Best Sewer Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

I called Roto-Rooter and Luis came within 20 minutes of my call. I didn't have an urgent issue, so I was anticipating waiting a few days, so I was thrilled they could come so quickly to fix my shower drain.

Luis explained everything to me really clearly. He laid out my options and even explained the things that could go wrong and what would happen if they did. He fixed my drain in a snap, ran the water to make certain it was totally fixed - it was!, and then he gave me guidance on what to do to prevent it from happening again in the future. In less than an hour after I thought to make the call, my plumbing problem was fixed!

Five start plumbing from start to finish. I couldn't be happier.

Was referred by a friend to this company. Made an appointment for Friday, August 14th at noon. Dennis, the owner, did a no show. When I called his sec'y told me I was mistake and that the appointment was for noon on August 21st. I bit the bullet and gave them another chance. When Dennis had not shown up at 12:05, I called the office and was told he was running 30-45 minutes late. There is no excuse for not having received a phone call to let me know he was running late. I called my friend that recommended this company & told him the story. He will never recommend Qualtire again! I am a business owner and would never treat my customers in this fashion! 1 Star is a stretch...

They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.
