Best Sewer Clean in Phoenix AZ

When I called fairly late on the Saturday afternoon before Christmas(!!), they sent a miracle worker. Both the kitchen and the laundry sink drains were clogged tight, and frankly, I figured I'd end up waiting at least till Monday to get those fixed. But hallelujah! Here came a guy on a white charger -- well, a Maloney's truck, anyway -- who spent half the afternoon doing battle with 15 years' worth of grease and dog hair and heaven only knows what else. He thoroughly cleaned out the drains and even let me watch what he was doing, explaining some of the issues as he worked. Both the kitchen & the laundry drains are now working like new, and I'll be able to fix Christmas dinner here after all. Maloney's: long may they thrive!!

Autumn was so helpful and understanding. She took the time to understand my whole situation and helped me avoid any costy fees by fixing my sink her first trip out! I will be using her for the remainder of my plumbing issues and you should too!

Josh was very thorough and patient with detecting the issue and ultimately replacing the water heater and installing new water softener. He was always very nice and professional and I would request him personally should I ever need their services in the future.

My boyfriend and I are very grateful that Chris with Pink Plumbing picked up our call at 10:20 PM on a Saturday night and gave us extremely useful advice on our issue with our water heater. This is the letter I sent to them. It was ignored.Dear Sirs:I am respectfully requesting a refund of invoice P 04375. Your advertising clearly states that the line will be camered for free with a drain cleaning. I clearly explained to the appointment setter that I WANTED the line camered to find out what could be done to fix my problem.I was told that would not be a problem. When the tech arrived, he told me that he did not carry a camera and if I had the drain cleaned, someone else would be out to camera the line.After I explained the problem to him, he attempted to clean the drain after pulling the toilet.He was unable to clean the drain and told me that I would be contacted by someone to schedule a time to have the camera work done.I waited 2 days and then I called in. Jason was scheduled to come out and camera the line. He looked at the situation and told me that he would be unable to put a camera in the line, as the line was too small. He was talking about the 3” line under the toilet. He had no idea where that line went, which was the point of looking. BY THE WAY, I HAVE HAD THAT LINE CAMERED. He didn’t even try.He gave be me an estimate of $4800 to tear up the concrete and put in new lines. Which was odd, as I have no plumbing experience and I asked him if it would cost around $5000?So, the line is not CLEAR. The line has NOT been inspected. And the toilet has NOT been replaced. REALLY?Please consider refunding this invoice since nothing was done and nothing is fixed and the toilet has not been replaced.Can I put the toilet back on-of course, I put it there in the first place. My problem is you wasted two days of my time and did nothing.Do your selves a favor and refund the money.Sincerely,Dr. Fiedler

Christian did a wonderful job for us. First he gave us a chance to go out purchase hardware when he did not have any on his truck. Second, the fairly straightforward job became more challenging due to the old angle stops under our sinks but he was able to overcome the challenges and complete the job. Third he worked very diligently for several hours until the job was complete. Finally, he was very professional, helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. Can't ask for anything more!

I had the monthly membership with Parker & Sons and was having my HVAC, electrical, and water routinely serviced. At only $21/ month I thought it was a great deal and didn't really have any issues.Until I was ready to sell my house and had a home inspection done. The inspection noted issues with the HVAC including wiring exposed at the unit, which is on the roof. Another issue came at the site where they had replaced my garbage disposal. I noticed it at the time but honestly didn't think much of the sink looking a bit different. The difference was a gap between the counter and the sink which happened when the disposal was replaced.When I called in to Bing this to their attention I was told they could schedule someone out to use up one of my 2 yearly maintained requests.I am extremely disappointed that services that cost so much turned out dmto be done in such horrible quality. I will not be using Parker & Sons in the future.

We had a slab leak and called Rooter Hero to help diagnose and repair. They were out quickly and found where the leak occurred. Unfortunately it was under the post tension slab, so we had the house replumbed with PEX as it was our second slab leak from the copper pipes.

Joseph Betts and Braiden did a great job with getting everything done and were very courteous and knowledgeable. It was a big job and they were working hard to get it all done in a timely manner.

I would recommend Rooter Hero and Joseph to anyone looking for a good company to deal with any plumbing job...if they completed my job with excellent results, they can certainly complete any smaller job with excellent results as well.

We noticed a water leak on the spigot at the front of our house over the last couple days. I called Simon fairly early in the morning, he answered the phone himself and said he could stop by later in the afternoon. Showed up just after lunch time, walked me through everything that needed to be done and then went to work- fixing the leak promptly. Super honest and professional, got the job done in exactly the amount of time he said it would be done.
