Bathroom tub wasn't draining properly. The tech showed up on time, was friendly and professional, The problem was old owner installed a piece that was wrong for the type of shower. Literally took under 5 minutes for him to figure out. Didn't make me feel incompetent for not knowing. Gave me a tip to to save money on a part we discussed based on a question i had asked. More importantly Didn't try to do something more or add services that weren't needed ..AKA...HONEST!! I think his name is Kevin. Would definately use again if we have another problem. Kevin would be good for teaching others about great customer service.

This is a great company. Had a problem with one of my a/c units going out. I called and they came out first thing the next day--7:00 am. It turned out it was just a minor issue; lose wire from service that another company performed. Steve fixed it and checked the unit over and even changed out the batteries on my thermostat. Note: They installed my three Trane units in 2012. I plan to use them in the future for all my service needs. If you need a new a/c talk with Bill at Hays Cooling. Thanks Steve!

Hats off to Penguin Air for having a 5 star employee like Nathan. We need more Nathan's in the business world. Nathan was professional, courteous, and quick to diagnose the problem. After working in my 131 degree attic Nathan deserves 10 stars.I was also impressed with the email received showing techs picture, name and short bio. DO NOT USE THEM, STAY AWAY based on my experience, just my opinion.Hired them to find a gas leak and repair it, they turned off my gas so I reminded them to turn my gas on and please re-light my water heater they did neither. I called them the next day and explained they didn’t turn on my gas and they refused to help my husband spoke to them and they said they would contact us at730 am the next day they never called I tried calling them and no answer do not use them we filled a complaint with the BBB and wasn’t shocked to see they have a bad reputation there. After reading these reviews it seems like women have issues with them, not surprisingly by the way the treated me.

Grayson Vu did routine maintenance on our HVAC unit and checked out a couple of HVAC issues that were listed in our home inspection report. He gave us his professional, honest opinion on whether or not we should perform the work and as a result, saved us from paying for something we didn't need. He was friendly, professional, personable and did a great job. Additionally, he has a very cool name.

We had maintenance service of our air conditioner 2 days ago. We never had such a perfect service. We are very impressed by the technician Brandon Bates. He was highly professional, supportive, paying attention to details, just excellent. He discovered 3 cables, which were molten and could produce fire in the future. He saved our house from the danger to get fire in the future. We are customers of ACE already several years but never had such a perfect service. Such people like Brandon has to receive promotion. Parker and Sons dispatch put us on the response list Sunday afternoon and arrived within 2 hours. Our technician Travis went straight to work to repair our outdoor faucet pipe that had broken within our cinderblock wall. The work was completed very professionally and Travis. Excellent communication and work; we have used them to update our electrical system (including installing a new subpanel), replace a worn out A/C unit with an efficient, very quiet mini-split system, install a garbage disposal, and install an outdoor ceiling fan. Very efficient work is performed and all is running smoothly. They are starting on remodeling our bathroom. We highly recommend the company.
