We reached out to Diamondback as we were having a hard time finding a plumber that could take care of a rather large job. We had a major leak in the pipe that connected from the street meter to our house. It was the old polybutelene piping. We were hoping to have the entire pipe replaced as this material was recalled years ago. We got turned down from multiple plumbers as they did not want to take on such a big job.The front office staff was so kind when working to schedule our appointment. We got a free quote from Chad and he got us on the schedule within a couple of days.Dane showed up promptly on the scheduled date, dug a trench in our yard to re run the new piping and even moved the line so that it would be more convenient and help us save some significant costs (we would have had to tear up our whole driveway).Dane and his teammate completed the job in two days as we originally anticipated, cleaned up any messes and educated us on the new lines run. We are so thankful for Diamondback as they saved our butts. They did quality work and within budget.Highly Recommend!!

Called to have a kitchen sink installed. They could not give me a price over the phone. So, they want to charge me $39 to send some out to tell me how much they will charge me. I understand as a business owner you send some out to bid and don't get the job is frustrating, but gouging your customer before your even in the door is not a good business practice. If your prices are fair to begin with, you will earn the customers business.

I asked Accent Plumbing for a minor but important bathtub drain replacement. 24 hours later the job was completed. Sam the repairman showed up at the announced service time and with proper knowledge, tools and replacement parts fixed the problem. I had been skeptical and had hesitated for some time to address this issue, but Accent Plumbing turned out to be a reliable, trustworthy plumber, with a very competitive price for the repair. Well done, and they will be first number to dial in case I need another plumber. And I recommend, so should you.

We called because of the low service call fee and free video inspection. Louis came to out late at night and unplugged our sewer line. They couldn't video the line at night so they came back another day. When the line clogged in a different area, Louis helped us again. The video inspections revealed bigger problems. Alex got involved and helped with the sewer line and concrete replacement inside and out. They were honest, courteous, and paid attention to detail. I would recommend them anytime!

my water heater stopped working all together, so I got some recommendations, and got MANY for Wyman plumbing. They came out the next day. well with my luck.. I got a default water heater, something was broken on the inside the water heater, but they were out again the very next morning to exchange it and made sure it wasn't leaking again. they made the whole process as painless as possible and appreciate them so much! I will be absolutely be recommending them and using them again! Thank you again for everything you did for us!!!

Would definitely recommend Simba Plumbing! We had a plumbing emergency and they were able to give us a quote same day and get the work done the very next morning. Our plumber (I think his name was Travis?) was awesome! Explained what he was doing, quick, thorough and cleaned up after himself. 5 stars!

Franz from The Aussie Plumber helped me out with some water heater maintenance and the service he provided could not have been any better. He was incredibly knowledgable with other inquiries I had about the plumbing in my home, conducted his work in a clean fashion, and was overall enjoyable to have around. Hands down one the of the best plumbers I've worked with.

I called for my hot water not working. I told them any parts were covered from the manufacturer, and I had an authorization # for parts if needed. I was told $65 to come out. They guy came out and I told him to check the gfi first, which I couldn't get to. He did, and that's what it was. It started right up. He said he just wanted to check a couple of more things. 20 minutes later he says he's done and charges me $150.00!! For what, I ask? Well, there was nothing to fix, so it switches to an hourly fee with a $150.00 minimum. I called their office to question this whole thing, and was told sorry if you weren't told that on the phone!! Complete dishonesty and gouging!!

I use option one plumbing for all my properties All staff is helpful and courteous. I couldn't ask for a better plumbing company.

If you have an emergency, DON'T call Anthony's Plumbing. I had called them for an emergency slab leak. I agreed to pay them for the inspection and estimate. However, they just gave me the gross amount for the cost of repair but refused to give me the actual itemized estimate and/or location of the leak once I didn't commit with them, though they are still invoicing me for the inspection fee. I ended up having to pay a for another plumber to do the inspection, luckily the next plumber was honest and professional and even with the duplicate charge was a lot less than Anthony's quote.

Casey and Lauren installed some pneumatic piping for us and did an outstanding job with the quality and maintenance!!! I highly recommend them and their company to any one looking for professional and high quality service and maintenance.

Had a hot water pipe leaking under my bathroom floor and called Alan. He was incredibly responsive and was able to come inspect the problem only an hour after I called him. Prior to contacting Alan, I had hired a locating company to find the leak location and identify the leaking pipe and what it was feeding. After giving all these details to Alan, he gave me a quote for 2 possible rerouting scenarios and we scheduled time for him to do the job a couple days later.



Upon starting the work on my home, Alan immediately realized that the routing of my pipes was more complex than anticipated and that the locating company had made an error as to the routing of the hot water pipe that was leaking. He figured out very quickly that the leaking pipe was feeding my upstairs bathroom, which was routed under my living room to an exterior wall, leading vertically to the 2nd floor. He showed me how he figured all this out in detail and there was no question he was correct. This complicated the job substantially. Instead of a quick reroute, he would have to dig up the ground in my bathroom to find the leak and fix it at the source. Even with this new found complication Alan honored one of the quotes he gave me before which I felt was more than fair.



He ran out to get jackhammer and dug up the bathroom to find the leak. He took care to seal off the area to keep the rest of the house clean, and after he located and fixed the leaking pipe, he even mixed concrete and filled the hole back! To make things even better he took time and care to only pull up 2 tiles in my bathroom and kept them in tact, so that I could put them back after the work was complete. The damage to the bathroom even after all the jackhammering of the concrete subfloor was essentially nothing. He also explained to me how I can put the tiles back easily after the concrete dried.



I was really impressed with the work Alan performed and feel like he went above and beyond. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber and honestly can't speak highly enough of the work and customer service he provided.
