These people are liars and thieves.They steal from their employees and their clients. Don't believe the lack of negative reviews, they pay to have them removed. They used my fiance's licenses and sent a completely unqualified lead plumber to make the money and starved out the good employee. Took jobs he sold and gave them to their Dirty little pet. Paid him nothing to clean up their messes because they don't hire real plumbers and to do personal favors with little to no compensation. Owners are complete NARCISSISTS with everything that comes with the disorder. Everyone in the Valley knows that they started the business with equipment they procured from a previous employer who died. Their plumbers aren't certified for much of anything. They also used his personal account at parts warehouses for his discount WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE. Typical Arizona plumbing company with ZERO integrity. Save yourself money and heartache and avoid these people like the plague.

I contacted them to have a water conditioner system installed. They came out in a day and provided a free estimate .I scheduled work. They were on time. Fast, Efficient and did a great job. When he left, the area was clean .A really professional company!

Recommend them to anyone wanting super great service and professionalism plus friendliness in their work.Just has new. AC unit installed incl new Ecobee pro thermostat. Way cool. Had one minor glitch. They spent the day fixing and going over new thermostat. Great team.

Rueben did a excellent job in finding a nighttime leak under our kitchen sink. He was very professional and clean in his work.

Our HVAC unit stopped working. We called Parker and Sons and they sent a technician within a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem, picked up the necessary part and had the repair completed shortly after. Very good service!

This was a great company. They were incredibly friendly on the phone and I was shocked how quickly they were able to come fix our faucet leak. Clayton was a class act and very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely hire them again for future jobs.

Street parking and hard to find entrance

Austin has been at my house all day trying to fix my a.c. He finally got it going after dealing with some difficult pieces and 2 bad blowers. He would not give up until he got it going. He's so polite and he even swept and mopped after he was done. If I ever need help with my plumbing or my a.c. I pray that he's the tech that they send. Thank you Austin and alliance plumbing for being so quick and efficient in this ridiculous heat.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

I would definitely recommend Valleywide Plumbing & Patrick!

Front office staff needs to be retrained on their job & customer service or be replaced. They are terrible & I feel bag for the techs. Tech was awesome!
