I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. Very happy with the service and job performed and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work done to their septic system.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. I wa quoted 700% higher than another plumber to run a grill gas line from an existing gas connect 24 feet, the site I got your number from stated do not pay too much to run a gas line for your grill, I had it done by another on the same site for less than 25% of your quote. The site said it should not be more than $25 a linear foot you wanted $175 a linear foot. Absolutely absurd. And the reasoning coming from Anthony was as absurd. Horrible experience, but glad I was able to get it done by a competitor of yours.

What a great, reliable, professional company!
I moved into a new home and needed a sewer pipeline repaired.
Jon at Hero Home Services and Jon from ProSite Earthworks did a phenomenal job repairing the line (6 feet into the ground) and making it look like nothing was interrupted after clean up. Both are very knowledgeable and guided me through the repair process. Hero Home Services are now my personal repair company and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do the job right.

My service man was Rick. He arrived met with me and went got busy after explaining exactly what he is going to do and the cost. Pumped our tank and dry well. I hired Clint to convert the plumbing of a single sink into a double sink vanity set up. This was an involved project consisting of two separate visits. Clint arrived on time and completed the pipe conversion and then returned after our drywall was completed to install the vanity, p-traps, and faucets. Called this place to schedule a pumping and they were 1 month out. I waited a whole month and they never called and never showed. I spoke with Wally and he says he called and his driver called but obviously they didn’t because there is no proof in my call log of them calling. Point is they don’t care. They don’t even try to accommodate you. They want me to wait a whole month again. Unprofessional. If there first job is 8-9am then they should make someone work 7-8 to get a job done that they didn’t get done in the first place. East fix but these guys don’t care.

Called last Friday to set up an appointment. Went well and they scheduled me for today (Monday) with a time somewhere between 0800 and 1200. 1145 rolls around and I've not seen them. Call the office and told I was given a call to let me know that the tech was on the way but I received no call or message. I work evenings right now and have been up all morning waiting for this truck. At 1240 there was still no truck. Another call to Tanya at the office and she then tells me that The driver had to off load because he is full. Spoke to the manager who stated This is why we don't give out specific appointment times. She went further by saying that the driver got full and needed to offload. I did remind her the agreed time frame was 08-12. She offered $50 off. I cancelled. Regardless of if it is short staffed, poor planning, or otherwise this company couldn't seem to meet the most basic component of a job which is just showing up on time. What makes this worse is that time was a 4 hour window. I cannot speak of their onsite expertise because my money went elsewhere.

Had them pump the tank because I had used them twice before, price had doubled since last time. I understand because of the economy. 14 days later toilet backed up, opened tank and it was full again. Inspection and found a toilet Had been leaking from the fill/foat device. Definitely not their fault but when I called the office to get it emptied again the female who answered the phone was real short and said it would be another 500 dollars to emptied again. Felt that since it was only water in the tank they would be a little cheaper. When I mentioned my thoughts to her she said it will be 500 we have fees to pay too. So I called another company and gave my money to them. Will not be calling them again because of the female in the office.

I give belsito plumbing a 5 star rating. I have had Louis out to my home three times, for different issues. He's delivered on all of them and helped correct problems.

When I need anything fixed regarding plumbing I always call belsito. They are reputable, dependable and I trust them. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Mark (the owner) quoted me $600-800 to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running, while telling me I was wasting his time because it was 3am (despite being listed online as a 24 hour plumber) Granted this was early morning on Thanksgiving, I had been quoted by two others at 150 each, but they simply didn't have room in their schedule immediately. I guess this explains why Mark does. I don't think I've ever been spoken to so rudely by a business owner.
