This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

We have used Wally for septic pumping for many years. As a Realtor we need them on any sale where there is a septic. We are very pleased with them. He always does the job promptly and perfectly. He has spent so much extra time with me explaining septic system in and outs to me over the years, always patiently and never once charged me for his time. The plumber who came out, Lupe, was highly knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed with the systematic and careful way he went about isolating our problem. I've dealt with other plumbers in the past, and paid them a really high bill once each, but didn't go back to them. Because of their honesty and professionalism, I would do business with Anthony's plumbing over and over.

Would highly recommend Plomero. They were very professional and had excellent communication through the entire process. Ed is the man. I called him to explain my issue and he identified it over the phone. He was able to come the next day and resolve my issues. He located my tank, dug it up, cleaned the filter, pumped it out and had me back in working order by the end of the day. His pricing was reasonable, and he's just a great guy that you feel good about hiring. I will have Ed come out to clean my filter each year, and pump my system before large family gatherings.

This company is fantastic, honest, clean, and knows what there doing. When Gerald S came out he was polite, explained what was going on and fixed the problem. He wore shoe Guards and I appreciate that. I recommend this company 200% . The dispatcher was amazing and had (Gerald .S out right away.
We had another issue a few days prior where a pipe had broke and we went in line and choose this company crossing are fingers hoping we chose the right company. Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

We've had 3 very positive experiences with Belsito Plumbing. We found them on Yelp where they were rated very highly. Twice, they fixed an upstairs leak that we thought would be very costly, but ended up only being minor repairs. We called them again when my mom had a blocked sink that couldn't be fixed by our own amateur roto repair. On all 3 occasions they were professional, friendly and did good work. We will definitely use them in the future.

I called them to clean my septic, I was given a quote and price was agreed upon. When they came out two gentlemen started telling me all about how they had been there before to clean it for previous owners and then began to talk down about them and tell me things that had nothing to do With what they where doing. If I hadn’t been out there watching what it was they were doing I’m sure they would have broken the cover for the septic and so forth because one told the other to be careful since I was watching and they didn’t want me to see that they broke it because they were being reckless and didn’t want to bring the tractor down from the trailer. Them a few days later I get a call for my card info to process the payment gave it to them and then she tells me that the owner said my place was to far and wanted more money. I began to tell her that’s why She asked for my address and gave me a price now she’s talking me it’s another $150 because where I live. Lost my future business!

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

Chad was the one who came out and helped clean out our spetic tank. We just bought the house and had no idea of when the last time it was cleaned or even where it was located. Chad never once had any issue with it, he said he would find it and let me know how the tank looked. He spent a while out there, ensuring it was cleaned out and working good for our family. Chad was EXTREMELY nice and very professional. He gave me advise on the tank and how often to get it cleaned. I would absolutely recommend Chad each time. Thank you for all your hard work!! It didn't go unnoticed over at my house.

I would give you no stars but that isn't an option. Where do I begin ? Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
