I had a bad water leak from an outside hose bib on the house. It's an old house and was the turning knob kind and I wanted to get it replaced with a ball valve or what I call a lever kind. Anyway, I called around and nobody could come out the same day or I was getting pretty high quotes for it. My whole house water was shutoff so I needed same-day. I kept going down the list and came upon Robins and talked to a very nice person over the phone who I later found out is Stephanie and she was able to send out someone in an hour which was to my surprise. She also gave me a quote over the phone for it and it was the cheapest out of anyone else that did offer me a quote over the phone. She had Grant come out and he was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything before doing any work and was able to finish it very quickly. When he was done, he made sure it was done to my satisfaction and yes it was. Actually, it was better than I had hoped since he was able to put a small extension on to make it more convenient to use. I was very happy. He also went over all kinds of information while we stood by the bib to make sure there were no other issues.All I can say is this was the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company and I was very satisfied with the work and care they took. I do not know how this company has so many good reviews. They are terrible!! I have used them a couple times out of necessity and they have been awful! I called on Monday to schedule an appt for my kitchen sink that was falling down because it was an emergency. I explained the job in great detail to them and they said no problem and set appointment for Wednesday. Well they never showed up. I got a call at the end of the day to reschedule as they have had a rough day. I then gave the guy on the phone a brief description of my issue and then he proceeded to tell me they do not do that type of work.

Anthony Villanueva is a great technician. He definitely knows what he is doing. I have had Moon Valley plumbing over to my house a few times, and I will never use another plumbing company!!!!!

The only reason Custom Plumbing of Arizona gets 4 stars and not 5 is because they were an hour late, without calling to let me know. However; once he got there, everything was great. The tech did an excellent job, he was fast and efficient and charged a fair price. My tub had been clogged for 3 days, I did not have time for quotes, I just needed someone to fix it...he could have jacked up the price and I would have been stuck. But he got it fixed quickly and just charged me their minimum fee that was quoted online. He even helped me with my sink that I had forgotten to put on my original request. To me, nothing is more important than knowing you can trust a company to be fair and honest. Would DEFINITELY use them again and recommend them to others.

I first had Simba come to our previous home for a slab leak. Travis was a great plumber and enjoyed working with him. When we purchased our new home and remodel everything he came and took care of SEVERAL plumbing projects for us.

Jack arrived on time. He was professional and solved my problems. He explained everything and showed the out door lines, visually, explaining as he went. Very interesting. Problem solved by a little plunging.

I have two units in my home with two thermostats. One unit was not working properly so I called Parker and Sons (May 16, 2022), and mentioned the overall problem and thermostat issue. The technician recommended various repairs that cost $2,074, which I paid. After the repairs it became obvious the problem was not fixed at all, I had the same problem. Parker and Sons came out again and we found out why $2,074 in repairs did not fix the problem. The problem was the thermostat not the recommended work. The new thermostat cost me another $200 after a managers discount. By the way I was assured by the technician that the Air Conditioner Unit that received the preventative repairs (that did not fix the problem I called Parker and Sons for), would work well for the foreseeable future. I asked him that question before I agree to pay for the service.This week on January 9, 2023 Parker and Sons made what they call a scheduled “maintenance call” that cost me $2,144.00 (including approximately $750.00 for two surge protectors), for a 3 year old air conditioner and the older unit that the technician on May 16, 2022. told me would be fine for the foreseeable future; after billing me $2,074 for repairs that did not solve the problem I called Parker and Sons for in the first place. Furthermore, the same technician advises in writing regarding the AC unit he repaired months (not years) ago in May 2022; “that repairs are discouraged due to system age, inefficiency and/or current overall condition”. This statement completely contradictory to what he said for repairs in made in May 2022 when I paid $2074 based on his recommendation. Then of course he offered me the opportunity to buy a new unit now, because prices are about to go up.As a person with no air conditioning experience and a senior citizen, I feel completely taken advantage of by the business practices I experienced with Parker and Sons. It appears that the maintenance program and service employees are really about upsales, employee bonus/sales commissions. Customers are not informed of the conflict of interest.I sent a communication to Parker and Sons directly about discussing and resolving this matter, and they did not respond.

Saved us a ton of money. Quickly fixed an issue that another plumber was going to charge thousands of dollars for. They got us squared away for waaaay less.

After having a very negative experience with another plumbing company through my home warranty, I was lucky enough to get to have Andres Rios from Anthony's come. This company was extremely responsive. Andres was a delight. He was super thorough, took the time to explain what was needed, and was a great representative of the company. (In fact, he was so good, I asked him if he was the owner! He took such care and had such integrity with his work.) I will for sure use this company in the future for all my plumbing needs.

I want to give Isaac a shout out, he came out to my house to clear out a toilet clog, which turned out to be something a little more serious than just a clog. He said he wouldn't charge me for today and would come back the very next day with the scope to properly assess the situation. Although this is a scary thing for me, never having dealt with a sewage pipe issue, Isaac's calm and professional demeanor put me at ease. I will wait for my appointment tomorrow to continue experiencing his world class customer service. Rooter Hero, you truly have the embodiment of great service with this man. Please give him a raise!!!

Simon answered my phone call right away. I told him of my problem with my bathroom flooding and he made time to come to my house that night. He came right at exactly the time he said he would be there and listened to what I had to say and informed me of everything he was doing. He got everything cleared up in no time what the other plumber couldn't do. I was so happy to find him, he was professional, friendly, honest and I will gladly hire him again.

Louis came out to unclog my toilet. Was fast clean and super professional. Definitely recommend this company.

I couldn’t be there so my sister and brother-in-law met the tech (James). Turned out they knew him thru their granddaughter(my great niece) which made it pleasant for their need to help. My conversations with James on the phone insured me I had a very knowledgeable and personable person fixings the problem. It’s been a great experience so far.
