This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

Jake was trained for 3 months by the best at Cave Creek Septic. I guess everyone needs to start and learn somewhere.

Mark and Anthony were on time and did a wonderful job getting everything going. As I am prone to do and stick my hear in every once in awhile Mark would explain what they were doing and why. That was great. They weren't satisfied to go until we were satisfied that the job was done the way we wanted. They will be at top of my call list for this type of work, because a plumber I ain't.

Plomero was great to work with and super helpful from initial call to final service being complete. I appreciated their adequate communication and always keeping me up to date on appointment and when plumber was en route. The plumber was super kind and considerate during service. They explained everything very thoroughly before conducting any work. I would definitely hire them again for future service.

This business is amazing! I live four hours away but got a call about a leaky pipe at one of my properties in Phoenix. Everything from my first call to them to them actually fixing everything I needed was a great experience. They have such great customer service and they were super professional during the whole experience. They are actual heroes, I will definitely be using them again!

I have been using Complete Plumbing and Drain Service for many years. Clint is very knowledgeable and has trained his sons to be as impressively conscientious and competent as he is.

Over the years, they have replaced the outside irrigation and in house shut off valves. In the house, they replaced my hot water heater system for a Tankless unit which was the best thing ever! I never run out of hot water no matter the demand.

They have repaired or replaced faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms. They installed a bidet. They replaced a noisy and malfunctioning garbage disposal with an efficient, quiet garbage disposal. With 'open concept', I needed that.

They maintain my RO system (replacing membranes and filters and flush system) and my Tankless hot water system - flushing to clean the system annually, to keep them in optimum working order.

They are truly experts at ALL plumbing needs. They work meticulously on each job to be sure it is done right. They are conscientious and careful and they are nice people!

We recently had a water main break in the afternoon and Belsito Plumbing saved the day with a quick response time and plumbers that were ready to work and solve the issue quickly. The repair was made and the water was restored with very little inconvenience. I have used Belsito in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Saturday late afternoon while attempting to replace corroded 35 year old washing machine hot & cold water valves (with new ones) in our laundry room, I found it impossible to make a seal against the existing compression sleeves without leaking. Although it was after 6:00pm and the weekend, I felt frustrated and helpless. My wife Googled plumbing services online and found REDDI HEROES which noted no extra weekend expenses. After reading many of the reviews we felt secure in contacted them to see if it was possible to have this serviced still that night. Not only did they say that it was doable, but they responded back in a timely manner and said that Pepe Munoz would let me know ASAP if he could accommodate us. He called back within minutes and said he was in north Scottsdale and could make it in approx. one and a half hours...and if that was too late early Sunday morning. I was desperate in that the water was turned off to my house and asked if possible could he make it that night. He was a man of his word and arrived about 1.5 hours later to examine the situation. He and his assistant Brian then proceeded to grab their tools and repaired our valves quickly and professionally and waited long enough to ensure that the leaks were gone. I pride myself in being a handyman around the house, but they had all the specific tools needed and knowhow to complete the mess I had made.....and at a reasonable price! I had Cooper drain my septic in my 5th wheel . He was there 15 minutes but didn't clean it completely. He said he did but didn't. Then three days latter same thing . Plus he said he didn't have change so I just have him 5 twenty . The receptionist was rude as hell and said if I wanted it done again it would be another 90 $. Never call them again .

The underground waste plumbing in our townhouse was falling apart. I guess it was older ceramic pipes. In any case, we obtained estimates for repair/replacement from several companies. The typical company, tears up the floor to get at the pipes in order to replace them. I went on-line and found an alternative to tearing up the floors called Ne Flow. They came out and took a video like the others. Their process involves lining the old system with a bladder then filling up the area with a epoxy that forms a pipe when it sets. I called some other companies in Tuscon that did similar technique and they said it worked well. The price was similar to the other companies but we did not have to tear up and replace the floor covering which can be very expensive! We had them do the process and they sent a final video showing the result. it looks great and we don't have any more waste issues. The company was excellent in customer service and when they found the did not have to do a clean out of some pipes, we received a credit on the price! They did not have to even tell us about that as we had no idea what they were talking about. All I can say, is they were very honest and reputable. I would highly recommend Nu flow!

We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Very happy with our experience! Our kitchen sink backed up on New Years Eve, I was hesitant to call anyone due to the holiday, plus it was already after 5pm. We called a couple of places. The first company was going to charge $125 just to come out, plus the cost of the service. The second company said it would be $400, plus service charges due to them being in their Holiday hours. We took a chance and called a third company, Rooter Ranger, they only charged us for the actual services performed. Ron came to the house, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He went as far as explaining the workings of the plumbing connected to our kitchen. I highly recommend Rooter Ranger and Ron for their/his expertise and great customer service. We will definitely call Rooter Ranger again in the future, if needed. Thank you Ron for the wonderful experience!

Highly recommend. First time building a new home on vacant desert land, homebuilder recommended A-American and I am so thankful they did. My direct contact was Ken and he was phenomenal. He helped me with things I didn't know and the process of everything. I was always updated on the progress of things. The actual installation seemed easy for them and even had a few other contractors compliment the system before it got backfilled. If I ever build another house, A-American can be sure to expect my call again!

Mark (the owner) quoted me $600-800 to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running, while telling me I was wasting his time because it was 3am (despite being listed online as a 24 hour plumber) Granted this was early morning on Thanksgiving, I had been quoted by two others at 150 each, but they simply didn't have room in their schedule immediately. I guess this explains why Mark does. I don't think I've ever been spoken to so rudely by a business owner.
