He’s honest, straightforward and lays it all out and doesn’t candy coat anything. He gave us comfort and peace of mind when we were freaking out and worried about our major under-slab leak. He took the time to explain the problem and his course of correction of it and he was kind and compassionate to my wife who was very worried about the problem. Lauren was amazing. After having two other plumbers try and clear out a clogged tub and sink drain and be unsuccessful, Lauren from Valleywide Plumbing came out and got it cleared out in less than an hour. She was also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend her and Valleywide.
