I called Robins Plumbing on a Sunday and they answered the phone!

I was able to have them at my house first thing Monday morning for a leaking pipe. The guys were very professional, courteous and followed Covid-19 protocol. Fast, friendly, service, I will definitely use them again.

I found Diamondback Plumbing to be fair, reasonable, and - above all - honest! The plumber who cleaned and scoped the line was straight-forward with my clients and me. As a real estate agent, this means everything! Thank you!

Let me preface by admitting I am a first time homeowner and some of the fault falls on me for not knowing what to do in the event your sewage pipe collapses.My mistake was not waiting for my insurance adjuster and not getting a 2nd quote. Those mistakes cost me 9k out of pocket.Where I think they are at fault is for overcharging me and intentionally rushing the repairs and making me pay upfront with a promise that they will work with my insurance to get me close to 90% reimbursed. But when it came time to work with my insurance to get the work covered they were very uncooperative with my adjuster. At first ignoring requests for a break down of cost and then they provided 2 different contradictory break downs until finally they just stopped replying to her questions altogether. I reached out to Brandon, Jesse and Vince on numerous ocassions.A third party was sent out by my insurer who estimated the work 6k lower than what I paid and I had a second 3rd party come out and confirm I was overcharged by around 5-6k. Both sources felt the overage was coming from labor charges. In hindsight, it occurred to me that its very questionable that he insisted I pay upfront for labor that hadn't taken place yet. Again that was my bad for paying it but still unprofessional and shady on their part for sure.Don't use this company, it will save you money, time and a headache!

Roger was dispatched to help with a blocked sewage drain from my house. He knew exactly what to do and was able to diagnose the problem and even have specialized equipment arrive the same day to clean out the line. I would definitely recommend Roger and Ben Franklin Plumbing.. thank you!!!

We suddenly had no hot water and were going out of town in the AM for my daughter’s wedding. David responded to a call we made in the late afternoon, was skillful and professional, and kindly and cheerfully stayed into the early evening to install a new water heater for us. Beyond excellent!

Very responsive; scheduled hot water heater service for an inherited 15 yr. old unit. Walt arrived on time, was very professional, personable and explained the value of servicing the unit compared to installing a new one. We decided it made more sense to get a new one with a warranty than risk future problems with an old unit. Walt removed the old, meticulously installed the new with all new connections, etc. Very pleased with work done! Thank you, Walt!

Aaron showed up right on time, even though it was raining and most of the work was outside. He made quick work of the repairs during the breaks in the rain, and then finished with some small items in the bathroom. He was professional and very good at what he does. Austin was great! He was willing to answer all of my questions regarding our A/C and condenser unit. He was on time, professional, and courteous. I had a water related emergency and Second Opinion was able to send out a tech the same day I called! I would highly recommend them for any A/C or plumbing needs! FAIR PRICING TOO! I never felt like they were trying to charge extra or get more money than estimated.

I needed to have all the fixtures in 3 tub/showers replaced (old stuff was builder grade junk that had been in the house since built..time to upgrade). The 2 spare rooms were quick and easy with some soldering needed. The master, however, was a nightmare. The previous owners tried repairs on their own which included gluing in a broken screw. The plumber had to rig a pullling system to get the cartridge out. He did not give up and leave us with a half completed job. We are thrilled with the results and the quality of the work. Will, absolutely use them again. You get what you pay for people.
