Travis and his team are professional and do quality work. within an hour of discovering our water heater was bad (which was hanging 12 feet in the air), they had a lift out and had it swapped in no time. We had our main sewer line break and send water back into our downstairs bathroom and laundry. They were here within 10 minutes on a Wednesday evening, scoped the line and found the tree roots that had broken the line. They came the next day and dug, by hand since it was right by the driveway to protect the concrete, and replaced the line from the clean out pipe to the street. Corrected issues with how the line was originally put in incorrectly by the builder 15 years ago. Communicated and showed me every step of the way what they were doing. Trustworthy and great work.

After having three other plumbing companies come to diagnose our problem-all incorrectly, The Sunny Plumber came, correctly diagnosed our plumbing problem, helped us work through our options, and offered fantastic financing options (it was a big job). The job technician came the same day to start the work. At the beginning of each day, we were told what work would be done that day. At the end of each day, we were given a status of the work completed and the start time for the next day. A Quality Assurance employee came to the job site several times to inspect the work and make sure we were happy. Everyone we dealt with and everyone on the job site was competent, on-time, respectful, polite, and very conscious of the inconvenience of our situation. They did everything they said they would do and made sure we were happy with everything they did before we authorized payment to them. The work is warranted for 10 years so I don't think we'll need any plumbing work done for a very long time, but if we do, I will hire them again without any hesitation.
