My mother and I had a very positive experience with Moon Valley Plumbing. First, when I called to set up the appointment I called during after hours and was prepared to just leave a message for the morning but they had a live answering service there answering calls and getting my details to provide to the office when they opened in the morning. Approximately 30 minutes later the on-call technician reached out to me to be sure that the issue would be ok to wait until the morning. I was incredibly impressed!

The technician was able to come the next morning and he was incredibly forthcoming and considerate. Our technician, Alex, covered his shoes in booties so grout from the last job would not get on our carpet. He clearly explained everything to us and would even quote us the prices of any services before performing them. He was incredibly knowledgeable and did what needed to be done to take care of all of our needs in a timely and incredibly costly manner. We will definitely be recommending Moon Valley to all of our friends and family!

I had a great experience with Jim coming out to fix a troublesome toilet! He went the extra mile to make sure that the toilet was working again and that there weren't any underlying issues deeper in the pipes. Thanks to Jim and Steve for the great work! I would highly recommend Accent Plumbing!

I had a reoccurring problem with backed up plumbing for a couple of months. Two companies came out before Simba Plumbing and were not able to fix the issue. Stefan used his camera and was able to detect that we had roots in our main line. He replaced the pipe and we haven't had any issues since. Really appreciate his hard work. Highly recommend.

James came out and looked at my disposal. He was very knowledgeable and educated me on some basics!

Aaron was on time, very knowledgeable, and friendly. He did a great job and seemed like genuinely good dude. He was super nice to my 4 yr old when he was showing him his scooter and other toys in the garage.I only have 1 complaint and it has nothing to do with Aaron. The cost of the water heater removal and installation is pretty steep at almost $900.

The service was reliable and reasonably priced. My issue turned out to be messier than we thought but Franz was dedicated to remove the clog without having to replace piping. We really appreciated his hard work and dedication.

Do NOT use this company. I called them out to replace a gaslamp regulator. Southwest Gas and I both told them that it was the regulator. They replaced something else, charged me and then said they need to order a part (the regulator I originally asked them to fix). It has been a couple of months and it is still not fixed.

CAUTION, STAY AWAY!

In January 2012, these guys, techs Tim & Rob, beat me out of $485 and destroyed 24 ft of underground sewer line that I had to replace. They ran a camera in my line and told me my piping was clay and recommended “jetting”. They ran the camera after “jetting” and told me all was well. 4 days later the line backed up again. They sent a different tech out who told me there was nothing he could do; my line was filled with mud which meant there were holes in the pipe. I was quoted a ballpark of $2,200 to repair the 24’ line. I got a couple of laborers and we dug it up ourselves, turns out the pipe wasn’t clay, but a material called “Orangeburg” which cannot stand up to the high pressure of jetting. Tends to blow big holes in the pipe; I know this because Tim and Rob told me.

I called them to come inspect the pipe once it was uncovered, but they ignored me.

I replace the line myself with new ABS and kept the old pipes (smelly, disgusting, health hazard) for 2 weeks for inspection, but I couldn’t get a response. I did get one call back from a woman named Amy who asked me to fax over all invoices and info and said they would get right back to me. I was asking for my $485 back and an additional $250 toward labor cost, which I thought was reasonable. I never heard from anyone again.

Certified mail is returned unsigned; I filed a small claims suit but can’t get anyone served due to bogus address on ROC and ACC websites. A complaint filed with the Registrar of Contractors has also been ignored. These guys are really slippery, but I will continue to pursue them any way I can until they make this right.

Read the terms and conditions on the back of the invoice they have you sign. It says disputes must be litigated in Pinal County. Nice, huh? I cannot locate the person in Pinal listed with the state as the Statutory Agent, like I said, really slippery.
