When we decided to go with Day & Night, scheduling was quick and the installation only took a day! Aaron and his installation crew were on time, on point and really got the job done right. My set up was a little difficult and they set me up the right way, The follow-up check in with Ronnie was another great service point. All in all it was the right company delivering the right system but their friendly and knowledgeable people made it a positive, easy and excellent experience. Kyle came in and saved the day. The shower handle was not giving any hot water. He quickly discovered that another company had installed it improperly. He fixed it without adding any new parts There was absolutely NO CHARGE for his service, not even a service call charge. Unbelievable.

I went with another company first, BIG MISTAKE! I have never received quality service like Chase provided on my service call. He stayed here for hours making sure the system was running smooth, unlike other companies who want to get in and out. I am so happy with the service that I even bought the one year membership.
