Best Water Heater Repair And Replacement in Phoenix AZ

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

Jake is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He treats every property like his own. For any of you septic needs he always makes sure the area is looking better then when the first dig was made. If you know septic work it’s hard to find contractors that take pride in their work. Had a hot water heater pipe burst, and they sent a very helpful plumber by the name of Erick Munoz who fixed everything and explained all of the details and used parts that would not rust. He also told my family about how to maintain the unit to extend the life of it, and gave us suggestions on how to best take care of it. He also wanted to help us by referring us to someone who could see if our walls suffered water damage that could check on it for free. He, and this company will be our new go-to plumbing service!

I’ve been searching for a good plumbing company for years.

I went to Home Depot and tried to do the kitchen sink caulking by myself. Because we hired a different plumbing company one year ago and it wasn’t done right. So the silicon turned into a yellowish-brown goo and it looked so gross.

Unfortunately, the person at Home Depot recommended the wrong silicone… and I made more of a mess in my sink. I couldn’t use my sink anymore and I  need to get someone to do the caulking professionally as soon as possible. I found Hero Home Services through the Neighbor app. I remembered they advertising for clogged drain problems.

So I called them, and they came the next day. I had used the wrong silicone, so it took them more time to repair the sink gap :( But Alex was nice about everything and explained things well. He did such a great job around my sink and granite countertop. I remembered the last plumber company we hired, he did a really quick job, it wasn't even that clean before he put in the silicone. But Alex from Hero did take his time for cleaning everything well and removing the old silicon before putting the new one.

I’m a housewife with my baby. I don’t know a lot of plumbing stuff, but I noticed that my kitchen looks so much more solid and even has a newish look now. No more worrying about splashing the water all over the sink. I loved it so much. I feel like he cares about the quality of his work. Also, the price was much better than my the old plumber. From now on,  I'm using them as our main plumbing company. I highly recommend them. A person I talked to on the phone and the plumber, they were both great!!!!  I wish I knew them earlier. They saved my day! Thank you so much.

What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. We are grateful to have found them and will be calling them back for Septic service as they will be offering that soon. We now have a happy drain and a functional toilet again. This is the second time I had to call for help from Belsito plumbing. Last year our septic tank was over flowing and needed pumped out, and this year it was a clog at the entrance to the tank. Both times I called just happened to be a weekend. These things always seem to happen on a weekend and usually when you have house guests. Belsito plumbing has always been quick to answer my calls and respond to my urgent requests. They do a great job and at a very resonable cost! The staff is always friendly and they go out of their way to explain everything to you as they are getting the job done. The plumbers have given me several tips to help me with future plumbing problems. They are fast, friendly and reliable. A great combination:) Belsito Plumbing is the only one I will be calling for my future plumbing needs.

Because of the previous positive experiences I’ve had with ReddiServices, I again called them when multiple plumbing problems suddenly came up at my house -- once again the technician they sent, Pepe Munoz this time, was on time, was courteous, friendly, and very professional (knowing exactly what to do to repair each issue). It was nice, too, that he came out with a well-equipped truck – other companies I’ve used in the past have sent plumbers who had to either call their home offices to have parts brought out to them, or else go back to their shops to get things, yet despite the variety of problems Pepe had to resolve for me, he had the needed parts handy, which of course, expedited the repairs. Pepe is a great technician, and ReddiServices is a good company.

We had our septic tank pumped this week. From the beginning phone call (quote and scheduling) to the end(pumping) the experience was professional, timely and overall excellent! We elected to have risers and caps installed as our tank lids were 3 feet deep. They’re pumping service fee is priced very well. Naturally, if you want them to install risers and/or they have to dig, there is additional cost to that. I’d highly recommend Septic Medic

The gentleman that did our repairs, Todd, was a very informative plumber, who seem to be very knowledgeable, of his area of expertise. gave us some very helpful information which we used to locate the type of sink and faucet we wanted to place in our kitchen. When it came time to replace the old bad sink he showed how well he knew his job. All the while explaining what was being done and would be done next. We also learned how very poorly the original sink and garbage disposal had been put in in the first place. I would certainly recommend this company and in particular, Todd, to anyone if they are in need of a plumber.

we are very satisfied with the 90 plus feet of sewer line you lined with your fiberglass epoxy re-lineing system. all of your employees were experts at their jobs. they explained the different procedures and answered all our questions. the workplace was kept clean and neat. no trenching inside the house like the first 16 ft repair with piles of dirt.i wish we had known about your system sooner. we wILL recommend Nu Flow to anyone with old cast iron sewer line problems. Called to have a clogged drain repaired , waited for 20 hrs for them to show , missed work to wait for them , and when they showed there equipment was broke and once I fix his broken machine he still couldnt do the job , so I had another company come out and they got the clogged pipe fixed in 15 minutes. I will never use this company again , and no I did not pay for rooterrangers service told them to leave with there broke equipment, I lost money missing work waiting for them to show up!!!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

My normal Plumber was unavailable. I had a leaking pipe on the roof of our house. Option one send a technician out the same day. He was very helpful fixed the leak and also noticed there was another place that was going to break soon… And fixed that one as well.I’ve used option one before for unclogging drains… But it looks like they do good plumbing work as well! I will use them again.

If I could give more than 5 stars I most certainly would! This company definitely cares about their customers & making sure they are satisfied! I had a slab leak in my bathroom, Mike came out to give me a free estimate, he even did a follow up call the next day to see if I wanted to schedule that repair. I had 3 other companies come out that day. Mike was the first guy to show. He was respectful & was very Informative on how the repair would be handled. I am a person who gets very nervous around people I don't know & to allow them in my home I often get extremely nervous. I did not feel that way with Mike & that follow up call sealed the deal. Let's not forget to mention the cost was a lot less than the other companies. He wasn't trying to up sale anything, was straight forward with it all! The day came to do the repair they were on time & his assistant Alex was very kind & respectful as well. I was comfortable enough to just be outside and allow the guys to work. I was worried that my small dogs would be a bothersome due to their barking from having to be outside but they said they are use to such and not to worry about it. The work they did was awesome & literally was less of a mess then I had expected. I received a new water heater as well which was installed with perfection. They left no mess behind & was very thorough with what they did. I highly recommend this company! I went with the comfort of my gut & I was not let down! Mike & Alex are awesome!! Second time I have used Mr. Rooter in 2 years and they are reliable, always on time or early and never an 8 hour window to help. They always get there within two hours. Luis was so great and very pleasant. He gave me several options to make sure I don't have another problem. I will not use another plumber. I highly recommend this company.
