Charles M arrived on time and immediately diagnosed plumbing issue which was causing exterior pipes to rattle violently when water softener regenerated or irrigation system started. He detected failure of the pressure reducting valve and replaced by doing a simple pressure test. Charles replaced the valve, tested the effects by regenerating the softener and no further problems arise. He also recommended adding a vacuum braker for irrigation. Will install that on future visit. Wyman Plumbing was the 3rd plumbing company that I used that was finally able to detect the problem. They will be my new Plumbing company. I highly recommend Wyman as they are professional and competent. Please consider using them as well.

HOT WATER HEATER FAILED SATURDAY MORNING AND JAMES FROM BEN FRANKLIN ARRIVED THAT AFTERNOON AND REPLACED THE WATER HEATER. HE DID AN OVER AND ABOVE EXCELLENT JOB, I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.
