Best Water Heater Repair And Replacement in Phoenix AZ

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

This is the company to call for all of your septic issues.

I called Brandon with a water heater issue and he stopped what he was doing and helped me troubleshoot over the phone! He even called me back when my phone died.

It's rare to find plumbers that you can trust, let alone someone who will take time out of their day to help a complete stranger that finds their number online. I'm not in Arizona, but if I were I would have these guys on speed dial.

Ernie came out and did an excellent job cleaning my drain. His service was definitely five stars +. He was very fast and efficient! I will be using this company for all my plumbing needs. Since the begining the receptionist was very helpful and set up an appointment right away for us. Ernie came out immediately and took care of my family and I in no time. I will be recommending him to all my friends and family.

I have been using Complete Plumbing and Drain Service for many years. Clint is very knowledgeable and has trained his sons to be as impressively conscientious and competent as he is.

Over the years, they have replaced the outside irrigation and in house shut off valves. In the house, they replaced my hot water heater system for a Tankless unit which was the best thing ever! I never run out of hot water no matter the demand.

They have repaired or replaced faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms. They installed a bidet. They replaced a noisy and malfunctioning garbage disposal with an efficient, quiet garbage disposal. With 'open concept', I needed that.

They maintain my RO system (replacing membranes and filters and flush system) and my Tankless hot water system - flushing to clean the system annually, to keep them in optimum working order.

They are truly experts at ALL plumbing needs. They work meticulously on each job to be sure it is done right. They are conscientious and careful and they are nice people!

I called up Reddi Services to address 2 main concerns:

1) Addressing what was relayed to me by 1 plumber, an RO specialist, and an outdoor water mister installer, namely that it appeared that only my heated water was softened.

2) Addressing my concern that I wanted the water supply to my pool to come from the main water supply line before it reached the house (so that I could turn water off to house when going on vacation and not have the pool level drop!)

First off, I should say that I called the receptionist to schedule an appointment who stated she would have a dispatcher call me right away to schedule a specific time. I missed the first call, and when I called back was told that a technician was just minutes away. Sure enough, within half an hour of making the appointment my doorbell had already rang. Quite convenient!

I am so happy I called this company up because I actually got real answers. I learned that softened water is not meant to be directed to kitchen and certain other areas. (Why did other plumber, RO specialist, and water mister expert say otherwise ??) It was good to hear that my house plumbing was correct and didn't need any modifications.

I also learned that houses out here tend to have one water line running off the pre-house water intake being diverted to irrigation (or pool) and another line running off hose bib on the other end of the house (that unfortunately just comes off the house line - likely because trenching another line all the way around the house is quite expensive) supplying the pool (or irrigation) and that both irrigation and pool cannot come off the same line as - for complex reasons - there could be risk for contamination into the city water.

Although I ultimately did not require any services performed I walked way with a good understanding why it would NOT be wise for me to pay a significant amount of money to have extra work performed (namely capping off the pool water supply line and trenching a supply line from the same irrigation line) as had been recommended by ANOTHER plumbing company.

In summary, Bryant w/ Reddi Services is knowledgeable, professional, quick to respond, saved me money and time by getting his expert second opinion, and I would call him back for any work or other questions I'll have in the future.

UPDATE FOR A 2ND SERVICE CALL (5/31/18):
I requested consultation with Bryant (w/ Reddi Services) again because of a prior consultation in which he offered helpful plumbing advice and answered questions that other consultants (including some plumbers) were not able to provide and ultimately ended up saving me a lot of money. This time I had him install a vacuum pressure breaker between water line from house and line that feeds the pool. He also had to reconfigure another line from a poorly installed misting system water line coming off the same area and did a terrific job redoing portions with copper. Would continue to use Reddi Services in the future and will specifically ask for Bryant again.

UPDATE FOR ANOTHER SERVICE CALL (10/1/20):
Hot water heater went out. Reddi had a team out in 2 hours and a new hot water heater was installed the next morning. Much appreciation to Pepe who did the installation and also determined after careful examination that a key water valve to the house was not only cracked but wouldn't open or close all the way and made sure to replace this as well. He and his team were professional, courteous, and quite knowledgeable. They cleaned up everything and even helped clean up all the water the first day when the hot water unit was trying to flood the garage. No doubt I will continue to use Reddi for our plumbing needs.

UPDATE ANOTHER SERVICE CALL (11/7/20):
I purchased a new fridge but the installer wasn't able to connect the RO line. I called up Reddi that evening and they were out early the next day and had it working immediately. Not a huge task but I'm again grateful to Pepe for his timeliness, courtesy, and professionalism. I'll definitely continue to call on Reddi Services for my plumbing needs.

Called and emailed several times to get a quote for my septic system to get fixed. Followed up 4 times and they never got back to me. Sad that the basics of getting back to customers is not followed. Everyone is busy and has lots of work but these companies won't survive when they are competing for customers again. Don't waste your time and steer clear.

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

I needed a toilet and shower leak looked at and living in a mobile home I know there are companys that avoid these. From the first contact to the last was a very positive experience. I was notified within a 2 hour window when they would be there and called again when arrival was within 15 minutes. Very punctual and professional and addressed my needs as well as an estimate for recommended work at a future time. Thank you for your help, I would not hesitate to use again for big or small job.

I used NuFlow for sewer lining and I can't rave enough about this company. What a first rate, professional company! Communication every step of the way from the office staff to the people on site. Attention to detail and a clean work site daily. Schedules were met. The team worked efficiently and seemed to be always on the same page. Highly recommend.

I've had nightmares with plumbers in the past, and this is not one of them. Isaac Solis was the most professional plumber/maintenance person I have ever dealt with. We had an extremely bad situation going on with our pipes and he did not even bat and eye at fixing it. This guy works hard! I will be recommending Rooter Ranger Plumbing to anyone that I know who needs a plumber, and they're now my go to people when I need help. We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

I was considering using Option One Plumbing for the total replumb of my manufactured home. I was scheduled for an estimate but when the day came, no one showed. I called after my estimate time came and went and they said they would get back to me and then hours later rescheduled me.The day comes of the rescheduling and as I am waiting for them to arrive, the estimator calls and tells me he won't be in today and wants to reschedule. I call Option One and they told me they didn't even know he wasn't coming in today yet...Finally, I am rescheduled AGAIN. (Not even for the next day because they wanted me to pay $150 for them to come out on a Sunday even after this is the SECOND time I was rescheduled)The day of the reschedule, they send out a text when the estimator is on the way approximately 30 minutes before with their picture and name. Only for a completely different plumber to show up which initially took me aback as I was a female home alone until I noticed he was driving an Option One plumbing van. But why have that feature if it isn't correct? . I was also supposed to receive a call from a supervisor the morning of this second rescheduled estimate appointment but never received a call.Anyway, I am then quoted OVER DOUBLE of what another plumbing company quoted me while I was waiting to see if Option One would ever end up coming out.Overall a terribly unprofessional and disappointing experience with Option One Plumbing.
