So yesterday my condenser fan motor went out. It of course happened when it was most inconvenient. I am a single father. I rushed my animals out of the house. Luckily my parents had already been babysitting my son. They responded very quickly and got to the house quickly. All great things. Upon calling in I informed them to call my father who would be coming to let them in while I took care of my dogs and went to my previously planned day (anniversary with my girlfriend). The technician called me informing me that he had called my father and no answer. While talking to him I told him my dad would be right there. He told me that he wished he'd known he had to wait or else he would have gone to the store cause he was so thirsty. Really? You're going to try to make me feel bad because your dispatcher didn't tell you what was going on? Anyway, he gets in and within 15-20 mins I'm called with a quote. $767. Knowing I'm in a bind, it's the weekend, etc of course we do it. My dad who has MS was a mechanical maintenance manager on large buildings in southern California (regional manager for Nordstrom) and Utah (ran the federal building, FBI motorpool, etc) and specialized in HVAC. Because he is physically incapable of doing it, he collects disability now. So I knew the repair was easy and it should have been cheap. All of us at new to Arizona and don't know local vendors for HVAC equipment plus it was the weekend. Nevertheless it gets done. I come home and look at the fan and find that at the VERY MOST that fan is $136 online. So let's mark it up to $250 to make your money or $300 to really stick it to the customer. Where in the hell does the other $500 plus dollars come from?! The 1 1/2 hours he was there? Or the $79.95 free that was waived? I've been in the automotive industry since 2004. I've ran shops and currently work at a dealership. I understand there is a mark up. I understand there are labor rates. But where in the hell does a company get off charging twice what it should have been? You guys responded fast, showed up fast, repaired it fast. Thanks. Other than his passive aggressive whine about getting a drink, the tech was great too. The price is why I'll never use you guys again. Thanks, sorta. My dad, again specialized in this, but physically cannot do this anymore called me in tears as he apologized for not being able to help. This man has been in and out of the hospital and shouldn't need to feel bad for this, but literally cried on the phone and apologized over and over. Just salt in the wound.

Incredibly great service all around of the likes that in my experience is quite rare. From the initial call to serving my broken AC unit — just stellar. Made loosing my AC in 100+ degree weather really not the nightmare it could have been. Well done and thank you!
