says that it must be a problem with the ice maker. Okay, we just moved into this house a month ago and had the ice maker completely replaced with a brand new one from Sub Zero and it worked fine until Dan unhooked it without telling us and Ricardo hooked it back up. He also had no explanation for what could now be wrong with the garbage disposal. I spent $9K for a new HVAC unit with Donley just 3 weeks ago. No issues with the HVAC side of the business at all. I spent $2K with them for these plumbing issues. They have been here 4 times in a week fixing problems they caused. Finally, a manager did call. Nice guy who made no attempt to defend what he called his company’s incompetence. Listened patiently as I explained the whole issue. He promised to have a new plumber and the plumbing supervisor out the next morning and assured me it would be fixed. The plumber and the supervisor were at my house at 8AM the next morning. They hooked my garbage disposal back up and seemed very proud of themselves. (Don’t be too proud, you should have made sure it worked when you left the day before.) They then went on to explain to me that the leak (that did not exist at all prior to their work) is not a plumbing leak but a refrigerator problem. What a coincidence! No problem before they got here and now there’s a problem and they blame Sub Zero. I asked the supervisor, Steve, if he was proud of the work they did at my house. He said that he was not. I asked him if anyone was ever going to apologize for being at my house 4 times in less than a week to fix problems they caused. He wouldn’t answer. I asked him if he was going to say, “I’m sorry that you’ve had a problem.” Nope. Wouldn’t do it. I live by the principle of personal responsibility. Donley made several mistakes, refused to admit it, took 4 trips to try to fix issues they were responsible for. The supervisor did finally offer to pay for the service call for Sub Zero to come out and look at the leak under the freezer - the one that wasn't there until Donley mistakenly unhooked my ice maker. Big deal. To be clear: I have nothing but good things to say about the air conditioning side of Donley. And I have nothing good to say about anyone working on the plumbing side of Donley. Btw, this is the first bad review I have ever left for anyone I've done business with. . And I wouldn't have left this one either, regardless of the bad service, if the supervisor had taken responsibility and apologized for what we went through. A simple apology can make all the difference.

Had to find a new A/C company and called Donley, Joann was extremely helpful and arranged for a tech to be at my church the next morning. I received a call letting me know he will be there in 20 minutes and he was right on time. Jose was very professional and found the problem immediately. An hour later the unit was up and running again. We are very happy with our new A/C service company.

Donley just came out and handled our plumbing issue. Extremely reasonable rate. No up charge for weekend or it being summer. Job was done correctly and quickly.

Dont ever use these people for an inspection. I paid almost $100 during the home buying process to check everything since the home is older. The technician did NOTHING more than write an estimate based off the home inspectors work. When I started my kitchen remodel we discovered issues he would've found had he actually looked in one cabinet. It cost me a lot of money to get the situation corrected. When I spoke with their upper management he basically told me to screw off & have my attorney contact their attorney. They are insanely unprofessional.

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, thorough, and reasonably priced. They don't try to sell you on things that really aren't necessary like I have seen with other companies. From the appointment setter to the plumber/ac repairman...they are fantastic!

I had an outstanding experience with Donley. We had both of our water heaters corrode and leak within 4 months of each other. We had inherited these water heaters from previous owners. We called Donley both times and they replaced both heaters at no charge because they were still under warranty. In fact, with the second heater the manufacturer resisted honoring the warranty, but Donley pushed back on our behalf and then further absorbed some of the labor costs because they thought the warranty had to be honored in full! Throughout all this, they maintained outstanding communication with me and the restoration company for installation. I could not be happier with the experience. Special thanks to Anthony.

Walt and his Donely team removed and replaced the interior sewer main line in our home. The entire team was on time, friendly, professional, completed the job on time and did top quality work. We are very pleased with the end results and would highly recommend Walt and his Donely team to everyone!

My entire experience was with courteous and professional staff. First, I met the Comfort Consultant, Mike Carroll who explained my equipment options and suggested a remedy to a long-standing cooling problem I've had with this home. The install date was established and then five days later, I met the foreman, Kevin, who took measurements and advised on the steps of the install. Edin, Pedro and Derrick were timely, efficient and returned the home to a very clean environment. Everything went as planned from start to finish and I would highly recommend this team of professionals.

Been using Donley for all my plumbing needs on the property I manage. Customer Service is outstanding, and every tech is professional and informative. Every work order is followed up with a phone call when a tech will arrive. They have a great response time for emergency.

We have used Donley Service several times for our plumbing needs. Today we had them over for our air conditioning unit. Jerry was so efficient and understanding. Don't let these people service your AC unit!! They do not have your best interest at heart. They told me my unit was out of warranty and that I had a leak. Both not true! All I needed was a recharge. They tried to convince me that I would need a new unit (mine is only 7 years old and surprise, it is still under warranty). Additionally, there is no leak. I had another company look at the unit and they were the ones who gave me the warranty information. The other company also came back weeks later to verify there was no leak in the coil system. Donley has lost my business and I'm telling all my friends and family what horrible service I got with their company. If I had listened to Donley, I would have been out $6 or $7K spent on a new unit when it's simply not time for that.

Donley had installed a solar hot water system on my roof just over 3 years ago. The literature provided with the system suggested that there was a 6 year warranty. Thus, when the monitor showed no signal from the thermocouple on the roof resulting in the pump not operating and no hot water being produced, I expected that this item would be covered by warranty and called Donley for the repair. They sent a congenial repair man who, after some phone consultations with Mike, was able to identify and reconnect the wiring to the thermocouple at the solar panel on the roof. He described the problem as not a bad thermocouple but a loose electrical connection. He said that, when he removed the pipe insulation, the thermocouple wiring was loose. He reconnected it and everything worked as it did originally. He restored the insulation on the piping which he had removed to access the thermocouple leads, but did not paint it white as was done with the original installation to protect the insulation from the sun's harsh effects. Then he presented me with the bill. I said that I had presumed that this was a warranty repair, but was told that their work has only a 1 year parts and labor warranty. He said my bill was $125/hour for the 1 hour's work. At that rate, I was not going to send him back up on the roof to paint the insulation!
Bottom line - I expected that Donley would have done a better job with the initial installation such that there would not have been a loose wire connection in such a short time. My previous solar hot water system endured more than 25 years in the AZ sun without a wiring failure such as this. I also expected that restoring the system would have included painting the new installation at no extra charge.
As to ratings - I would give Ricardo 5 for congeniality and 3 for system knowledge. I believe Donley did not provide a suitably robust installation initially and am disappointed in having to pay to have it corrected. That rates no more than 1 star.

Donley has been servicing our AC’s for many years. After our semiannual checkup, a wine cooling unit stopped working. They came over the weekend to discover it needed a new part. The store didn’t open for several days. Donley had the store open at 9pm on a Saturday to get the part. Tony, the service technician, spent many hours in the middle of the night fixing the AC. They didn’t charge us anything.
There is simply no better AC service company in Phoenix. There isn’t a better service company of any type in Phoenix. I couldn’t recommend a company more than Donley.

I've been a customer of Donley Service Center for over 20 years and will remain with them. Their service is professional, timely, excellent and courteous. Enis S. has been my Service Pro several times and is really great. He's very nice, soft spoken, very good at his job and always explains to me what he did and for what reason. If I am interested in obtaining another type of service from Donley, all I have to do is ask Enis and it's done. He sets up the appointment for me and I know everything will go very professionally. LOVE Donley Services and all their people are great. Even when I give Donley a call for service, Jackie answers the phone and is just SO helpful and nice. Thanks Donley Guys and Dolls - I'm a customer for life.

We have had Enes at our home a number of times and he has done a very good job. Donley has been our AC supplier since we came to the valley 18 years ago. Their prices are not the lowest in the valley, but their service is very good, their technicians knowledgeable and reliable. The only reason I do not give them 5 stars is because of the pricing, especially plumbing. All said I will continue to use them for all my AC needs and I have recommended them to neighbors and friends

Worst customer service. Called to fix kitchen sink for my father's home. Called before 5 they said they could have someone come out within 2 hours. Donley called back and said could they reschedule for 8am. The plumber that came out stated it would cost 850.00. My farther has had numerous service's done before. After the free quote he asked how much should it cost. After talking to his supervisor it would be 650.00 Taking advantage of an elderly person is wrong. We sent him packing. You lost a long time customer. My father is 90. Beware of cost. Mr. Donley you need to be aware of your business and what's happening in the field.

I needed a new thermostat. Jose was prompt, replaced the unit in 30 minutes and checked the heat pump unit to make sure everything was working. Couldn't recommend Donley more.

I called Donley to come take a look at my AC unit when my wife and I first moved into our new home back in May 2013. I know that we had two old units and thought the tech would try to hard sell me on getting new units, but they never did. He informed me that the units were really old and not as efficient as newer models but no need to replace the units at that time.

I was shocked at the customer service I received from Jose. Jose serviced the units and added some freon. Before the tech left, he took the time to inform me of the best way to set the thermostat to be the most cost effective and what would put less wear and tear on the units. Jose told me that he had been working for Donley for over 18 years, and it was comforting to know that the company had a seasoned tech come to my house. I would highly recommend using their services. Here is my honest review. Tony the technician came to my condo to inspect my AC which seemed to not be blowing cold enough. My AC ended up working just fine, just the heat and humidity was not allowing it to preform to a high standard. It was mentioned that my coils were dirty and without asking me if i'd like the service of them being clean, let alone being told it would be an additional charge, the coil within the unit of the split system was cleaned (4/5 minute thing spray some solution with water). The coil cleaning ended up being $170+ additional charge. If I would have been told the price I would have done the service myself. Tony was a great guy and answered the few questions I had, so I don't want to take away from that. Overall if you use this company just be prepared for a large charge or ask repeatedly if this is a charge. I know small businesses are hurting right now, but not being transparent with prices before tasks are done can put customers into a pinch.

I wish i would have purchased my AC unit through Donley. Donley was recommended to me by our moblie home park manager. I love Donley now because their technician and manager and secretary have provided me with incredible customer service and support and I am not even their customer. Lol.... Before I knew donley even existed, last week, i purchased a new AC unit through a different company and i have regretted it. I only had the ac unit a week and my living room was over 100 degrees and my original company said it was not thier units fault but the insulation in my home was the problem and they could not help me. But that was not accurate. So I contacted Donley and Donley could see that I was having a hard time with my original company, so Donley stepped up to help me to know what I should do in my circumstance because my original company was denying me the help I needed even though it was over 100 degrees in my home this week and my AC unit didn't have proper refridgerant. Thank God Donley backed me up. It motivated my company to actually take responsibility of the problem and care of thier own customer.... finally after this week of 100 degree weather in my living room finally my original company filled the refrigerant in their unit. I don't like my original company.......... I should have chosen Donley. :) I definitely recommend Donley because they are true experts...it took Donly technician only 10 minutes to find the problem on the unit. It took my original company over a week to find the same exact issue and attacking my homes insulation when it was really just their AC unit problem with the low refrigerant. Donley technician knew it was a refrigerant problem right away which proves theyare the better company... I wish I would have chose them first. Donleys level of expertise and experience makes them quality....and yes super customer service....and Donely is not even my company. Wish they were. Well for next time at least. Ryan was here today for our annual HVAC service. Punctual, courteous, professional. Found a couple of issues on one of the outdoor condenser units which I decided to have repaired. Very accommodating including going off to get one of the parts needed and coming back to get it all done the same day. Very happy with him and with the company.

Our air went out on one unit yesterday and we called for service...Donley was here this morning! Our systems are about 15 yrs old and we know that they're short timers. Our experience four years ago with a competitor was that not only did they take the system apart and walk away for days, they told us we needed a new system. Donley came out and put it back together and had it running for a few hundred dollars...and it's been running since! The tech did tell us that the systems were older and not as energy efficient as new models, and quoted us a price that was nearly half of the previous one for replacement. Glenn Martin was our tech today and not only did he fix the problem in no time, he checked both entire systems and recommended lower cost alternatives to replacement. We won't ever use anyone else - everyone we've worked with at Donley have been exceptional!

Brian gave us an estimate. We have not yet decided if we will use Donley for our plumbing work. Brian was great! He was very informative, courteous, professional and offered a variety of options for the work we need. Just need to find out how Donley compares in price to other highly-rated plumbing services near us.

Incredible overall experience . I had a 16-year old unit replaced. They had to replace interior and exterior unit and it could not have gone better.

They were clean, respectful and courteous. The work took all day and we left them unsupervised. When we returned, the house was clean, the AC working and no evidence that they were even there! It was not an easy job and it took almost 8-hours. Pedro went out of his way to ensure a well-done project and my wife and I were impressed beyond anything we hoped for. If i had more words that could describe my satisfaction i would use them all.

We have never had better service at our home. I would recommend them to anyone and all my Family!

Today our service representative, Danny Sayegh arrived to service our AC as we were away in the Spring when we usually do it. Danny was very efficient, amicable and not only did the usual Donley service, but addressed a buzzing sound that we have been having periodically when the AC stops and the condensation drains from the water pump. He was diligent in addressing our needs, and assessing the problem. He also took the time to talk to us about a service contract and explain the ways we could profit from purchasing it. We will give it some real consideration after our 5 year warranty is over the first part of next year.

Just had our late spring A/C maintenance and the Donley service rep was totally professional and efficient. My experience with Donley Service Center was rewarding the reason being, the water that was running on my roof from the air conditioner is now going into the to the proper place.

The service person was polite and knowledgeable and he did a good job in a timely manner.

Donely Plumbing, came out yesterday and had the audacity to quote me $14K to repair a broken water main or $20K to replace it! While I was in the midst of a full fledged panic attack, my sister researched and found that it shouldn’t be more than 5K. I got a callback from the 2nd pro that I’d left a message for, Everhart Plumbing, and he quoted me $3500 for pipe replacement, plus he changed the head on the outside spigot and added a back-flow valve that was missing for free! I’m so impressed with his work and honesty that I’ve hired him to install a water filtration system and to replace my kitchen faucet. Really, Donley, $20,000? Price gouging at its best!

Absolute fabulous experience with their A/C tech Juan. Donley was the FIFTH a/c company to take a look at my system, and none of the previous companies could figure it out. The fourth guy to come specifically recommended Juan at Donley Service center. Juan was courteous, professional, and above all, thorough. Donley Air is the best!! Steve was here in 25 min. On a Saturday, Holiday weekend and no appointment. He was very professional, polite, and on the roof in no time. After inspection he explained what was wrong. Steve gave me an affordable price that I could manage. This was quite a bit lower than previous other two offers and came with a year warranty? I gave them 5 Stars because 1. Steve listened to my problem, 2. Steve was concerned for my health because of the extreme heat outside. 3. Had someone here in less than 20 minutes. 4. We have used Donley for many years and have total confidence in the company. This week Matt, the technician, came out to do spring maintenance on our air conditioning unit. We were so impressed with this young man. He was very personable, professional, and acknowledgeable. After he completed the inspection, he sat down with us and explained in great detail what he had done and what he had discovered. Our 21 year old unit/system had several major issues that he thoroughly described along with photos he had taken. He then presented us with several options. In the end, we determined that the wisest course of action was to totally replace the old system with new equipment. A week from now, Donley will be back, and we have total confidence that the equipement will be properly installed. Honestly, we would not want any other company in the valley to do the work.

We recommend Donley for their absolutely incredible service. They have highly trained technicians and plumbers, and we're very pleased to be working with them.

I requested for leaky faucet repair, it was determined I needed to have a new faucet installed for the price of $614.00. The service lady did not even attempt to repair it. This was a waste of my time and to think I would pay to have a faucet of $74 installed for $614 is ridiculous and misleading. She even tried to sell me AC service.

we were referred to Donley by our doggie friends JP & Merry.... We were needing a plumber and A/C repairman for both our rental and our personal house.. We were ecstatic to finally find folks that were friendly, responded immediately, seemed to know what they were doing and didn't feel like we were being ripped off! (Did I cover everything you want in a repair service???) At any rate, we've never been disappointed with Donley repairmen!

Serviced our rental house with a plumbing problem. When repairman arrived, problem had corrected itself (maybe because tenant had plunged the toilets). After checking everything out for 25 minutes, the plumber left, saying no charge!!!! Not even a trip charge! Boy, will we use them again!

DSC came out this Sunday and repaired our main unit. They did so even with a full day of repairs in line ahead of us. Danny our tech was very knowledgeable and friendly, he worked efficiently and with purpose. The price of the repair was fair, and we signed up for their ongoing maintenance contract for all of our units for three year. We know Jim and Mike and their family well, and it's good to be working with DSC again. Thanks again Danny, outstanding service and professionalism.

We have a service contract with this company. Had an issue with ac unit last week. 110degrees. Tech came out after having to call back multiple times. Tech said it was electrical. He suggested we call an electrician. Did so and $150 later he said nothing was wrong with the unit getting power. Called them back Monday and receptionist stated we will have a call back in 15 minutes. Four days later still have not heard from anyone. Unfortunately I would not recommend this company.

I called to schedule a preventative service call for my AC and the earliest they could schedule it was 30 days out. I think Donely needs to manage their workflow better so customers don't have to wait 30 days to get a routine preventative AC service. Looking to find another vendor to service my AC. Update: they did call me back and suddenly found time earlier than a month for my preventative maintenance and the technician did great job, so give them credit for amending the initial poor customer service.

Our family has been using Donley service now for 10-years. We have owned three different homes in the area and have purchased two brand new HVAC units along with annual Home-Comfort-Warranties in that time span. The service provided by Donley has ALWAYS been top notch. That is, they have always been: ontime or early for scheduled service appointments; very polite and patient while at the house; never tried to upsell unnecessary services or items. Truthfully, anytime Donley has had to come out and trouble-shoot a problem, the problem has been fixed quickly and has stayed fixed. This company is not the cheapest outfit around. However, you get what you pay for. Thank you.

Donley Service Center took great care of us when our AC went out last week. The tech Matt P is very professional friendly and knowledgeable. He went above & beyond to get the parts on Saturday. Hopefully we won’t need you until the fall check up.

They installed an Heat Pump for me about 3 1/2 years ago, and when I called them for a service call when I felt that my Heat Pump wasn't working quite right, they came out and found that there was a leak in one of the coils and the Freon had leaked out to some degree and they scheduled a call a week later to replace that part which they did on the 22nd of December 2015. It was a fairly long repair because of the complexity of it, but it was done successfully. Anybody can install a product, but these people stand behind it and get it done. I am sure glad that I chose them to install my product initially and will use them in the future for any repairs. Have use Donley to repair my daughter's Heat Pump when it had a problem.

Donley Service Center sent Ryan Utsler to repair my leaky faucet which is part of a multi-valve shower-massage unit. He accurately diagnosed the problem and made repairs that looked to me like brain surgery. I was impressed with his professional knowledge and cheerful attitude. We also use Donley for Heating and Air Conditioning service and recommend them for that as well. If you call Donley for plumbing service you will be blessed if they send Ryan to your rescue!

Danny was here today. The office called to let me know he was going to be a little late. No problem. He was fast, efficient, courteous and very neat. He volunteered to drain my H/W heater that was replaced last year and gave me some advice about keeping it in working condition.

The technician Sean called before arriving, showed up on time. His company truck had plenty of equipment and parts.

Sean was professional, took time to explain our plumbing issues and discussed possible fixes. He performed the service to exceed our expectations, very impressed.

Very good service. I had a wire melt in my unit. The technician prepared it and even taped the connection to avoid it from becoming loose in the future. I was just charged a normal servicing fee which was very reasonable. They were out to fix my unit within 18 hours of the service call. They would have come sooner but my unit is empty and listed for sale and I was unavailable until the morning after I scheduled service.

The tech came earlier than expected (they called to let me know), gave us a reasonable quote, and went in his way (we said we have to think about it). I’ve dealt with them before— little things like the outdoor faucet leaking and big things like the slab leak 7 years ago— and they’re always on time, reasonable and they do good work. The other guys can advertise all they want but I’m sticking with Donley.

Called them on 3/13 at 8AM. Confirmed with Vicky that the my appointment was for 3/14 between 8-10am. 10AM, plumber wasn't here yet. Turns out they never booked my appointment. Offered to send someone between 4 and 6pm. I took my time off work for this specifically. Will never use them again.

Fred was simply fantastic! He was able to diagnose and correct my air conditioning problem. He also recognized a larger electrical panel issue I had and was able to easily communicate what I needed to do to correct it. Great experience! Highly recommend!

Water heater failed on Sunday. Called Donley and scheduled replacement for Monday. Confirmation call received 7:00 am Monday morning. Walter called when he was 30 minutes out, arrived on time, assessed the situation, provided options and the new water heater was replaced that day by 1:00. Walter in particular and all scheduling/installation done efficiently and professionally.

Have been a Donley customer for over 12 years. Recently had Donley renew service agreement on home air conditioner and consult on other plumbing issues. As to be expected the service was timely, professional and honest.

I've had Donley do plumbing and air conditioning work for me since the 1990s. Probably a bit expensive, but they do it right the first time and are honest about what needs to be done, and they explain why. Definitely will refer them to anyone out there looking to get an estimate, or have work done.

Carl Bartoli (service manager) helped out when my sister had an unscrupulous technician from another company attempt to scare her into spending $2,000 in repairs (or a new unit for $12,000). The Donley technician showed up and fixed the problem for less than $200. Fred (technician) was just out at my house to perform routine maintenance. Everything was professional with no up selling. I like having a company that I can trust to take care of my clients and family!

Fred Czlapinski came exactly on time and did a great job checking out our system. I'm very familiar with how boiler systems, furnaces, hot water systems, steam systems, etc. all work but was not familiar with heat pumps. He did an excellent job explaining it and he clearly knows his business. I have another unit which I need looked at soon and will definitely be calling Donley again. GREAT JOB!!!

You call the office for an appointment they send you to Kevin who is the project manager. They set an appointment and do not show. When I called the office they had no idea who I was they had nothing in their system nothing on my address and stated that they contacted everyone and no one has me on their list. So I called up the number that I have the contact With and his name was Kevin he stated he was the project manager and that he would be there the next day because he forgot that they had an appointment. Well the next day came and I called the office and no one of course New about an appointment and when I called Kevin he was not available and his Phone just went To voicemail very on organized. Seems like they’re trying to run from a lawsuit by being shady.

Our AC is working... but leaking fluid after the monsoon into our ceiling causing a huge water bubble in the roof! My wife called around 10am, they were at our house by 3pm, fixed and cleaned the AC by 4pm. Even though they said they would be here between 3 and 7pm, they showed early, and were done fast. I was extremely worried that it was going to need replacement, because we just had it serviced by another company last summer. They've earned a loyal customer for life from me today.

Worst ac company I've ever experienced! The guy came and unplugged my ac unit and left told me it wasn't working I called the company back and they never followed up charged us $100 and had to pay another ac company to come back out.
