Had some issues with shower and toilet being backed up. Found broken drain pipes. Fixed the issues and the cost was what was quoted. Very professional crew no BS.

Outstanding. Came out in an emergency, late in the day. Worked on a difficult fix it, lots of manual labor. But he got it done that night. Kept us updated on what he was encountering and explaining everything. We will definitely call DiamondBack Plumbing in the future.

First off I would like to say this is one of those companies to where if I could give them more than a five-star rating I would Alex I think is the name of the guy that I worked with I've dealt with this company before I wanted to leave this review a while ago but I just got busy I cannot say enough good things about this company and the way they work they are absolutely awesome I had an issue with my sewer line under warranty part of the line collapse when they replaced it they found a problem with the city line instead of passing off the buck they got a hold of the city got somebody out there on a holiday which is amazing and took care of everything and I literally had to do nothing because they were on top of things the way they were if you need a good plumber this is the company you go to hands down

I am very impressed by the punctuality and professionalism of Travis. My days off our filled with many appointments. When Simba gave me an arrival two hour window I was nervous the plumber would arrive at the end of time slot. Wonderfully he arrived exactly at the beginning of the time slot! He serviced my water heater quickly and efficiently! He answered all my questions and checked water level on a toilet and a questionable leak on my bathtub. Water Softener System. Technician Richard Glauber was extremely respectful of property, polite, and clearly explained our system and what I need to do maintain it. We’ve used a number of companies over the years, but NexLvl has been the most reliable and skilled, they are our go to!

Company is a scam beware they will over charge for lazy work. Don’t believe the good reviews they will over charge by thousands. Would not recommend unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for lazy work.
