This is my second time using Robin’s for a leak. It was nice to know whom to call immediately, and not need to wade through the hundreds of possible companies. Each time the technician was knowledgeable, personable, and timely. This time around turned out not to be a plumbing leak, but a roof leak, and Amber was thorough in checking and communicating. I've used Joe for over 20 years. He has rooted my kitchen drain and main sewer line multiple times, installed fixtures, installed a bi-directional clean-out and created a completely new kitchen sink drain line to replace the old one. He is an honest man who advises you what you need an what you don't need. I can't recommend him highly enough!

We had a leak in our wall and we could feel the water reaching under the floor boards so we called them. By the appointment day they got here the leak had somehow stopped. But since it was a second leak from after they already worked on it, we thought they'd be quick to fix and re-evaluate the first fix. But this fact didn't seem to bother them. The first guy came, talked and talked, eventually needed to call a supervisor. He didn't do jack. The supervisor came and took the problem to a whole new level: counting the humidity level from the leak without showing us and then exaggerating it to his coworker over the phone, pointing out code issues with the wall, and started saying the whole water heater needed replacing (no one even from his own company had said anything about these points before), repeating "but insurance will cover everything so no problem" over and over. We lost it when this supervisor said he was going to call a THIRD GUY who is actually the estimator. No, Nope, and Never Again. We called Pink Plumbing and when HE saw that the leak had stopped he went straight home in 10 mins, "no further action necessary, call again when it does actually start leaking". Guess who we will call when there is a leak? (Custom Plumbing is a sister company to Copper State which was horrible at everything including arriving on time, arriving on the day promised, and signing off as having fixed a mold where they hadn't.)

Anthony did a great job replacing our R.O. filters and additional services included in the package. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with! Great service and a super nice guy! Highly recommend!

This job was more complicated then we had anticipated but Franz’s expertise and experience put us at ease. Our plumbing and pipes are original to the home and were in bad shape. Franz was able to replace the lines despite them being in a difficult position with no problem! He replaced our master shower handles with a new more updated look. He replaced the old two handle style, with an updated single handle. He also replaced our outdated tub trim with new modern trim totally changing the look of our bathroom! He took great pride in his craftsmanship and he was very patient in answering all our questions. Franz was eager to explain each step he took to fix our problems which made the issues we were having with our plumbing seem less intimidating. James, the owner of Aussie Plumber even took time out of his day to lend a helping hand! We definitely will be using The Aussie plumber and Franz for future projects and we would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest, knowledgeable plumbing company!
