Diamondback plumbing is an outstanding company. Not only do their plumbers know what they are doing they are the best in the business. My GOD! I was blown away at how they are patient and fix the issues correctly, but the staff in the office are amazing as well. They have great personalities, smell awesome and I would trust them with my children.They make sure all the issues are addressed, and I love them more than my wife, They never drop the ball and if there is a scheduling issue, they will contact you immediately. Our master bathroom and adjacent shower stall started to back up. I called and that afternoon both the owner and his son arrived to solve the issue. They even went into the sewer area in the street and successfully unclogged the back up. Really folks, these guys are the real deal. They have also successfully solved a slab leak in our home and recovered a diamond earring dropped down the bathroom sink by my wife. Always courteous and prompt in their explanations and of course, the most reasonable rates you will find in the Valley. Make them your first choice and you will not regret the initial service and will become a repeat customer for life. If I could give 8 stars, I would.

It was a stress-free experience from start to finish, I couldn't be happier!  From the initial phone call speaking with Perry, who set my appointment to Luis showing up and efficiently replacing the expansion tank to the water heater.  VERY caring, professional, and knowledgeable.  Luis also graciously provided me with a couple of estimates for the future on replacing the water heater supply line pipes, shutoff valve, and kitchen sink faucet. I needed to unclog my drain which had been a nightmare for weeks! I called Simon the day after Christmas at 10am and he was at my house at 10:45am. Incredibly responsive! He came over and explained the issue and he offered to show me how to fix it as well as giving me a solid quote before starting his work.
