Excellent service. They came out to replace a shower head and a cartridge for my shower as I didn't have hot water coming out of it. It turned out to be a rare off the wall part number but they took the time to get one at a plumbing supply store and had it all fixed in one stop!

I had a little issue the first go around. On the next visit, everything was completed without additional charge. the technician explained what he was doing at what my options were. I even learned a few things.

Called Diamondback after Google's search. Nick T. came and fixed the water valves (H&C). He is nice and professional.

Work was done well but frustrating on the price. They charge $79 for a call out and tell you that they will estimate when they do the work. I made the mistake of assuming that they would charge fairly but a simple sewer scope was over $400. After the fact my realtor told me typical price was $250 so I called Moon Valley to confirm. Well the manager lied to me or the person scheduling lied to me because then I was told in a very elevated voice that the price is a flat rate and she did not know where I got my information from. So the work is good, but be careful as they will overcharge. The manager at this place is unprofessional and rude and she was rather scary sounding over the phone so based on this I would choose another place in the future. If you do use them, make sure you get a price before the work and don't be fooled by this company's bait and switch tactics.

HomeAdvisor recommended this business. They sent a guy Daniel to my house and did estimation on a Saturday. He said he has time next Monday. I called their office to have an appointment and Daniel would come to my house from 8:00 - 11:00 AM next Monday. But he never came. I called Daniel, he was busying on another task and not sure when he would be able to work at my house. I called their office, but they hanged the phone on me twice without saying a single word. Daniel said he would ask the office to call me, but the call did not come.No credibility as a business. No apology, not even an explanation from their office. Just avoided to talk to me. The office had the work schedules for that Monday so that they knew my phone number. When they saw it's my call, they simply turned off the call.

Was on the lookout for a new plumber I could count on, and when our kitchen developed a leak I was lucky enough to get in touch with Simba, through Thumbtack. Had a great experience with Jacob, one of their plumbing techs. He was very straightforward at diagnosing the problem, and even though we ended up having a larger issue than we initially thought he went above and beyond to accommodate and complete our project for us. Will definitely be adding them to our trusted list for next time the need arises for a quality plumber!

Chris and Mike are very professional, personable, knowledgeable, skilled, communicative and punctual. They repaired our basement sump pump system in a timely manner, and in a way that we believe it should have originally been done by the Builder 17 years ago. I initially called for a quote and spoke with Gloria (i believe her name was) who was very helpful. She was able to give me a quick quote that was $800 less than another company. Along with that she was able to send someone out immediately who performed the work. Michael R. and his colleague (I did not catch his name) were very friendly, professional and informative. They got the work done and confirmed they fixed the issue with me present. I am very satisfied and glad i chose Deer Valley Plumbing. I will use them again in the future.
