Quality Septic is an amazing company. I had a back-up emergency and they were on-site within a few hours. This was a neglected septic tank and was a very difficult pump. Repairs were needed and Quality Septic had the resources to get a repair company, after hours, to assist. With professionalism they continued to work for over 6 hours until the issues were resolved. They did not leave the property until 10:30pm. Quality Septic exceeded my expectations and the cost was more than fair. Quality Septic is an outstanding company that I highly recommend to anyone with septic issues. I love these guys.

Jake is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He treats every property like his own. For any of you septic needs he always makes sure the area is looking better then when the first dig was made. If you know septic work it’s hard to find contractors that take pride in their work. I had a not obvious problem to solve. Odor from the septic tank would intermittently come on one side of the house. It was always gone by the time the plumber arrived. This occurred over many years. It wasn’t taken too seriously by other companies, some tried, but not as diligently as after I called Anthony’s plumbing.
Finally after a smoke test, an unconnected vent pipe was discovered behind a bathroom wall, from since the house was built! At last, the intermittent smell noted in a wall,not in the bathroom, was explained ! I wasn’t a crazy lady imagining it !
Andreas was sent out every time until the problem was found . I appreciated the continuity and his patience and diligence is very appreciated in fixing my problem. I recommend them highly.

My sewage lift station was no longer working and needed to be repaired or replaced.
After contacting Macho Contracting, they evaluated and responded with an estimate very quickly.
I verified Macho Contracting was a Licensed Contractor and in good standing with the BBB.
After I approved their estimate, they scheduled and performed the necessary work to replace my pumps and control panel for my existing sewage lift station.

Highly recommend! I cannot say enough great things about this company! Albert and Joel were a blessing to work with in a very stressful time and their crew are amazing. We had an emergency major repair and both Albert and Joel consistently checked in on the progress their crew was making and gave me up to date progress reports on how things were going and explanations when they needed to try something a different way. On a Friday late morning we had a clogged kitchen drain (both sinks), and our usual plumber was booked out till Monday. I looked online for a Tempe plumber, and fortunately found Reddiservices! Carlotta was pleasant and told me a plumber could be here today between 3:00-5:00 and would call 30 minutes prior to arriving. Within 15 minutes I received a call back stating a technician was in the area and had just completed his last job and could be here in 10 minutes. Yes!!! Chris G. soon arrived, introduced himself, and went right to work. He determined the issue was a clogged drain under the sink. He cleared sludge from both drains through the waste arm then checked the outside clean out which also required a clean out (had not been done in years). Chris was efficient and knowledgable. We also decided to buy a gallon of Reddiservices Reddi-Flo drain maintenance liquid upon Chris's recommendation and he stressed the need to do monthly (suggested we do when we change air filters in our furnace!) and gave explicit directions how to use. Cost was reasonable ($144)- included the Reddi-Flo and a $20 online discount coupon). I was very pleased that Reddiservices was able to come out the same day, that Chris was completely able to remedy the issue, and that we were charged a reasonable price. We will certainly call them again as needed!

We’ve hired Clint several times now for a few issues that popped up in our home. He has consistently provided exceptional service and I have 100% confidence in his repairs. Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have never had to do this before I asked many questions as I had no idea what all it involved. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took almost 3. My tank got a clean bill of health and the house is sold! Septic Medic is now my one and only plumber! Great group and friendly! Thanks guys!

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

This company was scheduled to pump the septic and do a septic inspection so we could close on our new home. They did show up and pump the septic but said they couldn't do the inspection until 13 days later! This was 2 days before our closing. Now we are stuck paying for 2 weeks additional rent and trying to find someone else who can complete the job this company couldn't. Now, because they scheduled it wrong, we have to contact our movers, all utility companies, the internet installation, plumbers, electricians, and flooring company. I will definitely remember this company's name!

Arthur was up front with costs, options, and listened to my needs -and budget. He was available on Saturday. I insisted on neatness and keeping my carpet and home clean with the install. Excellent job of installing a new sewer pump. No mess. Done as expected and at price agreed upon. I would use these guys again without hesitation.

I thought I had a major issue in my hands. For years tenants have been complaining about the water flow and I was convinced it was time to replace the cast iron under the ground. Tony King and Halden Yeaton were the service technicians. I couldn’t have been luckier to have such honest guys. They pumped my septic tank within a half hour from when I called and although we had an incident with the driver damaging my gate as he was exiting my home, his managers showed up within an hour and made sure that our fence was going to be taken care of. They sent me a welder to come fix my fence the very next day. all very friendly and we were surprised as to how quickly the company responded. Thanks for your service A-American Septic.

Called last Friday to set up an appointment. Went well and they scheduled me for today (Monday) with a time somewhere between 0800 and 1200. 1145 rolls around and I've not seen them. Call the office and told I was given a call to let me know that the tech was on the way but I received no call or message. I work evenings right now and have been up all morning waiting for this truck. At 1240 there was still no truck. Another call to Tanya at the office and she then tells me that The driver had to off load because he is full. Spoke to the manager who stated This is why we don't give out specific appointment times. She went further by saying that the driver got full and needed to offload. I did remind her the agreed time frame was 08-12. She offered $50 off. I cancelled. Regardless of if it is short staffed, poor planning, or otherwise this company couldn't seem to meet the most basic component of a job which is just showing up on time. What makes this worse is that time was a 4 hour window. I cannot speak of their onsite expertise because my money went elsewhere.

The gang at Ajax are simply fantastic. We've had the odd septic issues over the years and honestly, I can't imagine calling anyone else. They come as soon as they are able; they're knowledgeable and they don't try to plow you under, money-wise--when you are miserable and desperate and willing to do ANYTHING to get it fixed. HIGHLY recommend.

I had had occasion to use Belsito Plumbing for several small jobs in the past and had been thoroughly satisfied with both their pricing and their workmanship on these occasions so, when it came time to switch over an older Phoenix residential property from a septic tank to the city sewer system, I naturally invited them, along with several other well-regarded local plumbing companies, to bid on this bigger, more complex job. I am glad that I did: not only was their total bid (including all work, materials, permits and inspection fees) lower than those of their competitors, but they were also able -- by bringing in extra workers and equipment when bad weather threatened to interfere with the project -- to finish the job in two and a half, rather than four and half days. In a nutshell: I am well-pleased with Belsito Plumbing, and would not hesitate to call on them in the future for any of my plumbing needs, either big or small.

We needed a septic transfer inspection performed to close on a house the week of Thanksgiving. I called Ducks on Monday and they completed the inspection on Tuesday, sent the report to me and the title company and billed me what they had quoted over the phone. I found them to be Prompt, Courteous, Efficient, and Accurate. What more could you ask for?
