I am extremely pleased with my new windows and sliding glass door. The service from sales to install and follow up were great. There was no pressure from the salesman, Frank, and he had answers to all my questions. James, who came to my home for measuring was quick and very respectful. David and Donovan did the installation and were very professional and polite. They worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. From start to finish everyone I had contact with seemed to care about their work and providing good customer service. I would recommend Desert King to anyone looking for excellent quality and service.

The sales rep was pleasant and knowledgeable. The installers were friendly enough. They answered all my questions and did good work cleaning up their mess. Love the new windows. My only complaint is how long it took them to get out here, but such is the times.

Customer service person Lisa was extremely knowledgeable and friendly to work with, even though not all option were available for custom glass, she readily suggested selections that we could choose from Window was ready on time, looks beautiful!

Easy to work with payment by check or credit card. I checked with other companies and Vision is a lower price everything included. Dual pane and extra locks with screens. No mess when finished. He took the old windows and frames with him! I had the advantage of seeing Chris install windows in another home in Apache County AZ so I know his work is professionally done.

My passenger side back window stop working all of a sudden during monsoon season one day as I was on my way home from work. I called around you get prices to fix it and everyone I called said 350 and 2.5 hours of work. Power window repair was 165 and it only took 20 minutes. They stayed late because I was late for my appointment. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality work in a timely manner with good prices.

I was originally referred to Freelite by another window company to replace a large skylight in our home. They did fantastic job! I called them a couple of years later to put in a small skylight in a bathroom. Both installations have been free of water leaks for over ten years now. They use the best materials available and have a knowledgeable, respectful team.

Great quality, great experience from start to finish!

We had a new home built with Lennar. They are the ones who hired this company. We had to have repairs done to our shower so they had to come out and take off the glass doors and reinstall them. They have not showed up twice now to reinstall the shower doors. We have been without our master shower for over a week. They don’t call to let you know they can’t make it or to reschedule. What a nightmare they are. I will say that the tech that comes out has always been pleasant but I would not hire them because of their poor time management and inability to let people know they can’t make it out.

My husband and I purchased our home a little over six years ago. The house is about thirty years old and still had the original windows. The windows have always been hard to open and close and last year they became impossible to use. We started shopping around with companies at home and garden shows only to get quotes for around $30,000 to replace most of our windows. Due to the high cost we considered weighing the options of replacing the windows ourselves, that’s when we came across LEI Home Enhancements on Facebook. We met with Dustin and he explained the entire process from consultation to measuring to final install and the benefits we would receive with our new purchase. We were shocked to see the showcase promotional quote was half of what we were told by another big brand named company. The install process was a breeze. Beau our installer was amazing. He showed up on time, was friendly and kept a clean work area. He has great work ethic and doesn’t drag his feet on the job. We were very happy with his install which only took about two and a half days from full tear out to final trim for eleven windows. Throughout the entire process Dustin checked in to make sure we were happy with everything and to let us know what to expect. He was wonderful. We now have amazing windows that function great and can already see a difference between our old ones. We are now able to open the house to let in fresh air; the windows have a locking mechanism that makes me feel comfortable to sleep with them open if I choose to. We no longer have wind blowing through our old windows allowing us to keep our heater and AC from working overtime. We have also noticed a huge difference in outside noise. We live on a street that is in a two year construction project so we constantly have equipment and trucks outside our home. With the new windows we can barely tell if there is any construction going on. It is really amazing how much quieter our home is now. Technician contacted me and kept me posted on his time of arrival. Windshield was replaced quickly and efficiently. Even moved my car back into the garage for me.

I had one of the salesman come out and do some measurements for a quote on two entry doors. I was told i would have a quote in a couple days. Nearly a month went by with no word! Called again and was told i would see a quote the next day. Waited a couple more days still nothing, second quote ended up going into my junk mail. I wish they would have made a follow up call saying the quote was sent and to see if i had any questions. Anyways, called again and spoke to Britt and he came out and remeasured and got me into the schedule for install. After a couple months the door needed to be adjusted because it was hitting the door frame in one area. I made an appointment for that to be fixed. 9am appointment comes and goes with no call, no show. I had to call again and ask where they were? Turns out my appointment was forgotten about. No good in my book. Britt was helpful, the installer was nice but based on my experience i can't recommend them.

DO NOT USE THEM! One of the executives just called me yelling and swearing because I am not happy with the claims results. He informed me customers do not come first.

I am happy with the product but not the service I have received. It has been almost 6 months since the initial install and there is still a cut in the screen for one of the windows and no locks on the screen doors. My project manager is unresponsive and I don't believe the replacements and parts were ordered when he said they were. It should not take 6 months for a screen and a couple locks.

Quick and friendly service, didn't expect to get my mirror cut on the spot. They even have veterans working for them. This was my second time using them, and I will continue in the future.
