This was the 2nd time we used Patrick Riley. The 1st time they sent out Gene to work on our outside water system and install a new kitchen sink. Gene was very professional, personable and a joy to interact with. So much so that a few month later when we needed a new water heater we called and specifically ask for Gene to come do the work, which he did and did not let us down. I had shopped around getting quotes on the work I needed done (a pinhole leak in an exterior pipe) and was honestly shocked at how much it cost. Try to call them up for a appointment to get a estimate first time they screw up the date and set another time and date and once again nobody showed up .I would not recommend them since they can not keep a appointment time and show up and twice I waited at home for nothing
