Peace of Mind Plumbing is the last plumber I will ever need. I am so glad I found Joe. He is as honest and by the book as they come and he will tell you that up front. He is great to work with and also learn from! Joe installed a tankless water heater for me. He walked me through set up between that and a standard tank, broke both down into easy to read quotes explaining all parts needed to help make my decision. When it came to the install, he is top notch, incredibly professional and also a joy to be around. He ensures you completely understand not only what he is doing, but also how everything works. His goal is to ensure he does not have to come back! I won't recommend anyone else but Joe and Peace of Mind Plumbing!

Peace of Mind Plumbing was a great option for me to solve some repair issues. Joe does a really good job of evaluating a situation and providing perspective and solution options. I was provided a date/time for the repair work; the Repair Technician showed up on time and completed the repairs within the estimated budget. I walked into the garage to find water leaking rapidly from our water heater. It was already damaging the plaster in the wall beside it!! We only bought our home 2 years ago and we're new in the area. Luckily, the previous owner had used a Sharpie to write a phone number on the water heater, so I called that number. It was Peace Of Mind Plumbing. Joe explained to me how to turn off the water and he came out same day. Long story short, he replaced the water heater. Problem solved. Like someone else wrote, Joe is Old School - in the BEST way!!! Honest, Hardworking, and respectful. He responded promptly, helped us get the best deal on a new water heater, and stayed until the job was done. (several hours). We have called him since for a plumbing back-up issue and will definitely call for any future plumbing issues!

Joe is a life saver. Third time we've needed him, and this time it was urgent. Water heater blew and flooded our garage. Joe returned my call quickly, and got over there that morning. I was out of town, but he communicated with us both so she knew help was on the way. He told us the water heater was still under factory warranty, and he handled all of that. He explained that there was no expansion tank installed on the damaged unit, and recommended we add it to the new one (In Phoenix they are required by code for a closed water system). That addition was not expensive, and could add years of life to our new water heater. Joe also let us know that the replacement water heater would be under factory warranty as well. Glad to hear it, because we are new owners here, and didn't know the old water heater was under warranty. Much better than buying a replacement water heater! Joe made it happen, without selling us a new water heater. Installation was done quickly, including the new expansion tank, and he hauled away the old heater. Install cost was very reasonable, and hot water was up and running in one day. Joe is knowledgeable, attentive, and very qualified. We highly recommend Joe, and Peace of Mind Plumbing.

Joe has been amazing each time he has been to our home. The first time we called him was to help us with a clogged toilet and after completing that task he actually took the time to perform a complete and thorough review of all of our plumbing. Much to our surprise he found a potential problem with our garbage disposal so we had him out once again to replace that. Since then he has returned for another pesky issue and is now our plumber of choice. Thanks for all you do for us Joe!

I was referred to Peace of Mind Plumbing through a friend. I am selling a home and needed some plumbing repairs by a licensed plumber. I called Joe and he was able to get out to the house the following day. I gave him the list of repairs and he took care of everything. What I liked is that he kept in constant communication with me during the day. He gave his diagnosis and estimate of cost. He completed all the work in one day. He even found a couple of other issues that he troubleshooted. Sent me a complete detailed invoice the same day. Joe came over after I got off work. It was nice of him to come over later than business hours to fix my toilet. He did a great job and was a nice guy. He also inspected my water heater and checked the water pressure to make sure everything was working well. I would call him again if I need another repair for sure.

Our garbage disposal stopped working and we had a leak when our dish washer would drain. Joe was able to come out early the next morning and fix both issues very quickly. He also checked a few other issues for us and gave suggestions. I definitely recommend Peace of Mind Plumbing.

Joe from Peace of Mind Plumbing recently installed a new disposer, and then he checked my water heater. He showed me where the 10-year-old apparatus was leaking and that it needed to be replaced. To save on more leaking until he could return with the new water heater, he showed me how to turn it on and off in the meantime. The new water heater works great, and I had all the safety features installed - Joe always gives a choice and explains pros and cons very clearly. Finally, Joe put in a bathtub spout with a detachable shower spray, something I have wanted for a while. He did a very expert job on all of this. And I know he saved me money over the big plumbing outfits. Joe uses the highest plumbing standards, which is very much appreciated. Thanks, Joe. Honest, Fair, and Clean. Joe has done 3 or 4 small repair type projects in my home. RO replacement, a water pressure regulation valve, shower nozzle replacement, and maybe some other stuff that I have since forgotten about. Each time he is on time, friendly, willing to share his knowledge, and fair priced. Joe is not an up sell kind of guy. The last service call he worked with me on the phone and made $zero. Great customer service! Joe took care of calling to use our hot water tank warranty and was able to provide same day installation. He also notice that our catch pan was undersized and there was no hot water overflow unit. We rescheduled to have him come back and fix what our builder didn’t do correctly.

My mom spends winters in Cave Creek, so I needed to help her find a good plumber to replace her hot water heater and fix several other problems, including faucet valves and the main water valve that were basically seized up from calcium deposits.

I'm really glad I found Peace of Mind Plumbing during an Internet search. Joe came by and analyzed the hot water system and suggested installing a tankless water heater and integrated recirculating pump. He gave us a very good price for a modern Navien heater with a stainless heat exchanger and did a beautiful job installing it. The house now gets an endless supply of instant hot water.

Also, my mom has really nice faucets in the bathroom, but several had corroded cartridges, so the knobs were very hard to turn. Joe removed the bad cartridges and brought them to his plumbing supplier to identify the correct replacement cartridge. Most plumbers wouldn't bother doing this-- they'd just say you had to replace the entire faucet. Joe did a great job and the faucets work as good as new... and his charge was more than reasonable.

Joe also pointed out that the water valves under the sink had frozen (no surprise after 20 years of Arizona hard water) and replaced those with better quality valves, so everything is in order now. My mom is thrilled!

I needed the shut off valve to my hot water heater replaced. He not only completed that, but tested my water pressure and checked other things around the house. He recommended replacing my washer hoses to prevent a leak. I really appreciated the full review and he's a friendly guy. I am going to keep his info for the future.

Joe responded to our call quickly. He diagnosed the issue and worked closely with us to fix the problem. It was a big job involving excavating part of the driveway but he and his workers did an amazing job and actually charged less than his original quote. Joe is a professional! I have a 10 year old home in anthem. I have been loyal to proskill plumbing for years, Not anymore. Joe repaired a leak in the copper water line that enters the house. The repair was in a difficult spot and not the easiest job to complete. His 17+ yrs. experience in the business will open your eyes to what quality and professionalism is!
