I had a septic emergency today and guests arriving soon. Jazmine right away coordinated with Abel to get me help asap. Abel was on a call close by and was out within an hour. He diagnosed the issue, my septic was full and clean outs clogged. He called his pump guy to come out and then Abel immediately started digging himself to get to my septic tank, to make sure that the problem was solved today before my guests arrived at dark. These guys are real professionals who know what they’re doing, they work hard and don’t price gouge at all. After spending over a week dealing with a very dishonest septic company and trying to get a passing grade to sell our home, we called Mike Roybal Septic Services, desperate for an honest assessment of our septic. While the other company was ready to rebuild for thousands of dollars, Mike conducted the same tests and found no issues. We are now certified and ready to sell! Honesty and integrity is hard to come by and this company has both in spades.

Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

We hired Paradise septic to pump and certify a septic system in Paradise Valley. Required by Maricopa Co for the sale of the property. I, as a manager of the property, was there from beginning to end of the process. We were charged $1020 in labor for two employees on site three hours. One of the employees was the tech there to certify the tank once the tank was exposed. While one employee used a mini backhoe to expose the tank the tech stood by and watched 95% of the time. On occasion, he would hold a shovel to keep an irrigation line clear, I also held the shovel to keep the irrigation line clear . Once the tech was able to get to the tank and commence with his inspection, the other laborer retreated to his truck, where he sat until it was time to replace the dirt. Every aspect of the invoice was inflated. Total charge for a pump and certification was $3149.72. I would not use nor recommend this company for any septic or plumbing needs.

My toilet separated from the floor. The hold downs had corroded and broke loose. Called Ms Raegina, Anthony's Plumbing, for help and she set me up with an appointment right away to my convenience. I also wanted both my showers control cartridges replaced since they were each 34 years old. Reply....can do! Anthony, later along with Brandon, arrived. Estimates were clearly given and made sure I understood the scope of the work. Upon approval they got on it. Just the way it should be! During the repair, they respected the property, insured the repair was done correctly and cleaned up before leaving. I have been using them since 2006, yes you will see another review I have done in the past. About 2 years ago. Hmmmmm.....must be a reason I keep using them. They continue to give outstanding service without any worries.From the initial call to Ms Raegina to the time Anthony and Brandon completed the work, you can tell they are a well operating team. Thanks again. Job well done!

I cannot say enough good things about Cave Creek Septic Service! I called with a question regarding an above ground, broken PVC pipe. It would have been easy for Ed to come out but he told us it was a simple fix, something we could do ourselves and actually walked us through the steps. He also told us to make sure we maintained our filter and even took the time to pull up the property plans for our home to help us determine where it would be located.

It’s hard to find a company that is willing to put the customer first and not just worry about making a sale. Especially in the midst of this pandemic, the time Ed put in today was invaluable and beyond appreciated. I have already recommended Cave Creek Septic to several others after my experience today and plan on using them in the future when needed.

We decided to contact SepticFlo after getting the cold shoulder from several other companies in the same area. SepticFlo works with some amazing service providers and the company they sent was able to get our repair scheduled and completed quickly.

We would recommend SepticFlo because instead of dealing with the schedule and a ailability of a single local company, they were able to go to work on our behalf and actually get one of their certified service providers to take care of our drain cleaning.

I want to be the first to say I almost judged a book by its cover, when I saw how young the two guys were in my head I was thinking no way these guys know what they are doing boy was I wrong and learned a valuable lesson, not only were they good but they were efficient and took their time to make sure everything was done correctly! I highly recommend this company and especially Aaron and his brother!!! ?? Thanks guys and I know your Dad must be proud of you guys!!!!

We've had 3 very positive experiences with Belsito Plumbing. We found them on Yelp where they were rated very highly. Twice, they fixed an upstairs leak that we thought would be very costly, but ended up only being minor repairs. We called them again when my mom had a blocked sink that couldn't be fixed by our own amateur roto repair. On all 3 occasions they were professional, friendly and did good work. We will definitely use them in the future.

I had Chris Groth come out yesterday to service our AC unit and make sure that we weren't going to have any issues this summer. He was very polite and we were impressed by the boot covers he put on before he came in the door. That was a very nice added touch and made us feel that he was careful and wanted to protect our home. He gave me a couple of options which we like and we will definitely be doing some more work with this company. Thank you Reddi Services for having good people who do good work.

Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

They presented a lower charge over the phone which made my decision to go with them. And once they arrived at the property the driver/operator tried to convince me several times that our septic tank is larger than it is in order to attempt to charge us more. The service provided was rushed, incomplete, rude and unprofessional. Even though I have proof with previous service receipts from 3 different Septic Pumping Companies reflecting the size of our tank this Co. did not want even consider that information but instead eyeballed the size of the tank and charged and processed the order accordingly. What's more unbelievable and another example of extremely poor customer service the driver advised me that next time we need a septic pumping service that we should contact another Septic Pumping Company vs them. Will not recommend them to anyone but rather go out of my way to advise my neighbors not to use this Company.

We had our septic tank pumped this week. From the beginning phone call (quote and scheduling) to the end(pumping) the experience was professional, timely and overall excellent! We elected to have risers and caps installed as our tank lids were 3 feet deep. They’re pumping service fee is priced very well. Naturally, if you want them to install risers and/or they have to dig, there is additional cost to that. I’d highly recommend Septic Medic

Our septic backed up. We have lived here for 2 years and had never had our septic checked, so had no idea what we were up against. I had seen Duck's trucks in this area, and when I called, the amazing lady checked their previous records and even for county records to see if she could verify our tank size, but to no avail. She gave me a very reasonable estimate for the service call and the first 1000 gallons, but cautioned it could be more depending on what the technician found. When their technician (Manny) identified our tank size, and when he removed the lids, two very full and compacted tanks were exposed. My guess is that our system has never been serviced in the 19 or so years this property has existed! Manny worked hard to vacuum the sludge and clean the filter to the point his truck tank was full. For the amount of work and volume of matter extracted, my bill should have been more, but Duck's honored their phone estimate. I am beyond grateful for Duck's professionalism, but especially for Manny. He was patient and even took the time to explain to this City Girl how a leech system works! I highly recommend Duck's, and if they send Manny to your house, the job with be done right!

I contacted this company to come out as I had a clog in my sink. It was around 7:30pm and they were nice enough to come after hours (for a fee of course) and unclog my sink. I gave them access to my house through the front door and side gate and secured my dogs in the garage so they could move about the house with no problem or interference from my dogs. Roy and the gentleman who were with him did the work they needed to and said they were done with the job and cleaned up and left. I let my dogs out back to finish dinner and about an hour later was alerted to the 5 cops cars beside my house. I realized at that point, Roy left without closing the gate and my dog got out and was hit by a car and died shortly thereafter. I emailed the company to let them know about the situation and their response is that they have no liability for leaving gates and doors open and have offered me 100 bucks towards the 1k I spent that night. If you have animals, don't use this company, as they have no regard for animals and will leave your house without checking to make sure they secure their access points. HORRIBLE company with a HORRIBLE owner!
