They are THE most honest, dependable plumbers in town. Period. The entire staff actually care about you and whatever issue you may have going on. I've used them several times for various areas both inside and outside my home and they've tackled each one with professionalism and care. The jobs have all been done right the first time! I know this sounds like what you should expect but I've found it's not the case in my experience with other companies. Owning an older home, I've called my share of plumbers and to say I've been disappointed in service with other plumbers is an understatement. I'm THRILLED to know about Maloney Plumbing. One and done... how it should be. They are thoughtful and courteous and solve the issue without drama. Seriously - stop looking - just use these guys.

I was having troubles with my plumbing and was really indecisive about who to call to have it fixed. A friend recommended custom plumbing. They sent out the best technician I could ask for James Moore. Very professional and good at his job. He had to dig a huge deep hole. Got to the pipes that needed fixed and replaced them. Now everything is working great

I needed quarter-turn shut-off valves installed at my kitchen sink. I called at 9:30, and the technician was at my house within 90 minutes. Travis was prompt for the service call, professional, and completed the job in under an hour to my complete satisfaction.

My AC was not running. The following day I also had a problem with lights flickering or not going on. Raymond Vallejo was my tech. He arrived when he said he would and was very pleasant and professional. The unstable power was due to a connection in the breaker box. The AC needed a new controller and starter. From the time he came to the house it was 20 minutes at the most for him to fix breaker box and install the AC parts. Everything works fine and I was impressed with his speed and efficiency. I would highly recommend him and Parker & Sons.

He immediately identified the problem of my pipes leaking outdoors, was able to explain how he would fix it, and gave me a quote up front for the repair. The workmanship was exceptional, materials all brand new, and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend this company. I was only given the opportunity to give Cameron 5 stars, but I would give him 10 if I could!!

Luis did an exceptional job replacing fixtures on my old bath/shower. Now it looks like new. Luis was very professional, honest, respectful and kind. It was greatly appreciated by me and my husband.

Andrew was awesome! We loved him! He was super fast and friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I wish everyone that we hire was as professional but also as super nice as Andrew. He fixed everything right up for us. A person in a Verrado neighborhood facebook group referred us to Option One.... They came out and looked for free and the repair was very affordable! We called around 8am and had someone here by 10am... The lady who we talked to on the phone and scheduled us was wonderful as well! We will definitely refer our friends and family to you guys.

I actually called a local plumber whom I I’ve used for 7 years, and was transferred to Anthony’s because he was attending to his father who was ill. Okay I thought seems a decent thing to support a local company in his absence. The kitchen faucet handle broke so I purchased a new one that was ready to fit. I was told it would be a $49 call out charge no matter what.



I was out initially and my wife called to say she had to sign and agree to a $350 charge before the job could begin. I got home and the job was 70% done. I asked the tech why for a simple mixer faucet was it so much? He then presented me with a bill for $442. I was livid.



Based on the fact the tech started at 9:05am and almost finished at 9:25am, that works out to $1326 an HOUR. I spoke to his supervisor, who couldn’t grasp the hourly rate I mentioned , and instructed me they charge a flat fee no matter how long it takes? We had a heated discussion but he basically said ok, I’ll tell the tech to remove what he’s done and charge just the $49. And told me other plumbing companies would charge the same. I asked him if he knew what a cartel was. Wasn’t worth the time.



So you’d rather waste the techs time and ours to prove your justification for this absurd price for a simple 20min job. It was too late so he finished and I asked for any discount, or was that forbidden. We got 10%. On the bill was $395. So that wasn’t right either.



To be fair the tech was polite and did a good job, albeit feeling awkward now with an irate customer. Also note they insisted on installing new “ supply lines” which replaced new supply lines installed only a year before and in excellent condition. I was told it’s company practice. I’m sure it is. The tech left.



I had to call back to have the faucet centered up, as it wasn’t done the right way. No charge for that 3min service.



I don’t like giving bad reviews and I’m sure the skills and plumbing is good quality, but your pricing sucks. It’s a horrible business practice gouging customers just before you start the job, to pressure them. I won’t be using this plumbing service again. The extra star is for your tech, whom I felt embarrassed for having to deal with this.

I have utilized next level in the past and the service was beyond my expectations. The same experience today.

I called Simon’s Plumbing for an emergency clog issue the other morning and not only was Simon knowledgeable and friendly, he was able to give me an idea of what was wrong before he arrived at my house. Simon was able to fix our problem quickly and also checked the rest of the house to make sure nothing else was going to be an issue that day. I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing work we need done.
