I had a great experience with Day & Night from start to finish. I was referred to them by my insurance agent for regular AC maintenance prior to summer rolling around. They were so kind on the phone setting up the appointment and worked with my schedule. Zachary was my technician and he was so nice, informative and helpful. I even had additional questions after his visit and was only met with kindness when I called the main line, and a quick and helpful call back from Zachary himself. I would highly recommend for any AC needs!

I called Chris Anderson at Alien AC today, because the air conditioning stopped working at my aunt’s house. She was very worried her AC would not get fixed, since it was a holiday. I left a message and in less than 15 minutes, he returned my call. He was at her house with in the hour and he had the unit running right away. Chris was really friendly, honest and very professional. He only charged her for a service call, since it was an easy fix. There was no extra charge for being after hours or on a holiday. I think he will be her AC guy from now on!

My a/c stopped working and Lilcoln Air & Plumbing did an outstanding job from the time I called, until the end of the service. They were able to come to my house the day after I called them which was huge being that no a/c in Arizona is quite miserable. Jeff B was my technician and he was amazing! He did a great job of explaining what was going on, why it was happening, and the next steps he would take. He was very honest and upfront with me throughout the entire process, including informing me of the cost of his services BEFORE he did anything. There was a lot wrong with my a/c unit, but he was able to fix it and make it good as new! I am very pleased with my experience with both Lincoln Air & Plumbing and my technician, Jeff. Highly recommend!

Our technician Trevor was awesome! He was professional, courteous and took the time to explain all options - costs - and rational prior to me making any decisions. I had previously used another company and I felt like they were working on commission and only wanted to up-sell me. By having all the information I feel I made sound decisions and feel totally satisfied with the service provided. I love using a local company that delivers. ALSO, this was a last minute call and we were looking at additional costs for an after hours call. It ends up Trevor finished a call early and I did not have to pay for after hour calls. Called walker plumbing and hvac after waking up to my ac broken and home at 90 decrees with 3 kids in it at 5:00am, Home warranty couldn’t get someone out for almost a week.. the tech Jose was on site by 630 and home was at 79 degrees by 8am. Kyle came in and saved the day. The shower handle was not giving any hot water. He quickly discovered that another company had installed it improperly. He fixed it without adding any new parts There was absolutely NO CHARGE for his service, not even a service call charge. Unbelievable.

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

Our technicians John & Todd, were both extremely professional, knowledgeable & courteous. John explained exactly what was wrong & what was needed to fully address the problem. It's important to note that our AC quit working 7pm the night before & John & Todd were here at 10:30am the next day, & were able to diagnose the problem & get our system running again in only a few short hours. Dan the technician called ahead to remind me of the appointment and let me know he was a few minutes from arrival.2. Dan was very professional. Arriving with a smile and firm handshake.3. After discussing how I use the system, Dan was able to focus on areas that needed extra attention.4. He went right to work on the outdoor unit, followed by the indoor unit and ducting.5. After a thorough inspection he found two components that could use replacement in the future. He also made recommendations to extend the system’s life expectancy.6.
