Excellent service by Chris. Was able to call and schedule an appointment to have my water heater replaced. In addition, the valves and tubing was also replaced. The opening was too snug for the new water heater to go inside so the door frame was removed, space was swept clean, water heater installed, and door frame placed back on all done by Chris; really went above and beyond with his work. Highly recommend this company for hot water heaters not for just their products but their outstanding services.

We called Water Heaters Only a month ago to replace our old heater as it was original to our home. Don S. arrived at our home two days later (they could have come earlier, but our schedule didn’t allow). We thought we were only getting a quote that day, but once he got that together he said if we approved it he could get right to work that day! The price was fair and we agreed to it and Don got to installing it immediately. He was very professional and a total sweetheart! I woke up this morning to a leaky water heater. I called Water Heaters Only and got me on their schedule the same day. Don S. was our service technician, who called to let me know when he was on his way and he arrived on time. Don quickly realized that our water heater needed to be replaced but he didn't have our model in his truck. Don said he would drive all the way to Mesa (we live on the opposite side of the valley) to pick up a new one and come right back. He did not have to do this and could have postponed the work until Monday, but he didn't want to leave us in that situation over the weekend. I got an estimate on Thursday, compared to other companies and the bid was fairly priced and warranty was excellent. Called back on Friday morning and they came out within two hours and replaced my water heater. Don, the service technician was professional and completed the job in a couple hours. Great job!

I called Water Heaters Only on a Monday. They are professional, quick, responsive, friendly and reasonable. I would highly recommend them. My story: They said they would have someone out on Tuesday morning. Then in a couple of hours I got a call from Dillion, said he was nearby and would like to stop and look at my old water heater. When he came he found the issue right away. He offered to fix a leak on my old one to save me money but, I opted to put in a new one since mine was quite a few years old. He was quick and cleaned up after himself and even hauled off the old one.

I feel that the price was right for a new 50 gallon tank with parts and labor ( our 40 gallon was 12 years old!). Don was my technician and he was excellent!! My water heater broke yesterday and I called Water Heaters Only, Inc. which they were able to get me an appointment for the next day which was today. The Technician, Don S, came on time which I was really grateful for since I wanted this fixed ASAP which Don completed in 2 hours as he said it would take that long. Don took the time to explain what he did and explained to me about why the water was coming out extremely hot which I am glad he explained since I didn't understand why it was. I will definitely recommend this business to others who need a new water heater. The price was reasonable and worth it, my new water heater looks great and I love how Don added some new features such as a bucket that the water heater sits on to protect the pedestal that it is on in the garage and now it has a thing to drain water in case it breaks.

I rarely write reviews but Dillon G. did such a wonderful job of replacing my gas water heater that I had to give him some praise. I called for a water heater replacement/installation due to a leaking tank and they were able to get a technician out that day, although I was not available, they did come out first thing the following morning. When Don S. arrived on time he was very professional, explaining what he would need to do and how long it would take. Don was very efficient, cleaned up thoroughly, and completed the job under the time quoted. The old water heater had some piping that was jimmy rigged (previous home owner install) and he went out of his way to make it right including a pan and drain spout. Should anyone need a water heater installation I will definitely refer them to Water Heaters Only and to ask for Don S. for installation.

the bottom of my under warranty water heater failed. Called Water Heaters Only on Sunday afternoon. The woman I spoke with was extremely helpful in walking me through steps needed to get the warranty work done. Called the manufacturer and they immediately provided the information I needed for the replacement. First thing Monday morning I spoke with Tom at Water Heaters Only. He got me on the schedule for Monday afternoon! Don S called early on in the appointment window to let me know he was on the way. Showed up and had new replacement water heater operational within 90 minutes. Don left the area in the garage probably cleaner than when he arrived! Everyone I dealt with was so polite and professional! Such a refreshing experience! Next time I need plumbing work, I will be contacting Water Heaters Only!

I was extremely happy when I called, and spoke with Tom. He said a tech could be at my house between 1:30 and 3pm, to install a replacement gas hot water heater.Mine had just decided to fail today, leaving a watery mess in my garage. Trevor E called, and let me know would be there within an hour, and he was right on time. He took the time to answer our questions, and installed a drip pan too. All this, in 108 degree heat today. Trevor E was very professional and courteous. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, who find themselves, in a similar situation, that I did today. Our hot water heater went out and we looked around and had several bids. I liked the idea that the company only does water heaters. The benefit is they specialize in one task so they get really efficient at doing installs. Mine was done by Dillon G today. I personally remodeled my bathroom and have done plumbing and construction. Dillon's work was professional and super clean. Everything is straight and great looking. He was on time and it took about 2 hours. Great company to work with.

We called in the morning after noticing that our water heater was leaking. Water Heaters Only, Inc. gave us a window between 1pm and 3pm. The technician who came was Dillon G.. He was very punctual. He arrived at 1pm and worked hard until almost 4pm. He did a great job replacing our old water heater by a new one. He was very competent, very efficient and courteous. He was very careful and left the installation area within our house as clean as it was when he arrived. He worked very diligently, carefully and methodically. The work was not easy: some of the water pipe connections were rusty since we have had our old water heater for about twenty years. We appreciably greatly Dillon's excellent service and professionalism.

After hours of getting nowhere with Home Depot's warranty to replace my broken water heater, I decided to replace the unit with a different company. I called Water Heaters Only because of the awesome reviews online, and they did not disappoint me. I first spoke with Paul over the phone, who was extremely helpful (but others in their office are just as awesome when you call). Trevor E. was our technician, and he did an awesome job installing our new water heater. He was on time, very kind, and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Water Heaters Only for quality service!

Our old water heater suddenly started leaking late on a Friday night and I was very thankful Water Heaters Only was able to send out a technician on the very next day (Saturday) to install a new heater. Trevor E. was the installer and he was very professional and patiently answered all my questions. He was prompt, courteous and carefully explained why he upgraded several fittings/plumbing fixtures. I noticed that my hot water tank was leaking this morning. I found this company on YELP with 5 star reviews and now I know why. I called this morning at 10am they gave me a window between noon and 3pm. Dillon called at 1pm to say that he was 30 minutes away. Once he arrived he assessed the hot water tank and gave me a very reasonable estimate to have it hauled away and a new one installed. He had it all done within 45 minutes. I found it interesting that he placed a drip pan underneath the new tank. What a brilliant idea. He was professional and personable. What fantastic service!

Service was excellent. The technician, Don , came to our house the very same day that I called, and was awesome in answering all of the questions we had regarding water heaters. Late on a Sunday Dillon came out for just a quote to replace our broken water heater. He was very professional and courteous, but he was also very educated on their product and services so we decided to make the purchase. Dillon Was a lot quicker than expected in installation, and addressed all our concerns. We are extremely happy with Water Heaters Only, Inc and Dillon for such an excellent job.

We had to replace our water heater today, Feb 6, and our home warranty company contracted the job to Water Heaters Only. Our technician was Don and he was able to acquire the appropriate heater, evaluate our installation, work with his staff and the home warranty company and get the job done on site in a couple of hours. Not only was he very capable and efficient but also friendly to me and my wife. You always wonder who the home warranty company will select for the work. In this case Water Heaters was a great choice for the job and Don was a great tech.

My water heater started leaking in the middle of the night. I had actually called a different plumbing service and their on call plumber was supposed to call me. I never heard from him! I reached out to Water Heaters Only early the next morning and the manager called me back right away. He got me scheduled for the same day, April 22, 2019. I called in the early evening and the technician arrived early the next morning(1/23/2019). The installer's name was Don. He gave me a price for the new water heater, new parts, and labor. The installation went very smoothly, and my new heater was up and running about 2 hours later. As promised, he took the heater they replaced, and left a very clean work area. These folks work fast, work clean, and the work is of high quality. They are are great!

When our water heater went out on June 13, I found your company online and called you because you had good reviews and were close to our home. Within a few hours, your installer Don arrived and completed the job within two hours. He was professional, friendly and efficient. Our water heater went out the same morning we were scheduled to start showing our house for sale. We called Water Heaters Only and they sent Trevor out within a couple of hours. He showed up promptly, was super friendly and polite, explained everything to me in a way that made sense to the layperson, and got the work done quickly. They were at my door within an hour of my calling. Trevor was the technician responsible on 4/23/18, and he provided very useful feedback in addition to the standard work involved (as a new home-owner I had no idea that water heaters should be drained three or four times per year).

All in all, I'm very satisfied with their service. The water heater itself has a 6-year warranty (10 years available for $100 extra with this specific Rheem), and they warranty parts and labor for one year.

I needed a water heater right away, and Water Heaters Only was one of the few that would give an estimate over the phone, most wanted to charge me for an inspection first, and it would take days. The estimate was not only competitive, it was the lowest of all I could obtain on short notice. They sent out technician Trevor E. the very next day, and in less than 24 hours from discovering the leak I had a new water heater! Trevor was efficient and pleasant and did a masterful job installing the new tank.

We were interested in a Hot Water Recirculation pump and had Water Heaters Only - Mesa come out for a bid. Trevor came on time, explained how the device worked and prepared a bid. We then went to look at our hot water heater which turned out to be 20+ years old, so we decided to go ahead and get a new water heater. Trevor revised the bid which was fine and asked if we wanted it done then. We were expecting to have to make another appointment so this was a very pleasant surprise. Trevor then installed the hot water heater and the pump. It went very well and then everything was cleaned up! We are very pleased with our purchases, the installation and Trevor's professionalism. We have some rental properties and will definitely use Water Heaters Only again when needed.

I recently had a water heater go out in the late afternoon. I called a competitor and paid their $125 after hours rate only to have them show up and not be able to repair my 3 year old water heater that I had purchased from Home Depot and self installed. By 930 am his tech Trevor arrived with a new water heater. 90 minutes later he had replaced the old water heater, water supply lines, gas valve and gas supply line, and hauled away the old water heater. I used Water Heaters Only about 9 to 10 years ago and loved their service and prices. It was time for a new gas water heater so I called them again. Dillon was my installer on 3-4-2019 and he was not only proficient and knowledgeable, he was awesome to talk with. I'm a little intimidated with gas products, but Dillon went through the steps with me on how to drain the water heater to prevent build up in the tank. I have hot water again thanks to Water Heaters Only! Got home from work in the late afternoon, opened the garage door and was welcomed with a gush of water which had flooded the floor of my garage and a ton of wet boxes (mostly filled with junk). The water heater in the corner of my garage had busted and was spewing water like a gigantic fountain. After some research on Angie’s List with an A rating, I found Water Heaters Only and was glad to find they had a coupon as well. I was surprised that they could send Don over so soon and in about an hour and a half there he was with new water heater in tow. After removing the old unit, the new one was up in running in less than three hours. He would’ve been done earlier, but made some modifications that would make the water heater look and sit better in the corner of my garage. I noticed a puddle of the floor under the water heater on Monday. Filed a claim with my warranty company. I was given Water heaters Only name and phone number. Tuesday I noticed the wall was wet, checked bedroom on other side of garage wall and my carpet was soaking wet. Tom was able to get someone out the same day. I had an 18 year old GE water heater that was running great but feared every day that it was ready to go! I called a couple of Big Name Local Guys one whom I use for HVAC to come over for a tankless quote. They had to get an electrician to come inspect for running electric to the circuit box as the house is 70 years old and all cinderblock construction. First off let me say Water Heaters Only installed our water heater 22 years ago to another owner. There card was still on the unit, so I called. I was transferred to the Phoenix office and they wanted to send out a Technician the next day. I explained we weren't in peril but didn't want to temp fate. I was scheduled for Monday morning 2/8/16 between 8-12 for a free quote. Don called around 8:10 and said he'd be there within 20 minutes. After the quote we agreed to the price he said he could start right then. Much to our surprise we had a new gas water heater installed by a professional technician with in a few hours. My water heater leaked all over on New Year's day eve. I called my home warranty folks and they sent the call to Water Heaters Only. Our water heater died around 10 p.m. Called and arranged for a service call. Don S arrived at 9a.m. with a new heater ready to install. By noon I had hot water again. Very nice man, answered questions, and polite. Heater was a little more expensive than if I went with some unknown company but considering the response time and that the new water heater is of much better quality (metal fittings vs plastic fittings) all in all worth the few extra $$.

Had a new water heater installed today 6/28/16 by Don Schad who did a wonderful job. He was knowledgeable, prompt and answered any questions I had relevant to the installation and the warranty. This is the third water heater we have purchased from the company over the last 16+ years and would highly recommend them. The are proficient and offer the most competitive pricing in the industry. The water heater was under warranty since I had purchased an extended warranty back in 2008 so the price of the updated unit was very reasonable.

I arranged for an estimate only, having gotten a couple of bids already. I had an 8 year old heater and didn’t want to wait for it to fail or to leak. Trevor from WHO came out an we discussed tank options and pricing. I eventually took advantage of having a replacement tank on his truck and in less than 90 minutes, Trevor installed the new unit and removed the old one. Trevor provided a very professional install - I highly recommend WHO.

My water heater was delivering various temperatures of water. On July 11, I requested service online and was contacted right away. A service call was set up for the same day with a two hour window. The technician called 30 minutes prior to arriving. Called and scheduled an installation. On Tuesday Dillon called said he could come early which I appreciated. He did a great job (clean and efficient) for a good price and showed me how to maintain the new water heater.

Our water tank started to leak so we needed a replacement right away. We called a a number of plumbing businesses and got the run around as to costs and when they could come to our home. It was standard gas water heater replacement located in the garage. I then found Water Heaters Only online and called them. They were very responsive and were able to provide us with an acceptable install time and price range for replacement (lower than the others). On April 22, 2019 we had Trevor E. install a new water exactly the way we wanted. The price was was as quoted, no extras or other surprises. The installer was friendly and professional. The company kept us informed of the arrival time and the installer sent a note that he was on his way. I would certainly use them again in the future.

This is our second water heater from Water Heaters Inc. in 16 years. The first one lasted 8 years and two days. Don says this one should last even longer because of the new technology. Price was good not great but well worth it! Checked around for prices to get and install a new water heater and Water Heaters Inc. came in at the middle price. Since we used them before and liked them it was a no brainer to pay the $100 extra.

On 3/25/19, we discovered no hot water at 9 am. Working through home warranty company, they had a technician, Trevor from WHO out to my house by 3 p.m. and the new water heater installed by 6 pm. I found Water Heaters Only after a google search when my 20 year old water heater began leaking. A couple hours later they were at the house to replace it. I called Water Heaters Only on Friday 4/17/15 as my hot water heater started leaking. They said they could install a new unit the next day - no extra Saturday charge. Don showed up and did a great job. He extended the piping on the gas valve to make it easier to shut off if there should be an issue. Nice to have someone look out for you for no extra charge. I called Water Heaters Only and was quoted a fair price for a new plumber’s quality (not the ones you get at big box stores) water heater. Dillion G arrived a few hours later and installed the new water heater. He took the time to notice what the temperature was on the old unit and set the new unit. He explained about maintenance and cleaned up the area. He took the old one away and within a couple hours we had hit water.

Don, our mechanic on the job did a great job installing our new water heater. He replaced the shutoff valve that was corroded and installed a pan under the new water heater which we never had before. They know their stuff and I will be recommending them to my friends.

I can’t thank Trevor E. enough for his patience working with a skeptical customer! I was lied to by our Warranty Company that tried to overcharge parts as modifications, then refused to replace my water heater! The Warranty Company kept dragging it out, claiming it’d be replaced “in two weeks” for months. Every plumber that they assigned was “F Rated” which I refused. Going without hot water due to this chaos, I was very distrustful of any plumber.

So I had to find an honest, qualified plumbing service that I could afford out of pocket to replace the worn out water heater. I had quotes all over the charts for parts and labor. No modifications were needed according to all the companies that gave me a quote.

I questioned Trevor over every penny and wanted to be sure he agreed there were no modifications needed. He was very patient, friendly and explained all costs which were very reasonable. ( I’m sure he had to bite his tongue!) He was prompt, very professional and friendly, despite all annoying my questions!

Paul at the Phoenix store was also extremely helpful throughout this process, assuring me the prices he estimated were honest. He also helped me by phone, determine if there were any possible modifications needed. After sending pics of my old heater along with measurements of all hookups, it proved only new parts with the tank would be necessary, so it would be done the very next day.

I called Water Heaters Only around 2:00 pm, By four Trevor was here. Looked at our 19 year old water heater and agreed, it needed replacing. By 6:30 or so new water heater installed, new connections and copper overflow in stalled as well. He suggesting that the floor needed reinforcement and did that as well.

Discovered our 16 year old water heater leaking & leaving a puddle on the garage floor late yesterday afternoon (weekday). Called all around this morning for prices & estimates for installation. Water Heaters Only beat all others by at least $200 & offered prompt same day installation service. Water Heaters Only had the correct size natural gas fired heater in stock and on the truck. Trevor and his assistant were great. Less than 24 hours after noticing the leak on the old unit, the installation of new heater is complete. We are happy campers!

I had water heater replaced at my Scottsdale condo on 10/29/15 and everything was done very well. My old water heater started leaking night before and Don arrived early AM next day with new heater as he said he would. He removed old water heater and installed the new one within estimated timeframe.
Don had come to our place year before to replace a leaking hose to the water heater. Both visits were great. I'd use Water Heaters Only in the future if needed and I'd ask for Don as technician if possible!.

on 1/12/18, I had my gas hot water heater removed and converted to an electric hot water heater. My job was a challenge because my hot water heater in on the second level of my house with narrow stair access. It was 4 hours from Oh **** I HAVE NO HOT WATER to a fresh new water heater. Trevor was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and FAST. My husband and I are very satisfied with the service we got from Water Heaters Only. When we called we were able to get someone to come out the next day. After doing all my Due Diligence I decided on Water Heaters Only, They had the Best Price, The Best Customer Service of anyone. I called them on 9/14/15 and 2 hours later Don the installer showed up. Very neatly dressed and clean. He explained the process, Answered all my questions and in less than 2 hours he had us up and running again. Don did the most amazing job and in record time knowing that I had to be at work.

we used WHO on april 25, 2019 and had Trevor E install a water heater for us. he was fantastic - arrived on time, super efficient in his work, honoured the price provided by the office, and no hidden charges. excellent overall experience. highly recommend them

I called late Thursday afternoon and my water heater was replaced by noon on Friday. The service was top notch in every respect. My repair man, Dan, was super good. He is Awesome and I enjoyed meeting him. I will refer Water Heaters Only to anyone who needs their services.

Pluses: I called for a non-emergency replacement of our water heater with a very slow leak and company scheduled for later that day. Don serviced our home. He was timely, professional, and did a quality installation.

Minuses: For a company that ONLY does water heaters you would think their prices would be better than most. Price quoted over the phone did NOT include new water flexes/ball valve and refitting T/P line.
It is my understanding those items are routinely replaced when installing a new water heater so should have been included in the stated price. To me that is like getting a quote for an oil change only to find out later that it did not include price for oil filter or labor (which are standard) so somewhat of a bait and switch. Research after the fact revealed that price was also at the top of the normal range...so no savings here. Had I spent a few more minutes doing an internet search, I would have found a reliable independent solo company and had the work done at a cost that was easily $300 to $500 less. HOWEVER, people that have had emergencies left reviews that they were very pleased with prices (I'm sure they were excellent compared to the big time advertisers such as Parker & Sons or George Brazil where you are paying for their advertising costs).

Bottom line: If you want quality and timely service at a good price AND experiencing an emergency, Water Heaters Only, Inc. is probably your best bet. If your situation is NOT an emergency, I suggest you find a quality independent/solo plumber who also only does work with water heaters and pocket the savings.

We had our water heater replaced on October 4, 2018. I called and they sent Don out within the hour. He did wonderful work and had us up and running again in a couple of hours. Really good work from a great company.

We used Water Heaters Only 14 years ago and then again today. Three of our friends and parents used them as well. Truly professional and efficient customer service, received same day service. My name is Robert Smith and on 10/2/15 my water heater of course decided to leak on a Friday, my home warranty originally set me up with another plumber to replace it. The other plumber was unable to schedule to the following Monday. I thought this was unacceptable for this as it would leave me without hot water for 3 days. When my water heater failed I gave Water Heaters Only a call. Trevor came out right when they said he would. He quickly found the problem, and did a good job of explaining why in my case repair wasn't the best option. Trevor had a new unit up and running in just a few hours. Trevor is not only a superb salesman and technician, he is also very personable. He is serious when he needs to be and funny when he has the chance. I believe he said we were the first ever call -back on a tankless install. And the issue was a learning experience for us. Seems our master bath shower head was only pulling .6 gallons per minute meaning it wasn't pulling enough water through for the system to operate correctly! He fixed the shower head and Presto, it worked great. Kudo's. Yes, I will recommend him to any who need a new water heater, specifically a tankless one.

Solar heater blew up after 17 years. WHO came the same day, removed and replaced the tank! After the repair the solar system didn't function and Trevor came back and trouble shot the system until he found a small wire inside the tank that was broken..now we're dry and the solar system is working perfectly. Water Heaters Only replaced my old water heater expeditiously and professionally. The technician, Dillon G., was knowledgeable and polite, did very nice work and willingly answered all my questions. I can honestly say I am very pleased.

They did a great job replacing the water heater and was very personable and knowledgeable. I feel that the price was very reasonable. I called on Saturday morning and the job was done by the time I got home from work early Monday afternoon.
My only concern was the mess of white sediment and other rather large spots on the driveway. I was able to clean the spots but the white sediment is spread around the rocks.
I will recommend them in the future.

I called Water Heaters Only at 8:30 am, and they had their servicemen to my door by 10 am, and my new water heater was installed before I had to leave for my flight at noon. I initially called the fine people at Water Heaters Only because their telephone number was on the sticker of my water heater that was installed when my house was built 15 years ago. These stories never end well for me--calling a telephone number on a sticker without doing heavy research, but I was a bit desperate with water all over the garage floor. Water heaters Only is the best water heater option, I could find, product and price wise. They offer a 10 year warranty on a Rheem hot water heater. The new hot water heater fits in the former space of our old water heater which is key as the space is restricted. My water heater went out about 6 years ago. I BOUGHT one used from offer up. We it had no warranty and it died. Well I google for a water near me and water heaters only popped up.
I called and the guy ask me what my needs were. I share and the same day they got me in. It was about 9:30 AM. They had a spot the same day between the hours of 11:AM and 2:PM. I agreed. And around 12:noon I got a call from the office saying the job they had before mine was behind due to an issue the City was have and they said it be around 2:PM

Well around 1:pm the Tech Trevor E. Said he was 20 minutes away.

You see we have a DDD adult foster care business and it need to be replace before bath/shower time. Trevor arrive around 1:30pm and around 4pm he had installed a new water heater. My old one was a 40 gallon. My new one is a 50 gallon.

Trevor replace the old pipes that were rusted out and I had someone a few years ago install a Gas dryer. Which for the gas line was installook ed out of code.

Trevor replace that with no extra charge.
I also had a self installed water filter that was next to the water heater hanging down on the wall because the sheetrock was pulled out from the water. Trevor replaced my mess I had installed with some stronger wall studs and mounted it back up on the wall.

My water heater was leaking and Tom, the manager, had a technician out first thing the next morning to replace it. Don was courteous and professional. Call them on a weekend due that my water heater was not working and stated to leak, from the beginning very nice and professional, never try to update me anything, they just went with no service charge gave me an estimate and that was it, they did it on a Sunday no extra charge for it and very fast service they have all the equipment with them so I didn't have to wait for anything, price is competetive with other places but with out the sales pitch and leaving you with the feeling your getting screw. I called WHO, they gave me a price range, scheduled me, and answer some of my general questions. He was a very helpful man. My installer, Don, came early in the 2 hour time frame quoted and immediately got to work. Don, you could easily tell, cared about the quality of the install, because he lifted a 150 lbs new water heater off and on the platform several times until he got it level. He took the time to answer my questions. He cleaned up quickly and was pleasant to interact with. I would recommend Don and WHO to anyone. My insurance company (Fidelity national Home Warranty) contacted Water Heaters Only. I received a call first thing the next morning and Don was Johnny on the spot! He confirmed the water heater needed replacement and completed the job within a couple hours.
The reason for the lower rating and our only concern was that there was an extra charge to move the soft water unit that wasn't covered by FNHW and was moved before we even had an opportunity to decide to pay the additional costs for this. We felt forced to have him continue with the job.

We had a water heater installed today by Trevor. He was on time, professional in every way and finished in a timely manner. Everything works perfectly. He was able to answer our questions about and adding an expansion pressure tank and we went with that. Thanks!

Two days of cold showers was enough for us. Called Water Heaters Only and Don came out the next morning and installed a new water heater for us. He did an excellent job of straightening out the original installation while putting the new one in. He is a pleasant guy to talk to and very knowledgeable about his work. We got along well and he didn't seem to mind my hanging around and watching him work. I would not hesitate to call Water Heaters Only again if the need arises. It's a good thing February 19th in Arizona is nothing like it would be back in Pennsylvania.

5:00 AM on a Monday is a really bad time to discover that your water heater has decided to accept early retirement and has departed, leaving only the former shell of itself as a reminder of previous warm interludes intimately shared. Though not totally unexpected it was nevertheless somewhat of a cold shoulder treatment for a relationship spanning more than 22 years. As a parting gesture it at least had the good grace to exhibit a sticker attached to the shell containing the 24/7 phone number of Water Heaters Only along with a gentle recommendation that they could be trusted to provide appropriate remedial counseling as well as timely resolution of my sudden predicament.
Shortly after noon of the same day, Dan and his shiny new replacement for my 50 gal heater had arrived and were intent upon setting up permanent residence for the latter in my rather accommodating garage.
A couple of calls to David to schedule and confirm the appointment time and a courtesy call from Dan advising that he would be arriving soon proved that their professionalism was not restricted to their installers. Same day service, competitive pricing, outstandingly competent technicians... what's not to like. 5 stars it is!

We had decided to change from tankless water heater back to a 50 gallon tank. We called for an estimate. Don and Mike showed up on time ready to install a new water heater. After getting our estimate, we decided that we wanted to repair the dry wall in the area where the new heater would be installed. Water Heater Only does not do these repairs. We spent a week doing these repairs ourselves. When we called for our water heater install, Don and Mike returned and did a professional job. Professional means we did not have any leaks, damage, trash, or behavior issues to address as a result of their work. We have 120 degree water again!

We had a great experience with Water Heaters Only. Water heater went out on a Sunday, so we called our home warranty. They told us Water Heaters Only would be out the following day. They contacted me and gave me a time period that they would be at my house. Don showed up during the time frame given. He was very friendly, and had a new water heater put in in under 2 hours. He installed a pan and a drain under the water heater so if this happens again we won't end up with a mess again. He also showed me a function attached to our water heater for circulating hot water to the furthest bathroom that gave us instant hot water. We had no idea what it did before!

In Calling Water heaters only my phone call was recieved with the ut most cureous staff. they immediately asked me about my issues with my water heater and quickly made an appointment to come and replace it. Service on August 30, 2017 was fast and the final price for our gas water heater was exactly as quoted over the phone. Service tech Don was great! However giving 4 stars because they didn't bring the right type of tank for our space so it had to be adapted. Plus there was a gas smell in our garage after installation was completed, as if the hose hadn't been tightened all the way, so my husband simply tightened it.

08/10/15 Wow! Great Service. Don was very professional and knowledgeable. My water heating was leaking from the bottom, So I knew I had to replace our W.H plus it was time. I am so glad we did it with Water Heaters Only. Don came the next day and replace our 50 Gal tank plus he put a drip leg so that water wont go everywhere he also added other stuff and put everything nice and neat for me. We had a tankless hot water system that was not performing to our needs. Contacted WATER HEATERS ONLY for a quote to remove the old system and replace it with a traditional hot water tank system. Don arrived at our home as promised, he provided a very competitive bid and we scheduled work for Oct 1. Don removed the old, very complex tankless system, installed the new tank system and even installed a circulating pump without additional charge. My mom, Kathy Pluhowsky, woke up to a leaking water heater on Sunday (3/10) in the morning. Called W.H.O. immediately and they were able to squeeze us in and Dillon was able to come within a few hours. Service was fast, friendly and we were happy we were only without hot water for a couple hours!

We had two very old water heaters. One of them started leaking, so we decided to replace both of them. Don came out and replaced both of them with 50 gal gas Rheem water heaters and gave us new pans. He did the job quickly and professionally.

I was very happy with Don who came out to fix a small water heater in the garage. It was leaking everywhere and we had to turn off the water to the house to make it stop. Don arrived to inspect the problem and found that the tank was leaking. He brought back a new tank and installed it with a drip pan to contain any future leaks. He installed a drainage line from the drip pan to the garage sink so it will never drain all over the floor again. He also installed a shut off valve there for the water heater so that we will never have to shut off water to the house again if this water heater leaks in the future. He even marked the breaker so that we will know where to flip the switch if there is a problem so that the element wont burn out. Very satisfied and pleased at his clean and conscientious work! Worst experience. Extremely unprofessional. Was 2 1/2 hours late and not even a courtesy phone call. Tried to claim parts were replaced but never were. Wanted us to pay out of pocket when it's the landlords warranty that's supposed to handle it. Was in a hurry to get to next job so he wouldn't wait to get an authorization and left the job, broken water heater and all. I would NEVER in a million years recommend this business. Shady, shady, shady all the way around!

I had to take advantage of a Water Heater warrantee that had about 5 days left before it expired. Usually most items I buy with warrantees generally crap out right after the warrantee expiration date. Even though the life expectancy of the Rheem I had just purchased 6 years ago had a premature ending, I was comforted with the fact that it was still under warrantee. When I called Water Heaters Only, Tom (manager) set up a very convenient time that very day to have a repairman R&R that leaking Rheem.
The repairman showed up on time and I was pleased with his presentation. He introduced himself as Don and gave me a firm handshake. Firm handshakes in my world are a must. If upon meeting and greeting someone who offers a limp fish handshake, his character is automatically suspect. Usually people who present the limp version of a handshake either hate their jobs, despise their customers or are bona fide ne'er–do–well's of some order.
However, when Don mentioned the price of removing the old Water heater and replacing it with a name brand that was unknown to me, my knees nearly gave out. Us senior citizens can't take too much sticker shock when purchasing something that used to cost $20 bucks back in the day. However with the explanation that labor was not included in the warrantee and the Water Heater was the only one now made in the good ole USA, he convinced me that the pricing was fairly standard. Besides I finally got to figure out why that old Rheem only lasted 6 years......it was manufactured in Mexico.......duh! I'd take any American made product over a product made in a third world nation anyday! I was sufficiently pissed with the Mexican government anyway because of their insistence in keeping American Marine Sergeant Andrew Tahmoressi locked up in some nasty cockroach infested prison for the grevious error of making a wrong turn and winding up in the land of burritos and fiestas. Us Vietnam Vets don't take kindly to our Military being mistreated in foreign lands. But this is another story.
Now to get back to the R&R on my Water Heater. I was pleased with the final outcome. Don had come on time, did his job well and I found out that he is a Military Vet as well. I will always chose a company because they employ our Military Vets over anyone else. Now I'm gonna crack open a cold one and gaze proudly at my Brand New American made Bradford White Water Heater! Life just doesn't get any better than this!

my name is bill king. i recently had my water heater replaced by water heaters only. 1.16.16 to be exact. the installers name was don. great job. only one problem, he said he was going to be at my place at 10am. 10am came & no don so i called him. he sai8d he would be at my place at 12 noon. well 12 noon came & still no don so i called him again. he said 1:30pm or 2pm. he finally showed at 2pm. its too bad i had to call him. i think he should have called me & let me know what was going on that day. would have rated 5 stars if i had been updated on his time.

These guys were awesome. Talked to them on the phone several times and they tried everything with me on the phone to see if they didn't have to come out. It turned out they did because a part of the water heater was not funtioning well. They even encouraged me to shop around if I wasn't comfortable with the price. They got here exactly when they said they would and Mike was very courteous and explained everything really well. It's definitely not the cheapest around but well worth the price. Would highly recommend.

I'm doing this for my elderly mother who doesn't have internet. Replacement for a leaky W.H. just this last week. I just looked at it. Very neat & clean installation. New shut off ball valve is easy for my mother. New flex lines tidily installed. Her only complaint is some leftover air in the pipes. I little pricey for a 50 gallon electric.
