Best Water Line Repair in Phoenix AZ

Excellent customer service by the company and by Jason who did a great job with a shower head pipe broken off behind the wall. He managed to fix the pipe without damaging the wall or tile as may have been necessary. Would definitely recommend this business.

Josh was on time, professional, and incredibly responsive to questions and concerns we had. We are renovating our kitchen and originally had Josh out to install all new sink plumbing. During the demo we found two gas lines behind our range and oven that we didn't know were present. Josh was able to remedy the gas lines to our liking, on the spot, for a fair price. Super pleased with the work so far and we look forward to having him back to finish the install of our sink and faucet when the rest of the kitchen is installed.

His teams were extremely communicable, on-time, professional and focus on ensure our kitchen was back up and running. Initially provided a 2 day project timeline, which we did not think was doable. They met the timeline, did great work and will use them in the future.

My experience:On 7/20/17, I spoke to Steve Herzog about the installation of 4 floor sinks, one 3-compartment sink, a prep sink, 2 hand sinks, a grease trap, and a back-flow preventer. He said they would come out to take a look at the project and I never heard back from him.I reached out on 11/20/17 because the drawings were finished and the permit for tenant improvements were issued. I sent over the drawings & Chad took a look at the project on 11/28/17 He said he’s going to put together a proposal and get back with me. I called him on 12/5/17 and he said, his baby was sick and was surprised I didn’t get his email. Chad said he was in the field and would send the quote when he gets back to the office.Not sure why I never heard back from them but I am thankful I didn’t give them any money.

Very pleased with Moon Valley. Their communication is very good with text and email notifications. They helped me greatly during a condo sale when I installed a faucet and the buyer & realtor thought I installed it incorrectly when the buyer wasn't patient enough to wait for hot water. You Cannot fix stupid but at least it was only $39 for to get Moon Valley to validate their stupidity.

I highly recommend Accent Plumbing! They are honest professional and very timely. My previous plumber shut down his operation a couple of months ago. These are my go-to plumbers from now on.

2 good plumbers opened up my drain after another plumbing company told me it couldnt be fixed & wanted to charge me over a $1000. Joe at 2 good plumbers only charged me $85. I would highly recommend them. They were honest & very low priced.

Nash was great! He was able to fix my bathroom sinks that were clogged quick and easy. I thought they would have to bust up my wall to get to the right pipe because I didn't have a clean out but Nash was able to snake it through behind the sink and unclog everything. I was very relief he did a great job. Also, affordable quality service.

Wyman plumbing has got to be the best company I’ve ever used for plumbing. Not only was Anthony early, professional, and quick. After the repair, he took time to answer a few questions I had and explain the system. I’ve used Wyman in the past and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of any work! Don came ostensibly reattach RO and other connections under the sink. We had had a leak and all of one wall of our kitchen including all the under sink connections were taken down to solve the problem.Don was patient, thorough and repeated explanations as needed. He even went on to do extra work at our request. Very hard to imagine better customer service in any given field than we received.

My service technician, Miguel, was punctual and professional. He installed a Tesla home charger for my and it looks amazing. The reason I docked a star is the price, I believe their prices are a little high. Over $1800 to install the home charger on the exterior of the house less than 4 feet away. This included labor, a 50a breaker, conduit, and power cables. Overall quality work and I would use again, just a bit on the pricey side!

So i've been doing a lot of work on our house over the last year or so and wanted to run a gas line from the meter to our stove and to our bbq. I had originally gotten estimates from about 5 different places and Apache was very reasonable based on all of the estimates I was given. However, even their estimate was a bit more than i was prepared for at the time so I put it off. Fast forward a year and now, knowing the expected prices I called Apache back and set up the gas run. I received an updated estimate with 2 different prices based on 2 different run options. Called them back (Monday), advised them which option I wanted and was able to schedule the work for the upcoming Friday. They showed up on time and got right to work. Frank and Richard are both great guys and very friendly. I had laid some pavers last year and asked that the line be run under the pavers up into the bbq and they were able to accommodate. The caveat being that the run was only a couple feet otherwise, i would have had to go a different route. It took them a total of 2 days to get the work done and the only reason it even took that long was the ground being so hard to get under the pavers. The company on the first day even sent a 2nd crew out to assist to try to get it done. Frank and Richard came back out the 2nd day and wrapped it up early first thing in the morning. Apache also took care of the permit piece as well; we got inspected 2 days later and were given the green tag. It was late in the day that we were given the greenlight so Apache wasnt able to come until the 2nd day after the inspection which was completely understandable to me, even beyond my expectations as I expected their calendar to be full but they were there and backfilled the trench and even went so far as to help me hook up the conversion kit to the grill! Very nice guys and Dorothy in the office is super friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to use Apache again... in fact, I'm about to install a bib in the garage at my water softener (wash cars without spotting) and will definitely be using Apache for that as well. Thank you!

Had water heater go out Called Anthony’s they responded fast not very long plumber showed up seen the problem and explained my Options. Removed my old water heater and installed a new one very very professional. Mind you this is at 3:30 in the afternoon took hot shower that night Strongly recommend them.the plumber who name is also Anthony W worked hard and fast very professional and knowledgeable and friendly two thumbs up!!

Had a problem on Sunday 12/29/19. I was repeatedly lied to by the ‘call center’ who takes the information. Told me it will be “Two hours for a technician to arrive”. My original call was at 11:07am and he arrived at 4:30pm. I understand delays; I do not understand lying to new customers! I sat waiting over 5 hours for the tech to show. Then he was here a few hours and did fix the problem, but he made two mistakes. 1.) charged the wrong amount on my card and it took 9 days, a phone call and an email to get the adjustment, and 2.) The plastic parts and debris not cleaned up and left in my shower was like stepping on Legos when I used my shower the next 2 times!! Not cool and definitely not professional. I do NOT recommend Rooter Hero, and will let others know of my negative experience.
