Repairman was great/personable. Diagnosed a bad thermostat. The only one he SAID he had???(I'm sure that was company policy) was over $400.00!!!!!! OK-so it is over 100 degrees in my house and I am 84 years old. They REALLY have you over a barrel at that point and they know it--SO WHAT ARE YOUR OPTIONS??? So, to get my air working on a very hot day I paid for that thermostat...WHAT A RIP OFF!! Do NOT use this company.ATTENTION: A member of this company contacted me immediately after I posted this comment. She was very apologetic about my experience and went to great lengths to make me feel better about the situation. I was given assurance that the matter of more (thermostats) options being on their trucks AND a refund of part of the charges. She/they were great in reaching out to me and addressing this problem. I will definitely give them another chance if I need their services in the future. Thank You.

I highly recommend the Aussie Plumber! Cameron came to my home for a kitchen drain cleaning. Previously he installed a toilet for me. Both times I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, very courteous and friendly. He has integrity and cares that the job is done right. I'll definately call Simon's Plumbing if I need service again. He is prompt, professional, courteous, and fair with pricing. A little context, I called a national company that I had used years ago, they showed up over 3 hours late and they quoted 3 times as much as what Simon's charged. I will use Simon's Plumbing for all future issues.
