I definitely say all of the reviews posted here about One Shot Installation and Gabe are 100% spot on! I called Gabe because of an issue with the circuit breakers and electric receptacles at my house. Fortunately for me, Gabe literally was in the area and he was able to get to my house within a half hour my calling.

Fortunately, the problem turned out to be a fairly simple one and Gabe was patient enough to walk me through exactly what caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future. He charged me a very reasonable price for the work he did, considering I called him late on a Saturday afternoon on Thanksgiving Weekend. Another electrician I called yesterday wanted to charge me $950 for the first hour. Gabe's prices were no where near that high. His prices were extremely fair and he was very professional.

Needless to say, I took Gabe's business card. He and One Shot Installation will now be our Go To company for all of our electric needs and for any other handy-man type projects for around our house. Gabe is the best!! Cannot thank him enough.

Called George Brazil on a Sunday afternoon when noticed an issue with an 8-month old water heater they had installed. Figured I'd have to wait until Monday, but they got a guy out to my house late Sunday evening. Tom K. was professional and friendly. He quickly identified likely just a problem with the overflow valve. Once he confirmed that, he was able to make the repair quickly while I waited in the house. He walked me thru the fix and made sure everything was working properly in the house before he left. Since everything was still under warranty, there was no cost. Huge relief and great experience.

Very pleased with my new AC unit. Mike came out to give us a quote. He was very informative with zero pressure. We had about five estimates from other companies and really felt good with Penguin Air.My unit was damaged at the warehouse prior to installation. They quickly located another new unit and were able to still install it on the day they promised. Communication was great between Penguin Air and I and that’s essential. The installers Sydney and Chris were great! Installation went well. Even the “cowboy” crane operator was awesome! They really coordinated their crew to make this all work out and we truly appreciate it. Thank you!!!

Pricey but job done was excellent and money well spent. We were under the impression that there would be extra-younger men doing the labor, but it was just the salesman and his assistant, and they worked far harder than was necessary if they had an additional worker. But regardless, loved the finish product and deeply appreciative to these middle-aged men working to make a spa possible for us in the future. Would we hire them again? YES!! Even though we thought they'd come at crack of dawn...they showed up at 9:00. Five Stars Folks. I'd hire them again.

absolutely awful. firstly the handyman ruined 3 drawers by drilling incorrect holes in them. after returning with the new ones, the “finished” job left 2 noticeable nicks on my pantry. one handle isn’t tightened. another handle isn’t even on one of the screws; the screw is just sticking out. i would give zero stars if possible. i cannot believe this is acceptable. please use Ace handyman services instead and save yourself the headache and money.

I was happy that Parker and son's arrived in an emergency situation so quickly. You can count on that. You can also count on it costing you $$$$. I had an issue with my water heater that was on the verge of failure. It was leaking and about to burst. I turned it all off that night and called Parker who arrived the following afternoon. Happy with the service and time frame but my water heater cost me 3400.00 to be replaced. Standard 40 gallon unit you can purchase at 800-1200 at home Depot. When I asked the plumber what the breakdown was for labor and unit cost he simply told me that is the price. I paid extra for the 10 year warranty. Even with the additional fee for the extra warranty I still paid more 2k for a 2 hour job. They caught me with my pants around my ankles as I was desperate for the fix and he arrived with it in his truck. I should have been on top of it and fixed it myself but the emergency didn't allow that. They got me.
